We upgraded our tennis court lights through Chris Bryant, Techlights sales rep for central Florida area. Within a couple of months of the installation one of the lights died. After multiple attempts to contact Chris, he finally returned one of my phone calls. He made arrangements to have a new light unit delivered and it arrived a couple of weeks later. The next problem was trying to get in contact with Chris again. Once I got in touch with him, he was unable to get one of his techs to do the change out so he told me if I got my local electrician to do it Techlight would pay their bill. Chris also told me that if the company wouldnt pay, he would. Techlight wont pay the bill and Chris wont answer any of my communications. So we are out $400, beware of Chris Bryant and Techlight, they are not reputable people.
Found 1 gpu and 2 tetriz (before they nerfed them)!
Tech light seemed to be a good company I was in and out fairly quickly and people were nice and professional.
Huge help and great solid products
Great fixtures for outdoor lighting.
All good, you just have to order the product and wait about three or four weeks.
