So happy! I called yesterday around noon and placed an order for 4 flower arrangements in the $40 dollar range. I picked them up at 5pm. I was so pleased! They were just beautiful! They had amazing color, different in flowers, the vases had colorful bows like I had asked and all boxed ready for me to put in my car! Super pleased! The lady florist did an amazing job! Thank you!

I live in Los Angeles and needed to send a group of collegues a special thank you arrangement of flowers who work in Dallas, TX... and I googled a few shops in the Dallas area and came up Roses & More. After speaking with Susan and letting her know how important and special this arrangement was for me...she came up with the most amazing idea for what I was needing...made it happen the NEXT day with delivery and the ad agency absolutely LOVED what I sent to them! Ordered roses for my daughters birthday from San Antonio because I couldnt be in Dallas. The roses arrived as promised ( thats very important to me) and my daughter said that they were beautiful. I will order from these folks again and will recommend them to all of my friends.

Ive used this company several times and Im always last minute. They have always come through for me. Beautiful arrangement, good price and the customer service is beyond excellent. Even called me to let me know my arrangement had been delivered to my grandmother!!!! Im one happy customer and will use them anytime I have a need!

They had great prices but the staff made me uncomfortable with the looks they gave me, but I didnt call ahead and it was a very tiny arrangement so maybe it was that? Either way they made a beautiful arrangement at the last minute!

Flowers are flowers from wherever you get them, so its all about service. Looked these guys up late last night and was trying to get an arrangement today. Online delivery or pickup was unavailable until Monday. Called twice this morning and got voicemail. If youre open for only 4 hours on the weekend, you should pick up the phone 30mins after youre supposed to be open. Called another florist and picking up my arrangement within the hour.

They made sure they charged me! thats about it
