Amazing hospitality! I live 20-25 away which isn’t too bad but I always make the drive. I’ve been bringing all my friends here.The staff is super nice and very informative. Extremely knowledgeable they’ll listen to any questions you have no problem. Smoothies are so good as well! Don’t believe me go check it outWe need more spots like this!!!!

I went in with a bunch of questions today. Ben was soooo helpful, friendly and patient with me even though he was very busy with other customers, he still came back to me to assist me. That meant a lot. He made sure I got all the right things I needed versus just trying to sell me anything. I love this store and Ben already. I most definitely will be coming back. The prices is awesome as well. If I could give more stars I will. I know it wasn’t just me because all the other customers that came in seem to be repeat customers as well that looked like they enjoyed coming there. Great job you guys.

I went in to this store after reading the reviews about it. I discussed my goals and what I want to achieve next in my fitness journey with the person at the counter, so I was recommended multiple products. Since I was using a whey protein and a pre-workout supplement already, I bought following two products from the recommendation:Thyrogenic (thermogenic thyroid support)5A- hydroxy-laxogeninMy goal was to shred fat around the belly while building lean muscle on other body parts. The thyrogenic made me sweat crazy during initial days when I started it but no effect for fat loss while 5A-hydroxy-laxogenin didn’t even had any effect at all. These two products costed me $100 and now I regret paying for it.I do weight training 4-5 times a week and have been very consistent with my nutrition. I feel like i could have invested my time and money in something better.Edited after owners reply:Lowered 2 star to 1 star on handling customer feedback.Other customers should be able to see that this business does not take negative feedback sportingly. Assumption 1: Just because I am trying to achieve next level in my fitness does not mean that I am not happy with my current physique. You guys should instead focus on how to make the business better rather than talking customers down on their physique. Assumption 2: You guys simply assumed that the store experience went well but thats the whole point of this review, that either the person who assisted me and recommended the products didnt have enough knowledge what to recommend or either the products are fake and they dont work that this business is selling.I have already made a lot of progress in my fitness journey so far having the right supplements and a certified coach/nutritionist. Also I did mention in my review above that I used to sweat during initial 2-3 days so my body was reacting to it but the product eventually didnt serve the purpose what its said to do. This is not a *misguided privilege*, we as a consumer have the right to review what we feel and experience with your business (or products) and if you guys dont have the courage to face that, then I guess its another waste of my time here.I am not interested in any further assistance since the first experience didnt go as expected already. I agree there are other positive reviews and obviously different customers have different experience. I never stated anything against it and I only made this review based out of my own experience with the business.Just FYI, you cannot comment on my diet, my genetics or how much work I put in without actually knowing about it. I could go down the same route to mention that you only have 90 reviews despite being in business for 2 decades but I am sorry, I am not the same. Dont let your judgmental instincts make you fall for being a knowledgeable resource.Thank you.

This location is AWESOME!! Why? Because Aaron and Jared, who work there are SUPER NICE and knowledgeable. This was my first time visiting the shop and they made me feel very welcome. I was blown away by their professionalism. Im a VP HR Director and I pride myself in providing excellent customer service as these guys definitely did. I only wish other stores could emulate these guys outstanding professionalism and work ethics. I highly recommend this location. Great job guys! I will definitely be coming back.

Wow I’ve never been to USN before & I stopped by to get a few things that I really needed some input on. The gentlemen inside were soooo accommodating & I got to actually sample protein powders to make a decent decision! Never have had that before. Went in to the store for the first time today looking to purchase a quality protein powder. Was met with a big smile and very helpful young man. Definitely reliable with what you can find here but after trying to exchange a product, I definitely will never return to this location. The current pre-work out I was using had a banned substance in it. so for my powerlifting meet and my training leading into it, I needed just a caffeine based pre-work out so I decided to try Hyde. It didnt give me any benefits I was looking for with a pre-work out, so I went back to try to exchange it and was told it sounded like my receptors were bogged down and that I knew this product wouldnt work for me when I bought it. This was after years of purchasing every supplement from the store.
