First I want to say Erica was very nice. However, this establishment is VERY unorganized! Per Erica, my bed was ordered on Monday and was to be delivered on Friday. I waited all day Thursday to be given an estimated delivery time. I was the one who had to call to get an update! I spoke with Alex, who is supposed to be a store manager, who seemed to be fumbling around when I inquired about my order. He told me my order will be delivered Friday between 12-6pm. He then called back and said they ordered the wrong size bed and it wont be until sometime the next week I will receive my bed. I was flabbergasted because when was I going to know!? Today is Monday and I spoke with Alex again. I asked when was my bed going to be delivered and picked up from warehouse. He stated that he did not know when it was going to be picked up from the warehouse and was not sure when it will be delivered. He then told me that Erica ordered the wrong bed, but I heard otherwise on his end. I told him I needed my bed and he was VERY VERY rude. He kept telling me that he can just cancel the order. Im assuming he was upset and hung up in my face. I called back to address him hanging up in my face, he told me it was nothing else to talk about. I was going to give him the benefit of the doubt, but I did not appreciate how he treated me. He had no empathy/sympathy. He was VERY nonchalant. I asked to speak to the owner and he told me he was in Turkey.Would not recommend!!

Very nice worker and the owner is awesome. His worker are super awesome and his Secretary is super awesome they will have everything you want and more just go see them you want regret you went there and the prices will knock your sock off. Very reasonable...

Walked in to purchase a mirrored coffee table set. On the end table it had a tag that said set of 2 $189. Told the worker I wanted it. She said he’s not going to sell it for that price. I said why not because that’s the price you all are displaying. We walked up to him and asked him and he said no that price is not right. I said it’s written on there. No explanation just no. I will never spend my money with a place who does not honor their prices displayed. Please go else where because I found the same whole set for cheaper than what Abraham was asking anyway. Horrible service.

If youre looking for glitzy furniture pieces, this cute gem has it! This furniture store has great decor pieces and the customer service is awesome. Ask for Erica on your visit, she knows the products, shes also professional and friendly.

I was so excited to get furniture from this place when I first came across this store. The sofa and ottoman I wanted they didn’t have the color, I was told that they will order it for me. I would follow up with the sells person & manager when they told me too, still didn’t get it in yet. I do understand the pandemic of Covid-19 has slowed down businesses however, I didn’t understand for over 6 months me following up and didn’t get any answer over the phone or reply back in IG DM. At this point, I feel like this is bad customer service. I spoke with the manager a week ago finally, and agreed to get the color I originally didn’t want. He told me he would call me to setup the order and again, no call or text. I reached out and no answer. This is poor customer customer service, and just because I’m an over the phone customer that lives in a different state, doesn’t mean I should get poor customer service like I don’t have the money for the order. At this point I’m done with this place, and they left a bad first impression on me as a paying customer.

We were allowed to roam around and look.Cash money is not a problem here, they have 2 financial institutions that you can choose from depending on your credit score status.They can be pricy, which is expected for furniture, but he will make you feel accomplished walking out the door because not only did he help me get what I wanted for a reasonable price I wanted, he also had our furniture delivered and installed the next day.No more than an hour and a half and we had everything completed.I want to thank him! We will be coming back! I ask that everyone realize this IS your local small business, he does everything he can to accommodate you, so I ask that you be considerate.Im coming back because I can trust him and look him in the eye. Give him a chance, hell do his best to make you satisfied!

The service is terrible my daughter bought a furniture set from them when they set it up they bent the legs on the furniture she called them and told them about it they did not respond until a month later then said they would replace the furniture but made an excuse why they couldn’t they do not own up to their word would not recommend them.
