My daughter ordered a jacket from this company through school. It came misspelled and without the bling she wanted. I sent the jacket back to the store using the UPS label that was emailed to me. I wasnt sent a box to return it, so their error still cost me money to ship it back. And the company wanted to charge me $30 more on a jacket that I already spent close to $300 on in the first place to get the bling where she wanted it. So, they were unwilling to do anything extra for my trouble and added expense by placing the bling in the right place. Very disappointed with service. The jacket itself is very pretty.
