Probably the worst place to work.Fat nasty supervisors and OSHA violations EVERYWHERE

I have worked here for about 8 months. Co-workers were awesome and full of potential and are willing to help. I quit as of today because the bosses are so disrespectful and will put you down no matter if youre hard working or not. I have busted my butt working here and have never got recognized for the hard work I have put in at this job. They started me off at 10.50 per hour. I was suppose to get a raise after my 90 day probationary period and was never received that. Reason for quiting was because I was cussed out and disrespected in front of a whole bunch of the co-workers. Some of the bosses mainly (Larry and Jerry) will cuss you out calling you all types of names and also very racist I wouldnt recommend anyone to work here. They should definitely get rid of the bosses for some bosses who are actually willing to recognize you and put you up.

I started working at Beacon in 1987 working nights pushing a broom and cleaning,while there i learned to operate and set up on may difference Manuel and cnc machines which open the doors for many opportunity im grateful for the knowledge i gained i moved on in 1996 to farther my career..today i look back and im happy to say that i got my start at Beacon..

People so nice, employees are really polite,and lot enthusiasm to work hard,and always happy smiling. .
