This company is wonderful!! I had a last minute request (embroidered hat) for my sons birthday, and she worked so hard to make it happen. The hat came out just like the picture I showed her, and she got it done so quickly! Communication was excellent. She texted me a proof beforehand and updates along the way. My son LOVED it. I will definitely be using her services in the future. Highly recommend!!!

This is hands down the BEST place in Dallas to get custom embroidery done. Ive been coming here for years and have been satisfied with the quality of work and excellent customer service every time. Even after I moved from the Dallas area I continued to get work done and sent to me because theres literally no one I trust more. The owner Seon has been in the business for over 30 years and is the best around. The attached pictures are the most recent order I made. I ordered some custom stockings for my family for Christmas and absolutely love the quality. They were even able to mail my order to me and get it just in time for the Holidays!

Great Service and excellent quality work. I was extremely happy. I had them embroider a hat for a client of mine. It turned out better than expected and my client was thrilled with her custom Hat. They suggested a type style I hadnt thought of and unique placement which made it look more custom and special. The owner is creative and has a great aesthetic. Now Im thinking of all kinds of things I want embroidered. Thanks for the amazing service!

I came here a few times, based on the great Yelp reviews. The owner was able to embroider names onto Christmas stockings, and even onto our Christmas tree skirt. She sent pictures via text/e-mail beforehand, and communicated thoroughly to make sure she had the right colors/ideas. Ive come back for other materials I wanted to be embroidered/monogrammed, and whenever I was unsure of color/placement/design, she gave her input and suggestions. Also... her prices are VERY reasonable, with GREAT customer service. I highly recommend, and will be back to this store for anything I need embroidered or monogrammed.

People are really nice here. Great customer service. I needed my daughters name embroidered onto a blanket for school and they did a great job. They even texted me an image of what it would look like before they did it just to make sure. I definitely recommend this place for all your embroidery needs.

This place is so awesome! I had to come up with a last-minute gift idea for my coworkers baby shower and ended up at this embroidery shop after a quick Google search for embroidery businesses in the Dallas area. I called before coming and asked if they had any products I could purchase and monogram, and sure enough,​ they did! Even though I came at the last-minute, they were so helpful and definitely exceeded my expectations! I will 100% be returning to this shop in the future!
