I will ALWAYS buy my Christmas tree here from Cassandra, Michael and Justin. This was my fourth year in a row getting one of their rare “natural” trees. I moved back to Arlington 2 years ago and still go to Dallas to buy from this group. 5 years ago I bought my last tree from Home Depot. Makes a big difference to pay a little more to have a fresh tree from people that care about their customers and love what they do! If you’re a freak about having the perfect tree, this is your place!Pro tip! Don’t forget to bring back your tree stand from the year before and they’ll exchange it for you! Great trees and extremely helpful. They do a great job getting them onto your car. Their prices are comparable for trees at nurseries. Their wreaths are high quality and reasonably priced as well for the size and greenery mix. Thanks NP, see you next year!

Prices were higher than Lowe’s or Home Depot but the trees were beautiful and seemed to be much fresher. Helpful people, they loaded our tree on our car for us and tied it down. Overall I’m very pleased!! Thanks we’ll see you next year!!

After going to Lowes, Home Depot, Walmart, and a few others around DFW I have to say North Pole Christmas Trees had the best and healthiest trees Ive seen in years. The staff is extremely helpful and prided themselves on how well they took care of their trees. None of the trees were dead, all had healthy needles that were were still firmly attatched to the branch. All of the branches were still springy and flexible and not dead and brittle like the trees of their competitors.

These trees are incredible! And its obvious the staff all care about getting you a healthy, great-looking Christmas tree. Ill admit that I was skeptical there would be any difference in quality between this and any other tree place (big box stores or independents), but I was wrong.

Not worth it, greatly overpriced with the excuse that theyre from a local farm and freshly cut. The second time I got one from them, it started dying two weeks before Christmas, I did everything to try and save the tree but nothing worked, I called the place and they told me they can offer another for half price, for paying $500 for a tree, the least they couldve done was to switch the tree or getting a refund, but they say they no. Dont waste your money here, go to lowes, home depot or another place but here. youll save at least $200 easy...

I was shocked when I saw the quality of the trees here. Every tree was so symmetrical and full and shaped perfectly. At other farms I had been to in the past, you had to really look around to find a tree that wasnt patchy or uneven--to find the perfect tree. Here, I could barely make a decision because they were all pretty much perfect, and seemed very fresh. I now know what they mean by grade A trees. The workers were also really friendly and helpful. One thing to note for future visitors is they didnt have very many small trees nor pre-flocked trees. Highly recommend!

Really over $100 for an average sized Christmas tree!!! When right around the corner I can go to lowes and get one for 50-70 bucks!!! Haha
