I will no longer do business with this company due to the sale agents. I’ve came on several occasions and received the worst customer service ever. The first encounter with Cain was unpleasant he seemed irritated so I assumed maybe he is having a bad day. I tried to be understanding but it was hard due to seeing other customers be treated with care and quality. The next two encounters he blatantly tried to avoid helping assist with my orders. Which force me to speak with the front office who tried to accommodate me by having another rep assist me. Today, at their open house event I came in and literally had to beg for help. I literally got pushed off three times to several individuals. During the switch off they tried to send me to Cain but he stated he was helping someone and I patiently waited in the lobby while he finished but he still refused to help. So I took matters into my own hand and retrieved the product info relayed it to Raul who helped complete my order. I’m over trying to adjust for the greater good while management refuses to address his behavior. It’s ridiculous at this point I would say maybe it was the luck of the draw but I watch Cain be rude to another customer.

Last week I set up an account and was introduced to Kane. I came in, at the time he was very happy to show me product and give me initial information. Since then I have needed more information and tried calling and emailing with no response.
