Went in today after going to several different stores that couldnt solve my problem. My local hardware store told me that this store would be the only option for my unique caster size. It took less than 5 minutes and they had my cage fixed and I was on my way. Customer service was excellent from the moment I entered the store to the moment I left and they know there product. I highly recommend this business. Wish I had started here in the first place rather than all the other stores first that couldnt help.
