I have been using Knox Street Postal Center for 10 years and never had anything other than amazing service from those guys. I go in 4-6 days a week too handle my personal and commercial mail, they are always extremely nice and personable. Not only is this place extremely convenient for anyone living in the Knox Henderson area but everyone that works here is super friendly, helpful, and efficient. Every time I’ve come here each person I’ve encountered has gone above and beyond to help me. Beyond being convenient which many of us would pay more for anyways, they always find the cheapest way for me ship whatever. They also don’t quibble over a strip of tape, which I appreciate. Can’t imagine anyone coming here and leaving unhappy. Highly recommend!

Excellent business! Very convenient shipping experience (they accept UPS, FedEX, USPS dropoff) and excellent customer service. Employee even opened the store a few minutes early for me and helped me package up an important shipment. Plus, support small businesses!

Knox makes mailing anything SO EASY! Not only are the staff super friendly and accommodating, they will work with you to find the best (fastest and least expensive) mailing and shipping rates, even exploring different carriers! It is WAY FASTER than the post office and really convenient to the Henderson/Lower Greenville neighborhoods!

Went in and I was immediately assisted with entry as I am a wheelchair user without any hesitation and a grateful attitude that I was there. Really felt like I met some new friends today. Will be back for certain. Happy to support a local biz.Wheelchair users can park in the back along Glencoe and call them upon arrival and they will unlock the back door and let you in. I have an extra wide chair so access should be pretty good.

Ive had my mail service with them for years... because theyve done such a great job. I travel frequently and they are professional, personal and extremely helpful, receiving packages and forwarding mail for me.
