If I could give 0 to this store I will, this lady is very rude and mean to clients.I came in 4:48 and Jenie refused to let me purchased, and I begged her she said no, I have been a customer for this store more than 5 years.
I spent $212 on my cashapp card, they said my payment didn’t go thru. When I showed them my account and the completed payment they still refused to give me my products.And said just call your bank. I called the bank on speaker phone and she told them the transaction was completed and I didn’t have the money in my account. They didn’t offer internet help after that and refused to give me my products.So now they have stolen my money and had NO concern on giving it back or giving me my products that I clearly paid for.When I asked for the owners info or anyone other than them. They refused that also.
I have tried over the past 3 years to do business here. It has ALWAYS been a lot of work. There are lots of rules to purchase. Even after you meet the wholesale requirements.Today I didnt meet yet another one the rules. The truth is.. her store, her rules. So with that, I walked out. I do have a choice on where I spend my money and my time.The lady who is always at the register (maybe the owner) has no clue how to treat people. I honestly dont think she cares... like at all. I looked at her and thought... nothing I am about to say will matter.For the life of my I dont understand why she has to make it so complicated to buy cheap beauty products? (insert eye roll here)
Awful customer service!! Not a hello may I help you but wheres your tax ID ...Give us a sec please...Never once offered help of any kind..We walked right out the door to many places to shop that will gladly help!!
Lucky Beauty Supply is NOT for retail CUSTOMERS. The employees are ALL very NICE, dont mistreat them and theyre GREAT! They have a large selection of everything you need, and weve gone to them almost weekly for going on 4 years now!!
This is the WORST beauty supply ever. We went in and they ask for your business tax ID number (which we had) but they ambushed us into trying to make an account without letting us speak first to ask a simple question. I do not recommend at all! Go somewhere else for wholesale! They do not care about their customers at all. If you are a business then make sure to have your tax ID ready when you step foot in the door or they will try to put you out. Poor poor poor service!!!!!!!!
Almost everyone said it all. The lady at the cashier is extremely rude, I don’t like coming here either. I come here only once in a while. Since, it’s not a lot of wholesale business in Dallas . So, we have little or no options, for everyone who cares about Customer Service, try Ms Kim Wholesale, she has the best customer service, it’s down the street from them . Put the name on google maps, you will find it. Thank you.
When i called in the phone she was super rude, but i wanted to give them a chance anyways. The first time i went they were ok, however the last two times were not good. She is just simply rude, but no different then when you go to a retail asian owned store. I personal do not know many wholesale beauty supply, however i truly do not think i will come back. I just know there has to be some other place on harry hines that know about customer service. Besides the one or two ppl that state how awesome they are, the reviews are correct. Lucks deserves a 1.0 rating however they will probably always stay in business regardless of what i think.

This place DOES exist and our company has shipped with them every Friday for 3 years. Customer service is awesome and Oscar is extremely helpful
