Today is April 25th 2021 this is a Wednesday I have been calling this place ever since Monday and the line is busy always I guess they have the phone off the hook the same thing happened to prior week I will definitely take my business elsewhere I dont recommend anyone trying to call them cuz theyre definitely not going to answer this is ridiculous but I would rather deal with ace hardware at least they answer the phone

Recently purchased a Ferris zero turn mower from Parker’s at a very fair price.The mower had an unseen issue that one phone call and a couple of pics had a the part next day aired and installed the day of delivery.Finding service like this today is too rare, but these guys deliver!Highly recommend Ferris and Parker’s!

These people are the most friendly, kind people. Just needed my blades sharpened and it wasnt even their brand but they did it anyway without a problem, no questions asked. Very fast and efficient. I totally recommend this place.

They are some of the friendliest folks around. But I dont pay for friendly, I pay for service. Ive taken my chainsaw to them 2 times and the problem has never been fixed. Now, it doesnt even crank anymore. The repairs were costly and I should have a great running chainsaw. Its a stihl and has been well maintained. The 2 stars are for being friendly.

Picked up a mower to fix, then refused to do the fix without a payment upfront after already having dealt with a rude technician. Wasted my time and money going to pick it back up in the rain. Would not recommend for older equipment.

They came recommended from a landscaper friend have they have not disappointed; reasonable prices with friendly, knowledge service. And most importantly in the middle of the summer, quick turnaround times!

Drive an hour to get there, only to try to open the door and find it locked. The old man was stand right there, i explained i drove an hiur to get there and just needed one part.... he just stood there and shrugged his shoulders not caring at all. Very rude and unprofessional, does not abide by their own business operating hours. I like to support local, but i will be ordering online before i give this place my hard earned cash and gas

Ive used Parkers for over 25 years. Very knowledgable and well stocked with parts needed for normal repairs. They work hard for sure and care about their customers. If you have a cheap Murry or hard to deal with Toro then throw it away and buy something worth the expense to have it worked on. Sounds like they did you a favor.

20yrs ago - i dropped off my grandfathers murray riding mower to be worked on. My grandmother had already made arrangements with them on what needed to be done. They called 3 weeks later to say i needed to come pick it up - it was just sitting there, they didnt know what to do with it. the mower hadnt been touched.Today, just called to get an estimate on what they would charge me to change the blades on my Toro if I brought the deck up to them (figuring that they would surely have new/different staff in).Parker - Well, uh, it depends on if we got da blades in or not.Me - Ive got the model and part number, you want me to give it to you so you can look it up and seeParker Oh, we dont do those riding lawn mowers Toros, you need to call Lost Mountain Power Equipmentbottom line - my only 2 experiences with these folks lead me to believe that they are either lazy or rich (or both). They didnt really seem to want to go out of their way to win my business but were quick to point it away.
