I had such a great experience today at One Source. Adriana was super helpful in assisting me with collecting just the right supplies for my mom. She explained each item in detail and helped me select the appropriate quantities of each item. I experienced outstanding customer service, felt appreciated as a customer, and would highly recommend One Source to my friends and family. We will definitely be coming back again if the need arises.

Horrible communication skills always being put on hold and then being hung up on then when I call back they forget that you ever called to begin with!!! Unfortunately this is the only company I can go through at this time but I will be on Medicaid soon and will be happy when I don’t get disrespected by this company ever again!!!!

It’s hard to speak to someone they always send you to voicemail. They always short you on supplies which means I have to make a double trip. Also when your supplies are ready for pick they sometimes don’t notified you, which cancels the order and have to make a new order for your supplies.

Complete ripoff artists, don’t recommend using them if you are a Parkland Health System recipient. Will charge way above what Parkland says it will cost.

I have been waiting on supplies for over a week now for my bed sore and I have been waiting on ostomy supplies for months I have yet to get either and when I call they say Im always on the delivery route for today I guess I will call my Dr. Today and tell them to send my orders elsewhere
