One of my favorite places to get wholesome, organic, fresh groceries. Awesome vegan goodies and more! We made these stuffed peppers last night with this awesome vegan cheese we found at Sprouts! Loved these vegan jalapeño poppers also!!!

Fresh fruits and vegetables, love this store. And I love the vegan products they offer as well. I just love the fact that they sale all natural products.

Why is it every time I come to this store the white cashier lady is always rude to me? At first I thought she was having a bad day but her attitude changed towards the white customers behind me. It always seems this way every time I come in and she’s my cashier. I’m starting to suspect it is because I’m a POC anyways the store is great staff could use some work

I’ve been going to Sprouts since its name was Sunflower. Always fresh produce and reasonable prices you won’t be disappointed. If Sprouts brought back Double Wednesday sale prices they’ll be the best around.The meat, fish, and sausage counter looked perfect today. The strip steaks looked so tempting. I wound up buying two packs of on sale crab cakes. The counter man said that they’re no longer carrying fresh ones.Marcus helped us with cucumbers. I had grabbed a bag of Persian cukes and wondered if they were like the English/hot house ones. We decided ‘yes.’

I find Sprouts to be more expensive than where I usually go. I believe it is because of the multiple departments which equal a bigger overhead. There are brands that I would not buy because of the ingredients and some unethical practices. I prefer Natural Grocers above any other grocery store. Sprouts is comparable more to Trader Joes. I am glad those types stores are so popular nowadays! Go organic, sustainable & fair-trade.. vote with your $$$!

I am so disappointed in the Garden of Life products. I understand that they are now owned by Hersheys chocolate, that is why the prices are so high and its usually the number one selling product. I wish theyd have that 20% sale off again and I will be there to by it. Other than that the organic vegetable prices are good.

My experience at Sprouts is always exceptional, due to the recent snowstorm things are a little hectic. We decided to make a quick stop at Sprouts on Wednesday night and when we got there the store was closed which is understandable but a note on their website or something would of been nice to let customers know they closed at 5pm. Still love this store and everyone that works here.

Lost one star for the fact of ridiculously long check out time--6-8 customers in only 2 open lanes. Otherwise, THE most beautiful produce dept. Nice cheese and deli depts. as well. Just dont be in a rush to leave.

Understaffed. Waited in line for 30+ minutes. This is a problem that is very easily solved: PAY YOUR EMPLOYEES. Staffing isn’t a matter of “no one wants to work,” it’s “you don’t want to pay people enough to risk their lives working for you.” Take some money out of the CEO’s pocket, raise your base wages, and hire some more people! This isn’t hard!

Wednesday’s are the best days for produce shopping. Fresh bread is sliced early in the day but the bakery will slice anytime. Nice selections of organics. Small, convenient, in/out.

Pretty okay. I like it better than whole foods. Good selection, reasonably priced and convenient location. Their natural supplement section is really nice! Lines were long but I was told they were short staffed due to no new hiring (surely die to Covid). All on all it was great. I will return

I stopped in thinking they would be cheaper than WF and maybe equivalent to Natural Grocers. Santa Cruz PB on sale was price of WF everyday which is still significantly higher than Nat Groc. A few other items around same price as WF. Nothing bad, just no reason to make a special trip. Three stars...its ok.

Convenience grocery store. Very limited produce & cheese selection. Considerably understaffed on a regular basis. You can always count on a long wait at the cash register regardless of shopper traffic.

Fresh, fresh and fresh. Why would you go anywhere else for produce? Boxed and bagged stuff is hard to find, but its special once you do....not standard grocery store products.

Our first time ever at a Sprouts. Their sushi was pretty good. Also their cooked noodles. The store was organized, and I like how you can see throughout the store. I do like how some specific items have variety to chose from. The store was cleaned, and cashier was friendly.

Produce was lacking. Been to many other Sprouts and they had much more to choose from. Scattered layout. Difficult to find items

The wholr store is slow and unprepaired. People in tgw deli spend too much time talking to eachother and not rnough time working. The cashiers are slow because of equipment and they have low stocks. Management change is needed.

Love the online ordering and pick up. Easy and convenient. Over the last year or so of using this service, very few mistakes and sprouts is always quick to help their customers if there is a mistake.

Visited this sprouts on a recent trip to Dallas. As usual the store was clean, staff was friendly. We were able to get our Yerba Mates and bonus they had some ciders on clearance!

This Sprouts has a friendly staff, decent fresh fruits and vegetables to purchase, and a clean store. I have been going to location since it opened.

Friend and I shopped this location yesterday. While standing in line a rude, elitist guest decided that we weren’t standing far enough away from him even though the line was long enough to be past all of the social distancing markers. He turned around and looked at the floor to see there were no markers on the floor but rudely demanded that we back up. We politely backed up with no confrontation. But none the less we get to our turn to check out behind the rude guest and place our carry basket on the the check out belt. The cashier says take all of your items out of the basket and place them on the belt. What has become of East Dallas? No politeness, no manners, no please in a request? Just harshness and rudeness and pre Madonna at its finest. Left this store feeling eerily disgusted. Not the East Dallas it use to be for sure.

OVERCHARGES customers and RUDE CASHIERS. Watch the cashiers at checkout carefully. They rang up my groceries wrong. When I came back inside to ask for correction and a refund, cashier Samantha gave me an attitude and was rude to me. I can understand sometimes the scanner is wrong. But its the cashiers job to know how to make corrections and overrides when the machines are wrong. Sometimes this involves doing Math. This cashier Samantha did not know how to add and subtract simple numbers and almost withheld twice the amount of my refund. I explained that her Math was wrong, but she was too combative to listen. I had to ask the manager to get my money back. Samantha muttered under her breath that she did something wrong BUT Samantha NEVER apologized to me for being combative and rude to me. Honesty, Math, and good customer service - not everyone at Sprouts knows all three.

Clean and has what i need and also very reasonable prices

Their shelves are always stock to the brim.Customer service is always A1 and there is always someone to help you without hesitation. Store is always clean. Produce is always in perfect shape and order. The people are friendly and have nice attitudes. Baskets are always kept clean and the environment is pleasant, safe, and welcoming. Work ethic impeccable and you never leave with a bad taste.

Always a really diverse selection of fresh, organic and healthy foods. They have weekly specials on tons of stuff. Their fruits a veggies are really fresh and some of their bulk fruits and veggies are already put into 1lb sacks for easy shopping. Huge bulk dry goods section, however the prices on nuts, seeds, granola, etc., seem a little steep to me. I bought an eggplant, spinach, and bell peppers for maybe $4 an made an awesome $15 dinner!

We just went in for some bottled water but my wife did find some custard apples she said were very good.

Only place that sells Broccoli rabe. Love the store for that

Tasty yummy food and coffee here and look closely at the wall art light installations. Popular local spot and very worth the walk down town.

My partner and I love sprouts! We shop there for affordable healthy food items. With the app you can keep track of sales and coupons. There is no sprouts in our immediate area so we travel 40 mins to shop here, but that’s how much we love it!

They have everything if you are trying to eat healthier or vitamins

Great Service and very clean

The products are great, the store is good. I had a pick up order which was fine and the employee unloading the products into the car asked for a tip which is also fine. What was not okay was that he wouldn’t leave without a tip and became aggressive, my sister and I felt we had to leave a tip so he would leave us alone. It felt like we had to pay before he finished unloading the products because he didn’t finish unloading them until after the tip was processed via Venmo. The employees name is Angel Hernandez. I was extremely uncomfortable and I don’t feel safe using pick up anymore which was something I was excited sprouts was doing. I would 100% love to leave a tip through the delivery app for service but I don’t want to have someone intimidate me into doing it.

This particular Sprouts location always has a wide variety of meat, vegetables, and dairy products. They have a meat counter that has a delicious bacon and cheese burger they make daily. They have specials on different items every week. This is a great place to visit!

Update - Oct 2021Tried to come in the day time lunch hour to see if the service is any better. Its gotten worse. This store desperately needs express / self checkout lanes.Expect to wait longer in the checkout line than the entire time you spent shopping. Its faster for me to drive further to Lake highlands store than the henderson store. I like the produce selection and price, but this checkout is ridiculous.Updating - still no improvement to check out lines. Minimally staffed and long lines. No automation either.Love the store and produce, but gosh, they need a better checkout system. Zero automated lines, simply assume you will spend minimum 10 minutes to check out.

The workers were super polite and friendly. They had no issue helping me search for items. Amazing customer service. The store is also clean and organized. It has a very welcoming atmosphere.

Friendly staff, carry the products I want. Easy to get in and out of. Just wish I had a location closer to Love Field area.

It felt different than the one in Keller. It did not seem to have as much choices. There were no carts in the store. A little disappointing.

Love this Sprouts. Tonette is so nice. I come here all the time anyway but since the virus this is the only store where carts are cleaned outside store. Im on a walker and security helps with my groceries. My Sprouts. Sushi lady is nice too even though she has not always been nice.

This Sprouts in East Dallas is my favorite grocery store. Sprouts provides items that I cant find at traditional grocery stores. The sushi bar is also a nice extra, which is not available at other Sprouts locations. During the current pandemic, management has made a smooth transition to making customers safe without causing any inconvenience for them.

If you go between Monday thru Wednesday, bound to be out of stock which is a pain and cause you goingto another store. Never enough cashiers!

Finally, a loaf of sour dough bread that truly has that sour taste!!!

Great customer service, extremely clean but set up is confusing for first time shoppers so plan to take a lil more time than usual.

This evening I arrived at the store at 10pm, saw employees still working the parking lot gathering carts, and that a register was still open with a line. I approached the door asking if I could get the one item I needed, dog food for my hungry pets because I had run out. The employee express it wasnt her problem. I understand but her behavior was really rude. I explained I was a regular customer and would be contacting the manager there about how she was talking. She explained she was the manager. I pointed out she had a boss somewhere and Id be contacting them.I then stood back to find the store number to call in the morning and take a picture of the employee so I would know her name. This is what she did and yelled see ya later through the shut doors.The prices at Sprouts have always been way higher then any other store in the city but we liked the selection. My family and I however will never be shopping here again because of the rude behavior of their manager mocking the fact that we needed dog food. I can respect upholding their company policies and not letting us in a minute after closing but I will not shop somewhere with employees that are so rude being the representation of their company. Fiesta a block away with better hours was able to take care of our family pets and their staff was extremely friendly. Youre better off going there.

I love Sprouts for all it organic produce & clean meats. Its my grocery store of choice
