The eye shadow palettes are incomparable. Pigment and wear-ability is fantastic, so many amazing colors. I just bought the latest collection and am very inspired! Great staff who is also considerate of social distancing. Good prices too!

My recent experience at Morphe in NorthPark Mall was great. Sales associate was very helpful assisting me in a choosing better match of foundation shade - which has been difficult during this pandemic (I had 2 returns from other brands). I even got a good deal on a couple of new brushes.

VERY helpful people here. I honestly had no idea how to do my makeup and they helped me find an eye palette that fit my needs/wants. Super knowledgeable and eager to help you. People here get excited to show you how to use things and thats amazing. Other stores where I went always made me uncomfortable because I felt like I was being judged for not knowing what I was doing.

The whole staff was very sweet and helpful. I had been in the store for maybe 20 minutes and every person came and asked how I was no more than two minutes apart. They were very knowledgeable about their brushes and they all were wearing beautiful eye designs. I highly recommend paying them a visit!

The customer service at this store was the definition of HOSPITALITY! Every employee participated in representing their location well. Went here based on a recommendation from a friend. I’m a novice when it comes to makeup and finding the correct shade of foundation is always a daunting task. However, Leigh came to the rescue. Leigh was very attentive, listened to your needs/concerns, and was honest about what you actually need. I will definitely be coming back! Oh, and did I mention that the foundation costs $18. Perhaps the best product I’ve ever purchase and at a reasonable price.

The products are amazing. The only thing that bother me was the cashier and workers! They have that attitude that makes them look like they don’t like their job. I was standing by the foundation waiting for somebody to ask if I needed help finding my shade and she was just looking the other way ignoring me! Till I asked her “can you help me find my shade” she didn’t even talk to me or said anything. She just turned around and started picking a few shades and try one on my face and gave me the mirror. I said “how do you think this one fits one me” she said “it’s up to you” I took the foundation said thank you and went to pay. Now theirs a lot of influencers “YouTubers” our their that have a code with morphe. I asked the cashier (she was wearing glasses) if I can use a code she said “yea” after she scanned everything and gave me my total I said “where do I put the code in” and she answered like “oh I already put one in” unbelievable... I will not be coming back!Morphe please look for young lady’s that will love their job!

All the girls here were AMAZING to me the other day! I went in to switch out my foundation since I had gotten the wrong shade and Lacey was the perfect fit for me that day. She helped me find my right shade, unfortunately they were out of stock but hey that just gives me another reason to come back! I still didnt walk out empty handed though because I saw the Morphe 39S and it was just beautiful. I told Lacey Im taking that home today and she offered to do an eye look on me using this pallet. Of coarse i was excited, this was my birthday weekend and i was going out that day. I told her to do her thing and i would take a look at the end. She ended up using purples (my favorite color) and i got sooo many compliments on my eye look that night! Thank you Lacey for hooking me up and the ladies at Morphe for hyping me up, I will be returning soon!

As far as the makeup and the store itself, its priced reasonably. In fact its a steal! The displays were beautiful and everything was in stock from what I did see. My complaint isnt with the company itself (at least I dont believe it is), but rather with the employees and how we were treated at the Morphe in North Park Mall. My sister, mother, and I walked into Morphe on 01/17/19 around 7 p.m. the store was not busy and there were two ladies standing behind a display of makeup talking to each other which we later seen were employees. We were not greeted and our eyes met with these employees several times while browsing the store. I have heard great things about Morphe so I was excited. However, we felt as though we were unwanted which is a main reason we did not speak first. Not too long after we walked in, another lady walked in and was greeted instantly. Thats where it was a problem for me. For the record and not that it should matter (but I feel that it does), I am a Fat Black Woman. Again, not that it should matter, but the lady that walked in was a very pretty, slender, Caucasian woman. I do feel that we were discriminated against. Everyone else was greeted, asked if they needed anything, etc., while we were disregarded. One of the employees even quickly shifted her gaze away from us when she saw that we were looking around, turned her back to us, and finished her conversation with the other employee (but yes, WE WERE STILL WATCHED). I dont want anything except for us to not be discriminated against in the store. I may not be able to change anywhere else, but just like a customer can make or break an employees day, the same can be said for a customer and it is apart of their job to at least be friendly and not ignore potential customers. I am not an angry black woman (yet), I do not want a discount or anything free. I simply want to be treated equally when I walk into your store and o bring awareness to this situation. However, if this is the way that I, my family, and others that resemble me will be treated, I will not be giving my business to this store like I thought I would. Also, your response (if any) really depends on that as well.

The staff was disinterested in any customer service & when I needed to ask a question I was rudely interrupted before I could ask it. Needless to say, I didnt get my question answered.

Save yourself the trouble and go to North Park instead. The staff was very very rude on the phone. When I asked what store had closest parking they told me “for sure Nordstrom has the closest parking we’re right next to it on the 3rd floor” this was 20 minutes before they closed. The store is all the way down on the other end of the mall by the westin entrance on the 1st floorWe walked all over the mall looking for it. When we found it they had closed 5 minutes early. So this employee gave us misinformation so she could close early and not have to deal with us. We tried to open the doors and an employee inside waved her hands in an over handed outward swatting motion for us to go away as she rolled her eyes at us. Again this was 5 minutes before scheduled closing time. I will never be visiting any store inside this mall again and will be sure to tell everyone I know to visit the north park location instead.

No more than what I had seen on YouTube and at Ulta, I wasnt that familiar with this brand. I was highly impressed with the store. They have products for every skintone. I was also surprised to see that they had makeup brushes that are comparable to the higher end brands for a fraction of the price. They have a vast selection of eyeshadow palettes. My only issue is that I wish they sold the eyeshadows individually like the MAC, NYC and Make Up For Ever brands at North Park Center do. If you are a makeup artist ot enthusiast, then you will love this store.!
