We went to their location unannounced and no appointment during the pandemic. Not sure how we were going to be received, but we were pleasantly surprised. We were greeted by Joe who was extremely helpful and very knowledgeable. After Brian came back from lunch he stepped in to help us make some final decisions. I went knowing I wanted a brand new Stair Master Gauntlet, after our arrival we were taking to see other available equipment. We ended up buying more than we knew they had but were so happy because it was a one stop shop. We were very impressed with the team that goes through each piece of equipment to assure it leaves in tip top shape. Mind you, all of their equipment is commercial so you know in a residential setting it will most likely out live us. During our purchase we were introduced to the Owner Ryan, (very nice). At that time Brian offered extended warranties which we gladly purchased, as well as having their crew deliver and set up the equipment leaving us nothing to do but wait for the install. The crew that did the install were very polite (even though our dogs barked every time they walked by). They didnt damage anything and were happy to disassemble the equipment to get it through residential doors, unlike nice double doors in a commercial gym. Overall our experience was great and we would definitely recommend them to anyone in the market for great used equipment.

The Fit Supply install crew arrived to install the fitness equipment at my property, due to construction delays it was not quite finished. The crew had to navigate around exterior construction work and other crews. Regardless of the state of the property, the crew got the job done so that we would be ready for the finishing touches and photos by our deadline.

I just bought our first real elliptical from Fit Supply. What a great experience because of John! He’s very knowledgeable and helpful making the elliptical purchase easy.

Extremely disappointed in the lack of integrity from this company. Not only when we were talking to a representative, they hung up the phone once we said we wanted to return the product. After talking to this representative, he then finally disclosed that a 25% restocking fee would be taken from the original sales prize as well as arguing that he never said anything about returns, after he explained to us about having 7 days to return the product due to it being used. Extremely disappointed.

I bought a treadmill and bike for my home gym and wow these machines are heavy duty. I was offered a package deal with delivery included. The install people carried it upstairs and set it up.

They had great recommendations and installed a Matrix Fitness package for our fitness center.

Poor service, left out a lot of screws on my TXR which is a hazard, they also never came back to fox the problem

Not a good work area, my first week was not payed to me, supervisors drink alcohol while at work, a lot of employees just sit around and smoke cigarettes

Great place to get gym equipment. It can be a little pricey.
