They fixed my stereo equipment in my Escalade that another shop in Pleasant Grove messed up that’s the only reason I’m giving them 2 stars. They overcharged us and told us they were ordering us a speaker box that would come back in a few days. My husband went back to get the box and the dude acted like we didn’t pay for the box. We ended up getting it later that day but I feel they did something to our vehicle cause the battery light keeps coming on. We went back the a few days ago to see if they could tell us why the light keeps coming on and without even checking my truck he said it’s a bad alternator. We will never go back here or refer anyone. Terrible customer service.

Had a great experience and new radio in less than 30 minutes at a great price.

Went to get a price on a new stereo and speakers yesterday and liked the price. Went the following day to get it installed and the guy working refused to in stall the rear speakers. So I walked away. I guess they did need me as a customer.

The guy answered all my questions, I was really just looking. That truck tho outside man its nice.

Promised one thing then when we got there found out it was all smoke and mirrors. Definitely NOT worth being in this cruddy area for!!

Very disappointed!!! I took my car in to get 69 speakers and a Dash radio with navigation and back up camera. After spending $500+ tax. Not even 24 hours my camera broke off after trying to adjust because it was installed wrong. Didnt know it would just snap off. I took it back told them the camera was tilted and it just broke off trying to adjust it. In which it should not have, that lets me know it wss cheap. I was told to come back Wednesday, it rains all day Wednesday and was flooded couldnt get there. Finally today rolls around Im able to go back. They tell me to pull in, installed another camera and told it would be $40 more in which none of that was stated when I came in. I think not! I was sold, cheap faulty products and was told broke camera were not under warranty. In which I did not recieved any paper work statement stating that. I did not get the dash with navigation nor did I get any instruction manuals for my products. There was not a second thought to customer service and get the feeling the can care less about people of color or females as long as they get your money. I get that from the way I was treated and cold shoulder I got for unsatisfactory business ethic. They know they could have replaced my camera cause it was cheap and faulty on thier end. I thought I found a place to trust to do my system and planned on continuing to do business with them. Not after tjis. Highly disappointed.
