I’ve been searching for a good maple bacon donut in Texas and this is it! Perfect balance of maple, bacon, and donut. So dang good. Staff was awesome. The other donuts we had were really good, too. Also picked up some “dog donuts” for the pups which they devoured with joy

Great donuts! They will make a donut shake as well! I didnt try the shake but Im definitely getting one on my next visit! Though I was lucky enough to get a parking spot close, the parking sucks like most of dallas in downtown and uptown.

Customizable donuts with over 50 options on how to build it? Count me in. All you had to tell me was how fun and innovative this business was and Id have been here sooner. I loved it and will be back.

Maria and her colleague were amazing and very honored to serve my family and I. We came in 20 mins before closing and they didn’t have that hurry up and order we are closing attitude. Instead they took care of my family and I with the upmost respect. It meant so much to my kids that I even left a $20 Tip and took a picture with the crew and kids. Amazing experience!

These guys are such a wonderful local business. The donuts are wonderful. Theyre moist and flavorful but not overly sweet. They also have mixed boxes a bit cheaper if you want to try some options. The staff was also super friendly and happy to help.

Urban Donut catered our brunch wedding and did a fantastic job. There are lots of tasty flavors to choose from plus can customize to whatever you want. we worked with Jim and he was very sensible and professional in making sure we were satisfied with our order.the donuts were a big hit and of course delicious, would recommend Urban Donut for any sort of event or gathering!

A build your own donut shop is a very cool concept. The donuts themselves were pretty mediocre. I also may have gotten carried away when adding icing/toppings, haha. However, the staff were absolutely lovely. I would happily give it another go because of how great the service was.

Really cool spot in uptown for donuts, coffee, ice cream and the good fun sugary stuff. The staff are Fabulous and the donuts are kewl like Jaram Donuts in Lakewood. Hope you have as good of an experience here as I did !!

I have to give 5 stars for the trolley long john when I bit into it I felt like I was back home in Ohio. We have cream sticks and the trolley was awesome sauce.

Come early to get parking right in from of the store. You can CREATE YOUR OWN DONUT! filling, toppings, candy. All for about 5$. Best thing here--other than the service--if you pay with cash you get a 10% discount. Get the rewards program and get free donuts.

This place is like the subway of donuts. You build your own gourmet donut. You start with a base donut (from vanilla, chocolate, blueberry, long etc.) Then you can chose your fillings, then choose your toppings, then choose your drizzle. Thats about a $3.50-$4.50 donut each. Or you can buy an already made donut those range from $.99 for a plain Glazed to about $4 for a big cinnamon roll

Urban Donut was an experience I have not had at any other donut places out there.  They have a customizable donut! You can choose any of their donut selections and add any creams/frostings/toppings/drizzles.  Essentially, you can put sugar on your sugar to enjoy with some sugar.  Their apple fritter was delicious when it was topped with buttercream frosting, andes mints, butterfingers, white chocolate and salted caramel chips, and caramel drizzle.  Also, their cinnamon roll with a similar profile of toppings was also delicious.  Definitely worth it for the $4 you pay.  Their regular bismarck donut (the ones you can fill) was quite bitter/sour and not that great, so 100% stay away from that one!!

I made a selfie donut with a vanilla donut, caramel, Snickers pieces, and cream cheese drizzle. It was sweet and delicious. The donut was nice and soft. I definitely recommend Urban Donut.

I just understand why a donut place opens later than whenever everyone else has already opened for 1-2 hours. They’re donuts. Not steaks. Cmon.I wonder if there is some inherent value simply because OOH shiny donuts from randoms walking by versus those of us who live in the building and could become more regular clients.One thing that rubbed me the wrong way that they asked if I lived in the building and asked if I had a loyalty program, but didn’t bother explaining it. Just poor client loyalty service all around.

It was fine, but nothing special in my opinion, though I didnt try more than one item. What I did buy seemed about 50 cents to $1 more than it should have been.

Favorite donut shop in town! A family owned business that takes the time to know their customers. Love their wide selection of donuts and the $5 “yesterday’s donuts” boxes are a wonderful treat for any office.

The blueberry lemon cake donut was very soft and amazing tasting as well as the Oreo one. The old fashioned tasted like meat.... Not sure why so I threw that away. The apple fritter was ok. My option if you are going to get their donuts get the cake specialty ones. Also we went at 11:30a.m. And could tell they were made that day!

Litterally dreaming of the smores donut as I write this. They have tons of creative donuts or you can create you own! They have a build your own donut bar. Donut milk shakes and coffee. There is about 4 seats inside, this place is more for take out.

Just had Urban Donut delivered through UberEats. OMG its amazing! The cold brew iced coffee tasted like a coffee coolata but much better. And my favorite was the doughnut pizza.Also they did actually read my notes for extras such as napkins, creamers, etc which is a huge plus because they have attention to detail.Will buy from again before I fly back home to Boston.

The Maple Bacon Donut is delicious. Perfect for those who want a sweet and savory treat. Theyre also dog friendly, which I think is adorable! They have doggie donuts and the Pet Collective plays on their TV.

Overall Grade: C-Unimpressed. They have a create your own donut bar which is neat, but besides that, this is not worth the drive... even if I lived close by.Basic donut quality. They no longer have the waffle fried. The only benefit is the create your own donut bar, but Id rather have an outstanding quality donut from Jarams or Hypnotic.

The euphoric scent of fresh donuts overwhelms your nostrils when you walk through the doors of this heavenly donut shop. This place actually looked & felt clean enough to eat off the floor. The front counter guy Sam, was very laid back & professional wearing gloves the whole time which I appreciated. This was my 1st time visiting & definitely wont be my last!! OOOOH!! & the donut were just as melt in your mouth heavenly as they smelled!! Make it a must try, its worth it!!

Friendly and welcoming staff member today. Explained the menu thoroughly. I opted for the pre-made up, ready to go donuts instead of the make your own. I got six to try, a little on the pricy side, but beautifully presented. Flavorful but didn’t taste freshly made. I traveled out of my way and had to park around the corner and walk back to get there. Oh and they have a reward system.

We stopped at Urban Donut in search for the best apple fritters in Dallas, and we found them there !! Sweet and fluffy, just in the right amounts. We decided to seat and have a coffee, and since it was late at night (yes! a donut shop open at night!) the small place was just for us. What a friendly personnel we discovered ! So whenever we visit Dallas again, well be there for the people, the donuts (which looked lovely and delicious and were dispatched to-go one after the other while we were there) and THE fritters.

Okay I LOVE donuts and I am fiercely outspoken about specialty donuts that try to add a bunch of junk on top but taste horrible. So when I stepped into Urban Donut I was not impressed by what I saw, specialty donuts. Marshmallows, cereal and other craziness atop modest size donuts, but I had promised my son a treat when I returned home so I thought I would try one myself. HOLY COW!!!! The donuts themselves were soft, moist, cooked just right. Yes the toppings were still ridiculous and ruined the donuts themselves, but I was impressed the cake portion of the donuts were cooked so well. I was also treated to a quick meet and great with the owner(s). Genuinely kind and friendly not only to the customers but each of the employees, who they greeted by name.I plan to stick with real donuts, but was delightfully surprised by Urban Donuts and would recommend them if you enjoy the occasional specialty donut.

The donuts were decent, and the employees were fine. The thing is, I got two donuts, and the total was over $7. That is insane. Thats like twelve times the cost of any other donut from another donut shop. I didnt even do the create you own donut thing. These were their standard ready to go donuts.I have to imagine the flour they use is harvested only in Tibet, by a very small sect of monks or something. Nothing else could explain the price of a strawberry iced donut with an animal cracker on top being $3.

Always delicious! I eat here very often and Im never dissatisfied. Very friendly staff and everything is great from the donuts, kolaches, and build your own, to the delicious cold brew. Wish they opened earlier I have to wait sometimes, but definitely worth it!

One of my coworkers treated us to Urban Donut and ILL TELL YOU WHAT. The donuts are excellent, they have a neat build your own donut line or you can pick up some of the already pre-designed donuts. My donut was topped with chocolate fudge and caramel chips, the donut was perfectly cooked, airy and fluffy. I will be returning!

Staff was very informative and very nice. The dount were super good. I made an ice cream donut sandwich and put my own toppings on it fabulous place to take kids.

I decided to stop at Urban Donut because it was the closet donut shop to my job. I really regret not going elsewhere. The staff was nice, the place looked clean but they are seriously overpriced. I had a regular kolache which was good, they are larger than the standard size. The sausage link was the size of a hotdog but Ive had the same at other donut shops and it didnt cost me $4. The croissant was great but take napkins because they are very flaky. Their donuts are mediocre at best, which really was a surprise. I got a regular chocolate donut and it was $2, the dough was bland and floury and the chocolate icing tasted burnt and left a bad after taste in my mouth. I also had an orange juice, and even that tasted like it was near expiration. In total I spent $8.30, and left no tip because, seriously I felt robbed already. I understand that the market allows for them to have higher prices in this area but come on! I could have gotten way more at other donut shops for that price. If youre going to charge that much you better be damn sure the quality exceeds that of the mom & pop shops on the other side of the highway where I will be taking my business from now on.

It was my first time coming into Urban donut, I was pretty excited to try “customize your own donut”, I told the employer “oh you have the customize your own donut?”his response was “yeah” and asked if that was it for today, after I had grabbed 2 sausage croissants. I felt really un-welcomed and rushed. I don’t know what the employers have with one another but seems like they don’t get along, is just a bad vibe. Just for that I won’t give it a 1 star cause the sausage croissants were AMAZING but I just really hope customer service can improve ):

Good donuts - I really liked the Highland Park - it has roasted coconut, caramel, and chocolate, kind of like Samoas of Girl Scout cookie fame.And, they changed their music -- they used to play country, but they changed and are now playing cool music. Thank you!
