You don’t have to worry about this company taking advantage of you, or trying to sell you on a repair you don’t really need. I’ve used them many times and they always give great advice – even if the advice is to buy a new phone instead of having them do a bunch of repairs on my old phone. They are friendly, and they take the time to explain things. When they do a repair, it is really fast and affordable. I recommend them to everyone.

Very honest. Told me they wouldnt feel right repairing my phone as it was on its last leg. And didnt pressure me to buy one of their phones. Just gave me information to help me make an educated decision and that was it.

The 200+ five star reviews and zero lower star ratings had me convinced. I wasn’t disappointed. I broke my iPhone SE cell phone screen and had it fixed same day for around $83 I called ahead to see if I needed to make an appointment and give him an idea of when I would be there. Within an hour of his store closing. He hides in the back, but comes to the front when his door chimes. He told me it would take an hour and no appointment necessary. I arrived at the expected time. He was very friendly. Helped some folks while I waited and my cell phone was done in the time I expected. Just like new! Much better price than the $129 I saw Geek Squad at Best Buy might have charged. If I crack my screen or have any other issues I will be back!

I highly recommend Damian and his team to everyone for computer and cell phone repairs. I have been to his business on 4 separate occasions, and it was only the last visit to repair my computer that I have actually spent money in his store. The first two times he told me to save my money, and get a new phone because the repairs would cost more than what the phones were worth. I tried replacing the battery on my iPhone X. Straightforward process right?? WRONG!!! I ended up damaging the screen/digitizer in the process. Bad mistake since my wife was 3 days overdue with our third child. Anyways… I brought it in to Damian and he showed me two options, a lower end screen or a higher end screen. After debating and deciding, he had it repaired and replaced extremely fast. The things that were really impressive about PC & cellular repair MD was the integrity and honesty from Damian, the speed and accuracy with which he repaired my phone AND how he values the order of which customer’s orders come in. Im sure they are very helpful. Unfortunately my water damaged 600$ android isnt salvageable. ( yes I dropped it in the toilet lol! My wife and I are repeat customers of Damien’s…his service is always stellar and prompt. Today I dropped of my iPhone XR for a new screen and front facing camera. He had the phone ready in just a few hours. When I picked it up there was still an issue with the screen (noticed after I got in my vehicle). I went back inside, and Damien asked me if something happened, I told him no (no drops, bumps, etc.) and also reported that the internet connectivity (both WiFi and T-Mobile) was not working either. He asked if I could stay (he was just closing the store). He went above and beyond and replaced my screen again, and he and I collaborated on the internet issue (ended up being my VPN app…after I uninstalled it, internet worked fine). Damien said several times during this process that he would not leave me hanging, and wanted to figure out the problem….excellent customer service. Damien will continue to get my business in the future.

We brought my sons laptop up there to see if the blue screen error could be fixed. To be honest, my husband and I were expecting the worst, and figured wed have to buy a new lap top. I was so pleasantly surprised that the error was fixable, and even more surprised at the cost of the repair. The driver was replaced (upgraded too), the operating system, updates, and anti-virus software was reloaded, and the machine was returned in working order in less than 48 hours. I would highly recommend PC and Cell MD to anyone needing their technology fixed. This will be the first place I call if we need any work on a computer or phone.

If there was an option to give 10 stars i would give it in a heartbeat. The store closed at 4pm and i brought in my iPhone 6S Plus at 3pm. The phone needed the front glass fixed and the entire back case was bent and as a result the entire phone had to be rebuilt. The store is closed on Sunday and the owner stayed 3 hours after closing time just so I could have my phone back that day, and wouldnt need to wait until Monday. Not only did he do that, he also gave us a brand new back to the cell phone for free, in order to prevent us from having to purchase a whole new phone. He had to rebuild the entire phone and his price was unbelievably cheap. This is one of the best experiences Ive ever had at any store ever. I highly recommend using this store to fix any electronic. I cant say enough great things about this store. He has a customer for life.

I went to Best Buy and they said they could not fix my screen. I then went to Damian who said without hesitation, yes I can fix it just come back in 1 hour. He gave me upfront honest advice and took care of 2 other issues wile I waited. While I waited several other customers came in and were bragging how great Damian is to a third customer. Today I shattered my phone, the entire screen top to bottom. I work from my phone most of the day and needed the screen fixed quickly. I tried to call Simply Mac, but sat on phone for over an hour and no one would pick up. When I tried to make an apt online, there was nothing at multiple locations for the forseeable future. I took a chance and did a google search and found PC & Cell MD. He was SO pleasant over the phone. Said he could fix it that day in under an hour for HALF the price I saw online for Simply Mac. I have a Macbook Pro and the entire screen needed to be taken off and replaced. PC & Cell MD were the ONLY ones who were able to repair it in-house! (I called every big chain & private company in a 40 mile radius and learned that they are all just shipping posts for Apple products - its crazy.) Damian took my info over the phone and then started a text thread immediately to handle our communications. He shopped around and found the best price for a new screen and ordered the part. I was able to hold onto my computer until the part was delivered to his shop. He then let me know when I was in his cue for repair so that I could drop it off and wouldnt be without it for several days. I dropped it off one day after 3pm and picked it up the next day before 11am. Ahhhhhmaaaazing!!! My digital information was secure and I didnt have to worry that I was putting my whole world (my laptop) in someone elses hands. Its nice to work with someone you can trust! They even checked with me a few days afterwards to make sure all was well - their follow-up service is awesome.

This is the best place for iPhone screen & LCD repair! I had a cracked screen - dropped it again and had a BIG problem (see pic.) it was 2:30 on a Friday and I was out the door with complete new screen & LCD by 3:30! These guys are great!

Ordered Glass screen protector for my phone. Fast forward to today and I called to ask about replacing my screen on a Surface Pro 4. We took my mothers computer to PC and Cell MD because it would not work at all. The owner diagnosed the problem promptly and replaced the hard drive at a very reasonable cost. Additionally, he set up the software and printer driver. Then, he recovered data and pictures my mother had on the computers old hard drive and an old external hard drive. He was a pleasure to work with and very patient to answer our questions. We had a computer with a broken charger port so we took it in to see if it could be repaired. We love Daytech and their staff. They are always fair and knowledgeable about the repairs and services. I always recommend Day Tech phone repair to everyone.Update had to have more work done was referred to the Apple people they told me I should buy a new phone DayTech not only fix me up they cleaned it and got me a screen protector which has saved my phone many times already.
