I am a water connoisseur so I love, love, love, (and did I mention, love) to try all sorts of water brands! I even collect some of the containers! If you are like me, ( I know we are all unique but...) If you like to try different types of water, check out the ones I found at Cox Farms Market!I was only allowed to pick one and there were so many i had not seen in a while!We were taken back by how many selections of sparkling waters their were as well... From CBD infused to fruit flavored down to exotics! The list was long.My fiance loves coffee so he was also limited to one! ( Yes! We play fair in our household! Women, children, men, and pets alike!)Maybe next time we will try more. For now, the Mountain Valley Spring Water was my choice and the aluminum container is a keeper as was its crisp taste! 🤤

Well curated selection of everything despite the small size. You can tell theyve put a lot of thought into what they put on their shelves. Produce is always great.But heres the biggest thing that keeps me coming back: theyre always well staffed. If you stop after work to pick up a few things for making dinner you will nearly always be in and out in five minutes. Nowhere else offers that.

I love their quality. A bit overpriced on all things not produce but that’s expected. Every is fresh and local.

Clean and no music to distract shopping experience. Love ❤️ the people.

I used to come here a lot a long time ago. Great store, good produce but this was my 1st time SWB. I guess I should be glad somebody was checking on me, multiple times... I just might have gotten dehydrated... and fallen out... while shopping... in the water Isle...

Ok, I will be honest with you -of you are looking for organic fresh - its all mixed up together wirh non-organic and I didnt find a good selection of organic. Of course, there was no clear marking either, which would be helpful. Prices were a bit high even for non organic veggies. But! I found the lotion I was looking for at a better price there when I couldnt even find it in other health food stores. So just know where to go for what. For organic produce I would go Natural Grocers

I love the vibe of this place. Lots of the same things you might find at a place like a Sprouts (with more of a small-town, eclectic feel) and some items from other places, with a good selection of ore-made stuff as well.

From someone who shops here 3-4 times a week, I continue to be disappointed. Disappointed in items ALWAYS being out of stock (with no answer or knowledge of when they will return), disappointed by the majority of staff’s overall lack of knowledge of products (an attitude of indifference) and experience... DISSAPOINTED in the customer service or LACK there of. I continue to get no answers on questions etc.Tonight I decided to leave a review in hopes that someone will maybe put a little effort or pride into fixing this. Cox is a beloved neighborhood grocery store, whom everyone that walks in wishes to continue supporting. However, through continued “indifferent” attitudes from the staff I don’t know if this is possible for myself any longer.

Produce selection is really great and I love that they have vegan/ dairy free things including lactose free half and half. Their selection of mushrooms is also great. I would describe most of their other offerings as hippie/crunchy. We like supplementing our Aldi runs with Cox Farms because its local and high quality. They have stopped allowing customers to use re-usable bags during covid, but I think shopping local outweighs some plastic bags.

Meat selection sucks half the store is supplements and grain and sugar

Great selection of produce and vegan specialty foods including dairy free dips and meatless products. I especially appreciate the oil free hummus, tahini and spreads that are sometimes hard to find.

All natural grocery store where the employees can’t even tell you if the produce is organic. Uhhh okay. Also, if you are going to do a senior shopping hour, list opening as the regular hours (Trader Joe’s has been doing this no problem). Just go to Tom Thumb of lucky mouth cause this place is inconvient and overpriced.

Please update your website to reflect your new pandemic policy which restricts long-time patrons shopping your market. Your lack of proper communication has resulted in my never returning to your business. Driving 70 miles, then waiting in the parking lot for 30 minutes for you to open only to be turned away could have been avoided if you took proper means to inform your customers. I purposely checked your website last evening for any new hours in response to pandemic public safety but there is nothing stated. Bad business practices.

I used to really like this store, and over the last couple of years I have probably spent a lot of money here. But now my advice is this: shop at your own risk! They will sell you defective products, and the only thing that they are concerned about is that they get your money. 1) I have bought bread - and NOT the kind that you are supposed to finish cooking in the oven at home, but that you are supposed to easily make sandwiches with - which I found to be doughy and under cooked in the middle. It’s not a pleasant thing to find when you’re packing your lunch in the morning. When I complained, they told me to just put it in the oven and finish cooking it. Not even a “You know, we’re sorry for selling you an undercooked loaf of bread, which you bought believing it was already cooked.” Also, 2) I have bought cheese that turned out to be moldy, and this evening 3) it was a bottle of pasta sauce that was actually bottled defectively. As it turns out, there was really no way you could get the bottle to close. It looked closed, but it wasn’t. So later on when I got home and set the bag on the kitchen counter, I noticed spaghetti sauce was running out of the bag and onto the counter. My girlfriend and I could’ve gotten sick from that (it’s why you have to refrigerate spaghetti sauce after opening the bottle; bacteria grows way too fast at room temperature)! To make matters worse, the return was not pleasant. If it’s your store, you have to check these things - if you and/or your employees make mistakes, just own it and try to make things better. But the fact of your having a bad attitude about the fact that I had to point out your mistake when I brought something back doesn’t make want to shop at your store anymore. It makes me want to go shopping at places that have better processes in place, better management, and a better attitude toward customer service. NB: there’s a reason why your competitor Whole Foods is doing so well... it’s because Jeff Bezos builds his businesses obsessing about customer experience. The one time I bought food at Whole Foods that turned out to be bad (in the last 3 years), they were really apologetic about it and did everything possible to make sure I left a happy customer. So why should I shop with you and not them?

The only reason I dont give it 4 stars is because the store is so insanely crowded and the aisles are really narrow. Apart from that their produce is beautiful, delicious and ready to eat. The meat, fish and poultry are very pricey but fresh and fantastic. They have many healthier alternatives to common foods. My favorite place to shop!

Im a healthy eater and with that being said I have shopped at all the healthy food store. I must say this is the best place, with the most professional and caring staff. They are very knowledgeable and dont have a problem with answering any and all questions you ask. They have created a lifer out of me as a shopper. People this is the store for all your healthy needs and more with great prices!!!!!!

My husband and I love this place! We Shop here every week and sometimes even during the week. Its very organized and affordable on most of there products. I would always recommend people to shop here! The staff is very friendly and Angela the lady who works at the health care area is very knowledgable and always has great recommendations on products when every you need them.

While Cox Farms is not a full service market, it is chock full of awesome and atypical shopping fair. I enjoy the vibrant produce most of all. There is a severe lack of fresh quality produce in our area and this market fills that gap nicely. I also appreciate that the market caters to everyone from meat lovers to vegans. I can pick up vegan protein bars, dry lentils and weird spices which makes me happy.

NO BATHROOMS. As a disabled person with an ostomy, I will no longer be shopping here.

Love their produce. Quality food and products all around. Nice staff. Ill continue shopping here. Main reason i feel they dont deserve 5 stars: they dont consistently label prices on produce, which makes the shopping experience frustrating. Lately Ive noticed theyve improved, but it still happens. Ive also had the experience of being charged more for a product than what was on the shelf label, and i felt disappointed when the cashier didnt offer to price check and simply said the price charged was what it was. 🤷🏽‍♂️

This place is the perfect size. If you hate migrating back and forth through a giant grocery store, this is the place for you. Plus, they have tons of options you cant get anywhere else. So glad this place is in our neighborhood.

Perfect neighborhood market...grab (something healthy) and go. No butcher but you can head around the corner to Coopers for that.

I want to be happier with them. Great people work here, great in a place like OC that lacks food options, but I can never find the organic fruits and vegetables I need. Also there seems to be some carelessness with dating - gone home with bread twice and milk once that is bad. Asked for a replacement once and was told sorry.
