I’ve driven by but never stopped before until I received a gift card for Christmas. On a whim, I visited and needless to say — have been hooked ever since. Their coffee and food is amazing and their staff is unbelievably kind, generous, and warm. They pour their hearts into every cup and it’s so refreshing to finally have a coffee shop whose product and business you love to support. (Goodbye disappointing shops!) Mark and Adam have built a treasure and I look forward to starting my day with them. Even through the winter storm, they stayed open and brewed our favorite drinks. Nothing keeps them from doing what they love with grace and heart. So happy I found you! ☕️ ♥️

We got the iced vanilla latte with almond milk. I got the strong version, while my fiancé got the weaker smooth version. The strong coffee was really good, coming from a Viet woman who loves strong Viet coffee. It was a little too much for my fiancé, but he enjoyed his smooth version.Overall, great coffee and quick service. We got our coffee after about 2-3min on a busy Sunday morning.

Started off my day in Dallas here and was very pleased. Service was exception, coffee great and food tasty!Bummer they have no WiFi so not a good place to try to work remote. But the vibe and atmosphere is lively so it is a nice break from the mundane and bland!

Hands down the best coffee and the customer service is amazing! The owner and all the employees make you feel like youre at home. I cannot say enough good things about this place, I recently moved to Addison and still drive out there once a week for the coffee and experience! Relaxing spot to get some work done. Very tasty black coffee and calm vibes. Friendly staff and plenty of parking in the garage. No outlets and no WiFi is a little confusing. Guess they don’t want people studying or doing work here. This still will not prevent me from coming back and doing some studying.

This delightful coffee shop has stellar coffees and super friendly service. We happened in one afternoon and discovered a welcoming spot with really great java. Honestly, it is some of the best coffee Ive had in Dallas. The staff was accommodating and made sure we had a comfortable place to sit despite the other tables being occupied. Strongly recommend!

I’m driving back home to Houston and decided to stop for a quick cup of coffee, I looked up coffee near me and they popped up. This place is fantastic! The service was truly memorable. It was my first time there (was traveling), and the staff was so patient with me and explained everything clearly. Great coffee, vibe, and food. I wish I bought more coffee bags to take home. I was staying at a hotel with terrible coffee nearby, so I bought their “instant” liquid coffee in the bottle. You just add water or milk to it and...voila! Mind blown...So good! Already looking forward to my next visit when I’m in town. Thanks again, Keep up the great work!P.S-It would be even more awesome if I could order your coffee from out of state. Hopefully this is an option soon? :)

I’m a big coffee lover so I love trying out new shops wherever I go. LDU is one of the few places that charges premium coffee prices and provides no WIFI or charging outlets. Hard pass next time I’m in Dallas.

My favorite coffee shop in DFW. Strong coffee and just to my liking. This place is for the coffee enthusiast who enjoys a daily espresso or two. I drive over even though I have places closer I can walk. A true hidden gem in Dallas. The have two locations if you are closer to Preston Road.

Its really nice and clean and pretty here. The coffee is pretty good. They have a small collection of interesting books as well. There is a quirky, pretentious vibe here as well though.Also, the tables are ALL sticky. Like all of the tables of a film of grubbiness. Its like they never even wipe the tables after people leave.

Ive tried dozens of coffee places in Dallas and this is the best there is. The staff is consistently friendly and kind, the service expeditious and overall the coffee highlight of my week. There is a pickup window that is dog friendly if you want to order from outside and a great online ordering service for a quick visit.

I first noticed LDU coffee when I was driving down Fitzhugh on my way to Lower Greenville, and stopped by a few days later after doing a few searches on it. The people who work here are really nice and attentive and go out of their way to make it a comfortable environment. The prices are very reasonable and the drinks are great. I had a cortado and some toasted banana bread and they were both really good. Will be back.

Let me preface this by saying the coffee is 5 stars, butMy girlfriend and I just went for coffee after a great spin class next door and she wanted an iced hot chocolate. I understand It’s an inherently contradictory order, but she likes the way it’s frothed. The person taking our order would not let her do this and proceed to explain two (2!) separate times why the order didn’t make sense instead of simply putting ice in hot chocolate. It was extremely tense and uncomfortable.I really enjoy the place and the employees are always extremely friendly and accommodating,but this experience was ridiculous. I felt like Larry David in a Curb episode.

Not only is the espresso super strong, smooth, and delicious, seriously the best latte I’ve had, but the owners Adam and Mark(sorry if I left anyone else out) are SO kind. They take time to talk with you when you order and know all their regular customers. Hands down my fave place in Dallas. Oh and the ham and cheese sandwich was quite tasty.

This place is a gem! Interior is neat, simple and inviting. With Australian ownership naturally I had to try the flat white and it was phenomenal. Smooth, silky texture and balanced flavor, not too bitter, my new favorite drink! Reminds me of good whiskey even! The sandwiches are delicious too, seared nice and crispy. Cant wait to go back!

This place is great! 2nd time in. Didn’t realized they closed at 4pm and I walked in at 4:08(sadly that guy) and made the realization. I went this morning to give this place a try and I was so happy once the coffee hit my lips. I got a honey flat white and it was perfect and exactly what I wanted. My husband got a decaf with milk and sugar and it was just as good. I cannot stand bitter coffee and this place delivered 100% on providing the perfect coffee. I cant say enough good things about this place! Ive been there three times the past month and its always been excellent. Staff are very lind and accommodating.
