Stopped by the other day, had a fantastic iced latte with oat milk. Great quality and undertones of the espresso were very tasty.Will return again, just recommend to my coworker who is new to TX.

Ive taken a couple of their virtual cupping classes and they are excellent! Truly a must try if you get a chance. Their coffee selection is also amazing as they know how to roast each type of bean to perfection and ensure the notes of the bean come across.

Walked in as I was nearby, the staff was very helpful and assisted me in ordering as I hadn’t had a clue what I wanted to order. The interior was nice, neat, and clean. Great service in a nice little part of town. Ordered the Chai latte.

My roommate and I went to a $10 French Press class here. Very informative, and the coffee is great. The staff were knowledgeable and friendly. Definitely will be back.

I came in for free cupping class which was absolutely amazing followed by having cappuccino as well as a cortado. Not only were the staff extremely knowledgeable but very friendly! The coffee is on point it is so smooth it is probably one of the best coffees Ive ever had.

Their Costa Rica pour over was one of the best cups of black coffee Ive ever had. Ive been a fan of the roaster since they opened, and Im so excited to find they have a coffee bar too. Bonus points for sidewalk ordering and delivery. I dont want to go inside any coffee bar until the panic is done.

Delightful little roastery! Were currently really enjoying both the Rise N Grind and Cold Snap beans. It was also a great experience doing the curbside pick up of both the beans and some drinks.

I stopped in on a whim because it happened to be in proximity to where I dropped someone off. The coziness to the cafe is immediate upon entering. It’s small inside and there’s one main communal it’s table for sitting as well as a three or four window seats. An open doorway leads directly to the roaster. This also happens to be the space you have to walk through to get to the bathroom. Everyone was kind and welcoming. I think I saw someone doing yoga? Not entirely sure 😄 but they were just chilling and chatting up the barista.I ordered the espresso tonic and loved it! I’ve had espresso tonic in the past but I didn’t realize that they pre mixed it for me. Having it poured into a snifter elevated the experience, especially once I began stirring. There is a danger of coffee explosion but the risk makes it worth the reward.

Go try the mocha! Great atmosphere!!

Do you love deep rich locally roasted beans over ice with just the right amount of cream? If so, Noble Coyote is for you. Granted my partaking was during the Covid-19 pandemic which calls for a little bit of flexibility. But ordering online was a breeze; the coned off dedicated, right out front parking spot is super nice. Service was quick. Lets get back to the coffee...it was delicious. The humble cup-a-coffee is life blood and their cold brew GAVE ME LIFE!

After purchasing some of their coffee from Whole foods, we are now loyal customers. Never going back. We grabbed a few bags to take with us to AZ as gifts for Christmas and now we are on the hook to ship some more to family members. XD.

Extraordinary. I visit a lot of coffee shops and roasters when I travel and Noble Coyote stands out amongst the hundreds of shops I’ve checked out across the country. Cool shop with the roasters right in view from the counter, a very down to earth and personable staff that knows their stuff, and an incredible espresso shot. Drinking Barking Dog as we speak now that I’m home from my travels. Next time I’m in Dallas, this will be my go to and I look forward to hopefully attending a cupping event as well. Been drinking coffee for about a year and recently ordered. I like coffee a little sweeter so Bloom #1, Rise N Grind#2 (only tried these two). The house smells awesome after grinding coffee beans!

The staff are very knowledgeable and helpful in providing good information about good coffee, and most of all their coffee is delicious!Note, as other people have said this is not a coffee shop per se, but more of a retail store and the place where they roast their beans.They host free coffee tastings and brew method fundamentals classes regularly. I just went to the tasting class and really enjoyed it.

My wife surprised me with a bag of Ethiopian Yirgacheffe from Noble Coyote. This was an amazing bag of coffee. I just brewed some in my Chemex and it tastes exactly as described(Dark Chocolate, Lime, floral, rich). If I am ever in the Dallas area I will surely return to this amazing coffee roaster.

My boyfriend and I spent two days in Dallas (Deep Ellum area) and we went to four coffee places that were top rated by Dallas locals.This place was by far, our favorite. They have a whole factory in the back where they are MAKING their coffee beans. Its beautiful to see and clearly, they have no problem making you a cup of coffee to enjoy. It was rich in coffee nodes and slightly flavored by my choice of lavender in my chai latte. Perfectly made and their coffee beans are fabulous in the French press.Highly recommend anyone from Dallas or visiting out of the area to go.
