Bought a replacement phone for a very old i phone back in April. The price was right but unfortunately the phone had multiple problems and I had to return it a few time. The owner of the store gave me a temporary phone that I used for several weeks while they worked on getting me another replacement phone. He did not have to do that. Great customer service and the staff was very knowledgeable. Highly recommended.

Bought a phone case with a clip on, same day my phone fell off material is bad dont waste your money they wont exchange. Also bought a Samsung tablet charger and burnt out over night.

Fixed my cracked screen in a timely fashion and the price was reasonable. Go see them theyre good people.

Had a screen replaced and a week later it was cracked again. Took it back and they would not replace and said it was dropped. It was not dropped. Wasted $45.

Really bad service.. Their material is really bad quality. After fixing my iphone 11 pro max there, days after my screen was completely ruined. It was acting up... I went back to complain about it and they used any excuse they found. Overall, really rude!!! Worst experience ever.

Fast service for phone repair if you need quick repair recommend this place

Located on Harry Hines Blvd, about 15 minutes from the Dallas Love Field Airport. The wireless expo had a great selection of electronics, notably phones and tablets; and their accessories. They have a large selection of screen protectors, chargers, headsets, etc. You can purchase name brand phones and tablets at a very affordable price; with the ability to negotiate for even better prices. The staff is very knowledgeable and friendly.

I like the place we go there every time we need anything done it get done there.

My phone spent months in a drawer after another repair shop said it was dead... 5 seconds here they said it needed a new battery, put one in & it’s been like new ever since. Seriously thank you guys from the bottom of my heart!!! These guys are legit, the diagnostic was free & the battery cost was the best by a long shot. Disappointing. Staff was not knowledgeable. Purchased three different items for cell phone repair and had to return to the store three times (for each item I purchased) because I was given the wrong parts. Great place if you dont mind visiting several times for correct parts, dont mind waiting to be helped and dont mind guessing what prices are.

Do not take your device to find out what’s wrong to get a quote unless you want to fix there for sure.They break it on purpose so you have to fix it with them. I took my iPad to check what is needed and before I took it it at least turned on and worked perfectly fine. But after they opened to find out what’s wrong with it, they quoted a price. And I did not like the price so I brought it back home. First they gave me a wrong iPad. (Another persons iPad) second I found out my iPad was broken. Not turning on at all. So when I called back they said since they “opened” it it wasn’t going to turn on until it was fixed. Lol I asked several other stores and they said that was bs. They basically took my battery out so it won’t turn on so I that I have to take it back to them. I think that’s very shady and scam.

I went with a water damaged iPhone 4s (It took a dunk or 4 in Jamaica). It had a burned charging connection. They let me know there were no guarantees as water-damaged phones can exhibit weird results once repaired (other things can short out I suppose). 4 hours and $45 later I had a functional iPhone. Very happy with the results. so much so, I had them go a head and replace the cracked back screen and bought a lanyard to boot. Total cost out the door was a cool Benjamin, but completely worth it. Thanks guys! Highly recommend.

My experience with these men was really awful. I spoke to the same man 2x. I asked him over the phone if he did repairs on Apple iPhone X, without it being a third-party screen. The man told me yes we will replace it with an Apple screen. He quoted me $85 I waited over half an hour and he still charged me 92.01$. After thinking that my iPhone 10 was repaired I went to the Apple store inside the galleria mall to do a trade-in at a $340 value but after they did the diagnostics on my phone they discovered that it was a third-party screen So my phone is worth nothing now. I’m livid. They are scammers

DO NOT GET YOUR PHONE FIXED HERE! Youre better off spending a little extra money for the manufacturers to fix it. I brought my phone in to get the cracked screen replaced. I coughed up $150 to get it done. It seemed to work fine when I picked it up, but when I tried to use the front facing camera it was taking really blurred pictures like there was a smear or dust obstructing the lens. I had to go back to the store twice before I could get a hold of the repair man. His reaction was to deny that he touched the camera. So youre telling me that you took off a cracked screen, cleaned the inside of the phone with alcohol and glued on a new screen, but you never touched the camera lens?!! To show how inept this technician is, in order to get rid any possible speck or dust he slipped STICKY TAPE under the screen to clean it! Are you kidding me?!! Obviously that made it even worse and pictures were super smeary. *sigh* He kept on denying he touched the camera, and the fact that the camera got damaged while in his possession wasnt his fault. The only solution he gave was to PAY MORE to remove the screen again, clean again and put a new screen on... Heck no! So now I have to live with a non functioning front facing camera.Oh and the store owner was a few feet away while we were talking to the tech and he didnt intervene or show concern. Yea so save your money and time and drive past this store.

She was very knowledgeable about the products and found everything i needed quickly. I would have wandered around with no one offering to help for 30 minutes at the place i used to go to. Just came from this store. Customer service very poorly. When I entered store no one greeted or ask how I could be helped. One man was behind register sleep. The other two one on the couch on his phone. The other was behind his desk on his phone as well. They didnt even carry product I was looking for.

I switch phones about 8 times a year and I get all my cases here. Amazon like prices without having to wait for the case to come in the mail. They do great repairs also!

Counterfeit Phones sold here. Beware! Purchased a Brand new Galaxy S4 but that had had all the original parts gutted from the phone. Stated that it was a factory unlocked ATT device. Took it to 2 ATT stored and both confirmed it was counterfeit. Returned to store and they started changing their stories and said oh, this one is refurbished, we changed the batteries and the charger. Pfft. Right. Buyers beware! Im an IT technician, and the cosmetics and the packaging look legit, but I have video of ATT store employees saying its fake. Got a refund and started steering clear of pretty much any store on Harry Hines lol.. The phone also had Korean apps installed.

DO NOT GO TO Wireless Expo THEY WILL REMOVE GOOD PARTS FROM YOUR PHONE WITHOUT YOU EVEN NOTICING. I needed to get my note 2 repaired from my sim card slot because it wasnt reading my sim card. They told me they were going to charge me $30. Once I get there they said it will be $40 and guaranteed work. So I dropped off my phone and about 2 hours later I go and pick up my phone.Once i get there the guy runs upstairs and starts to work on it. 10 minutes later the guy comes downstairs hands me my phone back and I notice that it had a different chrome frame on it and my S Pen was missing.He told me that he had changed the sim card slot and to put my sim card in to see if it is working.It still didnt work.So I brought it to his attention that my S Pen was missing and that my original frame wasnt on my phone. I told him to bring me my S Pen back and to put my original frame back on my phone. He took my phone upstairs and when he brought it back to me with a different frame it was still not my original frame. He insisted that it was the original frame but my frame have a dent next to the power button. Then he told me that the reason he and put my original frame back on was because my frame was old and scratched and he was trying to do me a favor by giving me a new frame. So for the third time I send him back upstairs finally he brought my original frame. So I turn my phone on and there was black spots on my screen that were not there when I first showed him my phone. He said the reason the spots were appearing on my screen was because he had to put a lot of pressure when he was swapping out the frame. I asked him to demonstrate to me how he was removing the frame.So he did. I noticed he didnt put any pressure, all he did when slide a tool between my phone and the frame and it came if easily. I demanded him to put all my original parts back on my phone. I told them I wasnt a technician but I knew that he was doing me wrong. There was a lot of customers at the time inside of the store. He tells me that i was accusing him of doing something that he hasnt done so he started to get mad and told me to get out of his store.So this other guy calmed down the owner and told me that he would make me a deal on a refurbished phone. I told him that the only reason the owner was getting mad was because the truth hurts.At the end of all this instead of getting my phone fixed it actually got messed up even more. DO NOT GO TO Wireless Expo. I DONT KNOW HOW TO REMOVE MY RATING STAR ON HERE BUT IF I FIND OUT A WAY HOW TO REMOVE IT I WOULD REMOVE IT ASAP....

1st time -The only thing that stuck with me was the nasty smell in the air and the repeated saying we dont not accept returns anyone who has to repeat that so much is doing something wrong.2nd time - i call looking for a part. they tell me yes we have it. I drive 1 hour to go get it and they tell me it is actually broken so they dont have one. i ask to see the broken one because i was desperate. they refused to let me see it because they lied to begin with and never had it. there will not be a third time.

I went ther to buy a replacement battery for my phone, the guy told me ther was no refunds, and then he said lets hook your phone up to a charger, to make sure the new battery is charging, well I said I dont think its charging, he insisted it was, I left with a bunk disposible battery, came back the next day, gave his crappy battery back, yea and he got me 15, but I so glad he didnt get me for more! I WILL TELL EVERYBODY DONT GO TO WIRELESS EXPO, THEY SELL WORTHLESS WIRELESS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
