I cant say enough about the customer service and quality of the product of Faber Cnk Stone. When trying to bring our vision for our pool to life, my husband and I found ourselves a bit stuck. Faber CNK Stone is one of the best kept secrets in Dallas. I have to say their customer service is outstanding. Our pool guy kept sending us to Another supplier for our outdoor paver decision however I was not impressed in their selection as much as I was in Faber’s large sandblasted and leather finish marble stones. Fantastic experience.I ordered for the pool coping and diy’d a 1600sf travertine patio. Aydin and Pelin were very helpful from the beginning when I had a lot of questions till the end when I was picking up a few last pieces. I’ve come to the showroom maybe 20 times, they are all great to work with.I personally laid each stone and can vouch for the quality and that not one was cracked, all arrived in perfect condition. I was in a tough place, and discovered them on Offer up app at 11pm needing to find a solution for being short on material broken as well as my contractor pouring the slab larger than requested. Not only did they answer me late at night but also took care of me the next morning to get me exactly what I needed and had it in stock. I reached out to this company needing travertine for a master bathroom/bedroom project. I received prompt responses and the owner was very accommodating. I arrived to their showroom and they have a variety of travertine options including indoor and outdoor along with a magnitude of color options. They were patient with my selection and told me that once my contractor picked up the tile, if I changed my mind, they would easily change the selection. I thought their prices were very competitive and when I informed them that there were broken pieces and I needed some replacements, they gave me additional tiles at no cost. Hands down, if you need travertine, come here!!!!

A friend of mine recommended Faber Cnk Stone when I was thinking of redoing and expanding my back patio & Im so glad he did. Pelin & Aidan were so well versed in the material, and offered an array of colors to choose from. They even took it a step further and made sure I had samples to take home to see how the pavers would look next to the house. Once I made a decision, they arranged shipping and I had my pavers delivered at the end of the week. Fabers pricing was more than fair and the quality of the material is unmatched. This was the most offensive and depressing experience of my adult life. “Aydn” and his wife were most rude and aggressive people I have met when considering that I was looking to spend $$$ on travertine for my pool. At one point, “Aydn” the husband and owner literally said that he was “frustrated “ by my questions as a customer regarding the product he was recommending I purchase. He was so frustrated that he left. Then, the icing occurred when the wife then took over. She literally said to me, “ let me keep me mouth quiet before I say something to you that’s not good!” Keep in mind that I am a Customer and this is what she said to me. As a minority this made me very unsettled. Btw- they are minorities as well although they may not think that based on my interaction. This place will not and should not be around for any length of time if this is how a customer is treated. Absolutely take your business elsewhere. She told me she was the owner as well and to leave after they were so frustrated with my questions about the product. James, the other rep there was excellent and he tried his best to make everything right.

We had our driveway, front entrance and back patio done with walnut travertine paver. I was not sure if travertine was the right choice for our project but Aidan worked very hard and took his time to educate us on travertine pavers. We couldn’t have been happier with the results.I will definitely use them again for our future projects.

If I could, I would give Faber CNK 10 stars!!! Pelin, Aydin, and Rick are all phenomenal people to work with. We purchased Leonardo pavers for a new deck that is being built around our pool. We also wanted the same stone installed on our existing patio, which required a tile width as opposed to a paver width. The Leonardo tile, was not something they typically carried, however, with Pelin and Aydin access to the quarry, they were able to have the Leonardo tile pattern specially created and brought in from Turkey for us. Because of their direct access and their great prices, we were able to purchase this beautiful travertine stone for 3400+ square feet of outside patio and decking area.Pelin, Aydin, and Rick then worked with us when we wanted to purchase non-standard sized coping for around our pool. Our pool’s shape is a combination of straight edges and multiple curved radiuses. Rick and his fabrication team were able to use templates of the curves and custom cut 3’ long pieces of coping in Houston for around our pool that looks amazing and fits great. This took a lot of extra care, coordination, and communication to make this happen since we live in the Weatherford area. This is something not many companies would deal with these days, yet this group was willing and able to.All in all we can’t say/write enough positive things about this company, the people, the quality of their travertine, and the work they do. With their excellent prices and their willingness to work with us, they have made our outdoor living area possible.
