The patch on my bag had the incorrect letters on it and TUMI told me that the only fixes were:1 - they can do the correct lettering but in a different color patch2 - the color it was supposed to be with the bag (and the messed up patch color) would cost me personally $150 and I would be responsible to replace it myself.

Stephen is great - very helpful. My husband bought me a gorgeous blush suitcase for Valentine’s Day and got it heat stamped with my name. Tumi then replaced my old suitcase free of charge and I got a matching carry on. AMAZING customer service! I’m Tumi for life

This store never answers the phone ... either drive 38 miles for resolutions or just purchase elsewhere..... bags / luggage good but service absolute zero

No one was visible when I entered the store. About 20 seconds later, a woman appeared from the back. She stood in the back and loudly asked if any help was needed. Since I dont scream across stores to have a conversation, I waited for her to approach to assist. She kept leaning in the table in the back of the store. I looked up and she loudly offered assistance again, asking if I needed anything. I said, Not anymore, and left the store.This is not the way to show you care about your customers and it is definitely not the way to sell merchandise. I need a graduation gift and I was ready to buy. Unfortunately, you were not ready to sell. You lost a several hundred dollar sale.Just before coming to this store, I was at Bag and Baggage down the street (Preston and Northwest Highway) where the salesman was personable, helpful, and outgoing. Ill be returning there to purchase a product...maybe Tumi, maybe a competitor.

Very helpful and courteous staff. They walked me through different options and explained features of each bag in exceptional detail. The staff really knows their stuff! The persons name that helped me is Michael.Update: After coming back two days later to get another piece of luggage monogrammed, I need to adjust the rating. Unfortunately it was no longer Michael, but a different man. Im giving this store a new rating of 3 stars (originally 5) due to the new person being rude. It was as if I wasnt worth their time. I wanted the exact same monogram job as I had done prior and this time around I was told that they dont do that. I had to get the store manager to do the job.

My last two Tumi purchases have been complete disasters both from a quality standpoint and customer service. You would think expensive luggage would at least be accompanied with a pleasant buying experience!

Excellent Customer Service. Tumi replaced luggage handle for me - in the store. It wasnt easy - they had to work at getting the right parts in the store. They could have had me send my bag to the repair facility - long turnaround - long wait - but they went the extra mile to find a handle that worked. I use the bag almost every week. I really appreciate the store employees for this extra service. Thanks Claudia and Mike.

I love their products but hate customer service! Snooty staff. They make it seem like doing their job is a chore. I asked for a gift receipt and was told “I’m not sure if I could do that.” What?! It’s holiday season and most people are shopping for gifts for others. I asked for gift wrap and was told they don’t put the products inside the gift box but they can give me the box itself and I can do it myself at home. Poorly trained staff. Better buy their products online or at Neiman’s.

I had a Tumi rollaway with a broken handle. I inquired at this retail store as to the cost since my piece was no longer covered by warranty. I expected to pay $25 to ship to Tumi and get an estimate. Mike, the GM, asked to look at it. With an hour, on a very busy Sunday, he’d replaced the handle and a broken zipper. Cost? Zero. A lot of goodwill created today and a reminder of the quality and service you’d expect from an iconic brand.

Great service. I brought in two TUMIs I purchased through department stores and they engraved them for free in about 3 minutes.

Ive never been treated more like a child in my life. I came in to purchase something for my husband, and the entire time the representative followed me around like I needed to be kept an eye on. She was so condescending and I couldnt leave fast enough. I went to Fossil instead.
