DO NOT DO NOT DO NOT try to build or buy with Southern Homecraft, Rob Murray and Steve Arnold. They have threatened my family and all of my neighbors with lawsuits when they refused to complete necessary work on our brand new houses. They will screw your over and leave your house unfinished. I hope nobody else has to go through what we are going through!
