Went by there yesterday after shopping all weekend for a mattress. Had my mind set on getting something cheap delivered. Russ changed my mind. He was not overbearing and was straight forward with me. I can’t thank him enough. I paid a little more than I wanted to but have a actual warranty and once I slept on it I knew I made the right choice. I don’t think I’ll need another mattress anytime soon but if I know anyone looking I know where to send them. Thank you Russ.

I wanted to wait an sleep on the mattress for a while an then give the review. Me an my wife bought the wakeforest euro. Very soft but maintains form. Weve had it for a few months now an its hard to get out of it in the mornings. Russell actually showed an attitude of genuine concern. Hes the 1st mattress guru Ive met. Great guy. Highly recommend using Russ and Mattress by Appointment. We called him 24 hrs ago. He met us within 3 hrs of calling and delivered our mattress this morning.

My wife and I came in with the intentions of only getting 1 King size bed and box spring set. Well...we ended up leaving with that and 2 more sets for our home. Russ was exceptional the entire time. I spent the first day looking, taking pictures and wanted to discuss with my wife before pulling the trigger. He made it a point to ensure that there was no pressure felt to buy and especially buy today and appreciated the fact that this was a decision we wanted to make together.
