Went to pick up my 2022 sticker, the line was OMG at the door, Butttt it was an pleasant experience & the attendant had a plan for her day. She knock us out 5 at a time & in a timely & respectful manner. Just remember you will need CASH 🙂. THANKS for the great customer service 👍.

My name is Erick, I visited fiesta Wednesday December 23rd. I was accused shoplifting, who shoplifts while running late for work? Not Erick. I decided to stop at fiesta mart to do a cash back transaction. The store uses one door as a entrance and an exit with an armed security officer at the door. As I entered the store (I will add a photo of what I had on entering the store) I could clearly hear the security officer on the phone as I walked past him. As mentioned before hand, I was running late for work.I continue through the turnstile and didnt have to go any further into the store because at this point I can see that the lines are too long for me to stand in. So at this point I turned around and walked back out the turnstile and past the security officer and out the door and soon afterwards jolted from behind by the security officer. As security officer (X. Williams) is restraining me with no proof that I have stolen anything he asking me what is this? This happens to be my backpack underneath my jacket thats zipped up. Now here is where security officer (X. Williams) violates me rights. He pulls me back in the store and places me in handcuffs, and he still has no proof I was shoplifting. As he is putting the cuffs on me I hear security officer (X. Williams) say let me call you back. Now Im cuffed up and he raised my jacket to get to my backpack unzips it and finds a pair of size 12 shoes. When he saw I had not committed a crime he takes me back outside to take the cuffs off. This incident could have been avoided for one if security officer (X. Williams)had noticed me walk in the store with a bulge under my jacket and let me know about your backpack policy and I wouldve been more than willing to leave my backpack with him. Two, have a more visible sign of your policies.

My cashier was very nice and pleasant...there are several cashiers that act as if we made them come to work and are constantly on their phones while working and are flat out RUDE. If you just do your job and stop looking at the phone every 2 mins then your time would go by. I hate going to Fiesta and deal with RUDE cashiers.....but to Jeremiah.....THANK YOU FOR YOUR AWESOMENESS

Along with charging more for the same food that they sale at their stores 7 miles to the north this location has gone mask free, while the pandemic still rages. The area that this store is located is one of the worst hit in the metroplex for Covid-19 infections and deaths. It being the only grocery store in the area means that they are directly responsible for a lot of the sickness and death.

I usually shop here when I want to get my water and a few things thats on sale

I dont usually shop at fiesta .I worked there at another location a long time ago .but Im new to the area and needed groceries the manager helped me find a cart .and asked me if I found everything ok and was very kind and had great customer service and the customers were very nice and the employees. Again I dont usually shop at fiesta .too me its a little pricey but love the customer service at this location .would recommend it :)

This is a very clean and organized store. Everyone there was extremely nice and helpful. The security in the store is also very respectful group of people (hows it going Mr. AIR ASSAULT!)As for the food, all the vegetables, fruits and Meat/cheese section was exceptional. As for prices, everything was very competitive.

This fiesta needs to be shut down and the health department need to be called on them for selling rotten food to black people in the community. I have bought food multiple times that is rotten and or about to expire and when i open the package the smell is terrible. Somebody please call the CDC FDA and everyone else that needs to get these people to clean this store up. Call the USDA on these people.

I just went into buy some mangos and there was a homeless guy asking for people money I told the security guard he said what do you want me to do about it and the mangoes at fruit flies around them I will not be returning to this location they seem to not care

Oak Cliff is a food desert, but Fiesta always comes through! Seafood, produce, beer and wine. A little pricey but very good quality!

No management concerns for customers. Only 4 lanes were open to accommodate, what I believe to about 20 + long lines..The seafood Dept. Ignored me for for about 15 min. The store clerk had horrible attitude. I wont be spending my money on bad serviceat the # 34 Fiesta market..Worse Customer care. The 2020 food market experience !!!

Cheap, clean, friendly and fast. The lines started getting long at checkout and management quickly was able to open 3 more registers to get people through faster. Way to go guys thank you and keep up the good work. You have my recommendation and business.

They have security there so there was a sense of safety for shoppers who may not be familiar with the area. Like me, I went to the next nearest fiesta that had what I needed. A lot of new changes to the store. Definitely was clean. Saw the workers cleaning off the shelves. Could have been more well stocked but hey it is a grocery store. Friendly workers. No complaints to be in the area that it is in. Saw some friendly faces and didnt reik of fish and seafood smell...BIG BONUS! Because ones i have been to in the past didnt smell too pleasant at all. Proud of it quite frankly...

Nice store with great and vast produce section. Pastries were yummy but a small selection. I would have given this store a higher score if it had a meat market. But it is a smaller Fiesta store.

Was shopping here last mth. HAD an ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! The place was packed as usual, long lines, etc. A customer (carrying 3 items), asked for ANOTHER register to be opened, she wasnt being rude, but she kept insisting that another register be opened. There was only 2-3 registers open & we all felt like they could open another 1, esp since EVERY line was LONG. Several female employees recanted w/comments...LEAVE/WAIT/GO TO WAL-MART!? The young lady working my register named JAY, was VERY RUDE, belligerent & argumentative w/the customers. She began to argue w/a gentleman ahead of me. Told him that she had the right to refuse him service, kept telling him to LEAVE & anybody else who didnt want to wait could do the same. The argument extended to name calling (cursing). As I stated other female employees encouraged her banter. One older Hispanic employee came over to help her w/bagging, but NEVER AT ANYTIME TRIED TO INTERVENE OR REMOVE THE YOUNG LADY FROM THE REGISTER. I MYSELF tried to SPEAK calmly to her, telling her that she CANT talk to customers in that manner. She ABSOLUTELY didnt want to calm down or hear anything that we had to say. I was so appalled at the scene, I REALLY WANTED to WALK OUT & encourage OTHERS to do the same. Instead I decided to call the corporate headquarters. Needless to say...IVE NOT HEARD A SINGLE RESPONSE FROM THEM TO THIS DAY! STILL UPSET ABT THIS, Ive decided to BOYCOTT this particular store located at Lancaster rd off Kiest Blvd in Dallas, Tx. I refuse to accept this type of behavior & disregard to me when IM SPENDING MY MONEY. Even the security guard only intervened to remove the male customer from the store (things got really heated). Fiesta seems to ALLOW the employees to RUN the HOUSE (at least this location does). Dont get me WRONG, I know what its like being in a job of serving the public (I worked at a 7/11 back when they were ONLY staffed by 1 clerk), & I KNOW THAT SM CUSTOMERS CAN BE RUDE. But I feel that this situation could have been handled in a BETTER WAY, the customers should have been given BETTER SERVICE! IVE NOT BEEN BACK TO THAT STORE SINCE. IM APPEALING TO OTHERS TO MAKE A CHOICE IF YOUVE EXPERIENCED THE SAME OVERT RUDENESS AT THIS SAME LOCATION. Im not wanting to close the DOORS (LORD knows we need it in the neighborhood), just saying that THEY HAVE TO DO BETTER.
