The young lady that helped me was very knowledgeable, she helped me A LOT! I was very pleased with the overall experience, I will most certainly will go back.

I walked in and no one seemed too interested in helping me. I had both arms full of bags so obviously I was interested in shopping... I guess they dont want my money.

Went to try on a pair of leggings there to see how they fit and the lady there was incredibly rude. She was all over my daughter and I- I didn’t even feel comfortable taking a pair off the rack to check the size bc she acted like we were going to mess things up. We walked out within minutes. I will take my business to Nordstrom or another place that sells them but won’t go back.

Visited in 12/13 and was looking for a few body suits I noticed online. I was the only customer in the store and had to interrupt the 2 associates from gossiping to get help. Was told by the younger associate that Spanx didn’t have anything like I wanted and she turned around and walked off. Terrible service. I went home and ordered 3 of the items I wanted online. Won’t be back.

The worst customer service ever! I bought a pair of spanx online during Black Friday and when I got the order it was a completely different pair of leggings from that I had ordered. I spoke to a lady on the phone and she had said it’s okay you can return them at the store, however the ladies at the store would not even give me the time of day and they just kept saying no and being obnoxiously rude! Never again

Gotta try the Spanx if you have yet to experience the feel.
