Snells body work was excellent, but it was extremely slow. They kept my car for over a month just to replace a side mirror and passenger side door. I had to call several times to check on progress, as they did not provide any updates on their own.

I was able to schedule my car maintenance within the following week. The text communication was wonderful. The car was clean and ready when promised. Well done. My service agent Johnathan S was very personable and helpful. The attendants that treated me were very respectful and professional.

On the plus side they offered me a loaner even though I was just getting an oil change. The downside is that this oil change took 8 hours. No explanation or apology was offered for it taking so long. I also question how thoroughly they looked at my vehicle. I hit a curb a few weeks ago that left a deformation on my tire. Expected it to be brought to my attention after they inspected the vehicle, but not a peep. Though everyone was friendly, I wasnt impressed.

I was able to have our vehicle service without a confirmed appointment due to a glitch in the online service schedule portal. I scheduled an appointment online but was unable to see the confirmed appointment before leaving home and it was not on the list when I arrived at the service bay. Fortunately, the intake specialist identified a service advisor to open a service ticket . Thanks to the intake specialist and service advisor for their customer care!

Terrible the service advisor lied from the time I pulled up telling me the service would take about an hour, two at most. 4 hours later I track him down ask him the status of my car. He says its in the wash and should be out shortly. I received my car an hour after that conversation, by the time I got my car he was gone for the day. I would definitely never go there again.

Greg in the service department was great to work with, friendly, responsible and genuinely concerned. I have an F-Pace, I had spoken with him a few days prior to my service appointment and he remembered specific details from our telephone conversation which made me feel valued. I arrived early for my appointment and Greg was efficient and had me out very quickly. He called me a little early to give me a heads up about my car being ready and walked me through the Alto process. I started off being reluctant about taking my car to Snell for service since I had ir chased my car at a dealership in another town, but after taking to Greg I felt reassured that my beloved Cat would be in good hands. Overall,my car was ready on time and returned to me well cared for, and I felt comfortable with my experience.

Sort of nice people. That is about it. I guess I just am spoiled with Sewell because I am shocked about the lack of speed with this place.First called and said they could not do loaner car for a month. Shocking from a dealership. Originally said 3-5 days to do diagnostic and that my general maintenance would take a day. They said they would call if it would take longer.I called 3 days later and they had not stared on my car. They said it would be now 6-8 days. Decided to just cut my loses and pick up my car since they had not started.Also was shocked at the prices. I know dealerships are always more expensive but not 3x for an oil change.Maybe spoiled by Audi and Sewell but save time and go somewhere else. Maybe Park Place Jaguar is better by the airport.Love my Jag but will never use this dealership again.

Had a recall on my vehicle the communication was horrible. I don’t see how a 30 minutes to a hour fix turned into a 3 day process. Not only that I was told if it took mote than a day a loaner would be available but it wasn’t. My car was not ready, had an appointment Tuesday didn’t get my car back until Friday morning. Not ok.

Dealership showed great customer service by having a loaner vehicle ready when I arrived with my car to have it serviced. Also, when I called to make them aware that I would be running a bit late for scheduled appointment, they were very kind in saying that that was no problem and for me to be careful traveling in the rain. My service advisor is Ms. Katelyn Glass. Great experience!

I purchased what I thought was a 2015 Honda Accord EX-L V6 with navigation. What I got was a 2015 EX-L but NO nav. and a 4 cylinder. I paid cash thinking it was someones good trade in that felt would be a good represent there lot. When I tried to talk to them about it I got a complete run around. Lies and redirects. Im just a simple worker who worked hard to save for a good reliable car, and I feel screwed and cheated. My question is if they will cheat someone out a little money...what are they doing to those who have a lot?

Worst and very disappointing experience where dealership does not know what they can deliver and at test drive time false statements were givenAs per discussion with Chad we tried setting up a test drive for 35 R sport but it was sold so we go and schedule 35 t prestige test drive and chad had to leave so he assigned internet sales person and upon test drive internet sales guy told that damage on dashboard will be fixed by body shop and even my request of tire exchange can be taken care . We leave thinking that next day Chad will get us price and get the dashboard and tires part taken care but when we are connected with Pre owned sales mgr Rick we are told that both of the things will not be done then why did they not tell us same at time of test drive only ?I guess all sales people should speak sameLanguage in terms of promising and confirming customer what they can get done before car is sold. It a CPO car has cosmetic damage then how come it passed all tests ?? Annoying part is that i go wid my family take test drive and hear different story from internet sales guy but Pre owned manager next day shows me aTotal different world . I did not expect this from dealership like Jaguar and they need to be consistent and know what they can deliver and what they cannot.Hearing different answers from two diff people was very disappointing and a waste ofTime too . Even when i tried calling wayne to share feedback they send me to his vM which was full and no one answered my call.Awfulllll and Frustrating experienceThanks

Very poor customer service. Felt like I was an inconvenience for their staff during the whole visit. The guy upon arrival was rude and seemed bothered with my arrival. Upon departure he ripped the invoice out of my hand. When they asked for feedback I gave them a 3 out of 10 and typed in couple comments. They were very fast to respond that they had completed the tasks the car was in for, in the pre arranged time ... really this is your come back ? Not sorry we disappointed you, or sorry we didn’t provide you good service? Won’t be going back or recommending to fellow Jaguar owners.

I arrived at my local JLR Service Dept. after winter storm Uri. There was 1 car in line ahead of me and another car pulled in behind me in the 2nd lane. I got out of my car and proceeded to wait about 7 min before anyone approached me. The valet went to get a service manager for me but no one saw me for another 8 min. As a new Jaguar owner I didn’t know that I needed an appointment prior to coming in. Needless to say I was frustrated at this point. I only wanted a state inspection and it didn’t help that I could see at least 10 service managers either on their phones or computers.But I must say that after Darrick approached me, he made sure I was taken care of and kept me informed of my vehicle’s service from the moment I gave him my keys. Quite honestly.... He was the only one I saw physically working with customers that were actually there. Not virtually!!!. Great service but make an appointment 1st.

Although I live in McKinney, I use Park Place Jaguar DFW because they treat you like youre their favorite customer, unlike the one a few blocks away from me. Now Ive found out that Dallas Jaguar treats its customers as their favorite too!!

So woke up on one of the worst days in TX history with a failing battery. Called this location and they were open...took my vehicle to them. Not only did Alan get my battery fixed quickly, he took care of all my cars need. I had a recall I was unaware off. Also scheduled my next maintenance appt. This is now my go to place! By far my experience with Jaguar Dallas by far the best! Heres why I say this is because I called in to check on getting my years service on my lease originally with Frisco location and the service technician act as though he was not knowledged and said he had to check with warranty because I had tile January and when he came back he said I missed the deadline.However In December when I called I was told due to the Pandemic I had tile February with Jaguar. I was really upset when I was told there was nothing they could do,so I immediately called Jaguar Dallas Service Department to confirm since I had done business with them previously. I ended up getting Ana Gallegos and telling her my concerns and she looked right into it and immediately told me due to the Covid pandemic I had tile February 14th and got me scheduled to come in. When I drove up with the car I was greeted with a smile and taken care of. Knowledge and good customer service keeps customers coming back to a location thats going to take care of them and going forward my loyalty is definitely with the Jaguar Dallas location!

My backup camera went out on my Jaguar XF, I dropped the car off on a Saturday; that was convenient. My extended warrant covers pretty much everything; I asked about a loaner car, but they needed to wait for authorization from the warranty co first. I didnt like that at all; especially since, I was stranded & begging for rides for 12 days. The service tech said they didnt have any cars available. I found that hard to believe. They finally got me a loaner after 12 days of texting back and forth. If that is the case perhaps theyre taking on more to repair than they can adequately accommodate. Of course, the day after I got the loaner vehicle, my car is ready. I have to give them credit... they fixed my car, everything is working as expected & even got some additional repairs covered by the warranty. Also, they were very cordial considering I was extremely ticked off about being stranded so long. I think they even washed my car, but I wasnt sure. Other luxury dealerships Ive worked with typically return your car washed & gassed up. I will go there again, but I gotta know about a loaner car upfront if they are going to take more than 2 or 3 days to fix the car.

Ive waited a while to submit this review in order to base it on fact and not belief. On Sept 1, 2020 I paid for and had an alignment performed on my 2007 Vanden Plas, with 45878 original on the clock. Ana Gallegos being the service advisor ( whom I also asked for another repair estimate to be made for me for other work I wished to be performed on my Jag). Needless to say when I retrieved my vehicle and drove it home, the steering wheel had gone from a left to right side extreme and the rear end had become extreme in its skittishness over bumps. I immediately left a message concerning this to Ana and noted my dissatisfaction. Fast forward...To date, and after a then second contact attempt, I never received a call back concerning the alignment or the requested estimate. Well today after having driven this particular car only a few times since then( mileage is now 46501)mainly due to the uncertain way that it handled, I had it realigned at an Independent shop and to say the least I was disgusted with the pre alignment specifications!! What ever the techs name is that aligned my car should NEVER be allowed to perform an alignment again. If I could post pictures here of how out of spec my vehicle was, I would. It was utterly ridiculous!!! This coupled with the apathetic, at best, non response I received from Ana was more then a sufficient showing that Jaguar Dallas on north central did not appreciate, nor should it have ever had, my business....nor anyone elses for that matter. Your time and money would be better spent elsewhere....

I have been in customer service for 32 years and I have never had this type of experience and I would not recommend coming to this facility because of the following incident that happened yesterday February 4, 2021 I do not expect management to call me because this should have never happened it just goes to show you what service is today - nonexistence.I called in to Dallas Jaguar on Thursday afternoon and employee by the name of Brandon answered the phone I explain to him what I wanted done to my jaguar and he suggested I come in so they could take a look I proceeded to drive to Dallas jaguar off of N. Central Expressway and Royal Lane only to discover when I pulled into the service bay the gentleman came to my car and stood there and stood there.I opened the door and he did not say welcome or any type of greeting. I asked for Brandon the gentleman, I spoke to on the phone. Brandon proceeds to walk out into the service bay and did not introduce him self, did not acknowledge me, in the sense, that he went straight to the car and started taking pictures of nicks and dents and whatever he was looking for without even addressing, why I was there, he said he would have a technician look at it and wait in the waiting room for 30 minutes, I will come get you. one hour past he never showed up, I walked to the front of the service department, asked where my car was and what was the status he proceeded to say it would take longer and I said I had to be somewhere so he bought the car out and said he would call me with the estimate, he never called, he never followed up!Never offered a business card or apologized much less thank me for coming in.today is Friday he never called, he never followed up!this is unacceptable for a service department!Brandon if you don’t like your job go get another one because you’re fired

Wow. I can’t believe the disregard My husband and I were shown at this dealership today. Upon entering the dealership, there is a sign on each door that says masks are required and also to socially distance. We had our masks on and walked on in. Everyone had masks on inside as required. I told the receptionist we wanted to see an XE. She was very friendly and told us someone would be right with us. A salesperson by the name of Candace came up and started asking us questions—she was friendly. Then, she took off her mask. After she asked me a few more questions, I told her that I’d appreciate it if she put her mask back on. She told me it was hot and she couldn’t—even though this is the law. I glossed over this and kept answering her questions—from a ten foot distance probably. She asked if I wanted to drive the car and she want to retrieve it. Probably ten minutes later she pulls up out front, rolls the windows down, no mask on and asks if we are getting in. She says she has to drive the car off the property and then I can drive. I asked if she could just drive it to the end of the dealership and then I could take over. She said she couldn’t do that. I asked “umm...you aren’t going with us, are you?” She responded that yes, she will move to the back. I told her no and we turned around and walked back inside. I waited around a few minutes to speak to the manager who had been speaking with me. He asked me what was going on. I asked him if he had a touch less sales experience like park place and Sewell. He told me no—their insurance does not allow test drives unless they’re in the car, so no they don’t do this. I told him that I was not comfortable getting in the car with the salesperson, Candice, after she did not have a mask on. I told him my husband has cancer and we cannot risk that. I mean do you really expect people to get in the car with your salesperson who has no mask on? So unprofessional.Totally unacceptable experience. I will be filing a complaint with the city of Dallas and speaking to my attorney about this interaction.

Over the weekend, I purchased a certified XJ from this dealership. Here are the people I dealt with.Sales Consultant - Tommy PhanSales Manager - Rick BayonFinance - Jeremy HeussSummary- maybe my experience from other luxury dealers is the reason I expected a better experience. This experience felt more like a Kia dealership. Agreed to a reasonable price, but wasted a lot of my time. Tommy needs a LOT more training. Rick needs some training on customer service, and Jeremy was a pleasure to deal with. 2 stars only because of Jeremy. If it wasnt for him, this would be a 1 star experience.Full story- This is my 7th car in the past 7 years, so this is not my first rodeo. I visited the store on Friday, and test drove the car. Tommy was polite, but not very knowledgeable. I had a feeling he must have been a new hire. One thing I hate the most, is false information, and improper communication. I offered Tommy the price I want, he took about 30-40mins to appraise my trade and work numbers, and then comes and tells me that it will take another 3-4 hours to get numbers, and he will give me a call. I immediately realized he is either not familiar with negotiating, or doesnt want to negotiate.I left, and proceeded to exchange emails with Rick. After a few emails, we agreed on a price. I agreed to go in first thing Saturday morning. I told Rick I can provide any and all information needed, in order for me to spend as much less time as possible at the dealership. Ive bought cars at other dealerships without spending more than 30-45mins. They would have all the paperwork, and the car ready to go by the time I got to the dealership. I also asked Rick not to send my credit app to multiple banks as I didnt want multiple hits on my credit. He said it will only be sent to Jaguar Financial, and my credit report has been hit 4 times which includes 3 other banks.I get to this dealership, Saturday morning at 9:15am. And I left at 12:15pm. Nothing was ready. Car was dirty, paperwork was not put together. Tommy, probably didnt know what he was doing, and went back and forth a couple of times. Rick never showed his face once, or came out to say hi. He used Tommy as a middleman for communication for any questions I had. The dealership was not even busy, and after hours of waiting I was handed over to Jeremy in finance. I probably spent 15mins max with Jeremy. He was very easy to talk to, and deal with. I would definitely recommend him, if you get to choose your finance guy.Back on the sales floor, salesmen got together at one persons desk to chat, and had their masks off. Social distancing was not being followed on the sales floor, or in some sales manager offices.

This dealer ship does not inspect the vehicles they have come in I drove several hours early in the morning to purchase a vehicle this car seemed magnificent inside and out I was thrilled at first during the test drive the car broke down and died after I paid my deposit I would not recommend this dealer ship
