I want to thank Chris for his patience. I took 2+ hours to figure out what kind of bike I wanted. Chris took the time to explain all the details of each bike I looked at, ran the numbers and repeated the process for 6 different bikes. He was able to help meet all my goals and got me out the door with a 2019 kawasaki Z650 and a southwest T-shirt that I will wear with pride.

They were nice and accommodating, would have gave 5 stars but havnt got like back yet. Im sure theyll do a good job tho. I hope, I miss my baby.

Im a small man myself, so they have to adjust the pedals & pegs back to manufacture. Previous owner was tall. Anyways, Im very satisfied with the service, and assistance, and my selection. This is one bad ass cruiser.

What a fantastic buying experience. I came up from Houston to buy a different bike from a different dealer. Things didnt work out as planned and I just stopped in here as a last ditch effort. Boy am I glad I did. Brian, my sales guy, Cody in Finance and even Al himself came out and introduced himself. They knew I was from Houston and the likeliness of me still coming by for maintenance and other items was low. Still, they acted like I was one of the family. I got a great deal, they went above and beyond in helping me load my bike up and they made me feel like I had been a customer of theirs for 20 years. I will never buy another bike from anyone else, period. If they sell the bike I want, Ill make the trip to get it from them. Its worth it. Trust me.

Great place to buy a motorcycle! Cody took great care of me. He has been riding since he was little and really knows his motorcycles and will find a great ride for you. I was looking for a vintage bike I could ride for a couple of years and then pass down to my son as a starter bike. Cody found an SU250X and the price was the best around. The guys detailed the bike for me and it took less than an hour to pick it up and be on my way. Cant say enough about Cody and Southwest Superbikes! The bad reviews come from those with bad credit. If you have the money and want a great bike this is a great place to go! I will be back for my next bike with Cody and the team at SW Superbikes!

Had my KTM 690 detailed, new tires mounted and fully serviced after a long trip to Mexico. Bike came back looking new and in tip-top shape which was surprising with how I left it with them. All at a very reasonable price. Will be bringing in my other bikes for service as need in the future.

I cannot believe the negative reviews about this business and have to assume that something else led up to the negative comments (that time of the month, just dumped by their boyfriend, Obama supporters wanting free stuff). I have been doing business with this place for a long time and to be absolutely honest I have spent next to nothing being a not so profitable customer and I still get treated with the best customer service and they answer any questions I have regardless of me buying something or not. I purchased and in-house financed a used bike for 1 year. My credit is awful, but Carlos and Mark were able to take care of me. The price I ended up paying was beyond fair and the bike was in excellent shape. I would purchase a second bike here in a heartbeat.

I brought my motorcycle in for a starter replacement which they charged me for a hundred dollar diagnostic even tho I already pointing them to the problem! On top of that they said it would be Done in 3 days, it took two weeks. Their excuse was they ordered the wrong part 3 times or that the manufacturer sent the wrong part 3 times........I got a couple calls saying that lost money by them ordering the wrong part which had nothing to do with me they tried to extra charger me for labor which I know didn’t take that long to fix..... I wouldn’t recommend this shady “repair”shop.

Southwest Superbikes got me approved for a motorcycle, unfortunately after placing a fee to hold the bike, life got in the way halting my purchase. After speaking with Carlos, I was given store credit, so I ordered some motorcycle gear for the future and it arrived the very next day. Very friendly and helpful staff.

Bought a bike from these guys a few months ago and called out the bad battery on the bike they promised they would take care of it a month after I had the bike the battery started lugging so I called they said come up here we will take care of you they wanted me to pay 40 bucks for a new battery then Carlos said dont worry about it Ive got you covered a few weeks later I sent in an email he stated he thought I came and picked it up with no call to tell me it was there lol well here we are again 3 weeks later no call I bought my own battery I do not recommend this place unless you just want a bike lol within the first week I replaced spark plugs air filter and all the fluids because they were all old too if your gunna sell a bike atleast do preventative maintenance on it sht

A1 in my book, needed a minor repair and they got me in own the spot and fixed it for free. Of course I gave a tip, however good deeds should not go unnoticed.

I brought my out - of - shop bike in, a lower grade Asian bike. NO PROBLEM!*, those guys were all over it. WHOO! The sales guy, the guys up front, the mechanics, Brent, Trey. Those guys did an amazing job. Whoot, Whoot to Southwest Superbikes. Just cant say enough about this place.

In store they where cool till they said my battery needed 20 min charger and then it really needed full changing. I dont mind to pay the fee to charge the battery and then getting a quote for a valve adjustment for a 92 gs500 guess what it was 500-600 $ the shim kit is 200 I could do it my self .I have finally settled that I will never go to this place unless I wanted to be screwed .which is never .

Service wasnt so great at first. But it got better as the day progressed. My main complaint, was that the bike I was looking to purchase was left out in the cold rain the entire time. They never brought the bike in the building at all. The reason this bothered me was because of another customer that camein to look at the bike directly next to the oneI was getting. They had it in the building within 5 minutes. The kicker, is that the guy didnt buythe bike, and was gone 15 minutes later. All the while, my now new bike, was left outside in the rain. Other than that, I love the dealership. Friendly staff, and awesome bikes.

I cant say enough about this dealership! Elan was fantastic!She sold me a beautiful 2017 EBR 1190SX. I live in Florida and there was no problem buying this bike sight unseen. We had a couple small hiccups with shipping and title but nothing to lose sleep over. All in all if you need a bike look nowhere else... customer service is second to none! Not to mention theyve got a great selection of hard to find bikes.

I was on my to pick my bike up just got off work while on my way had a blow out so I called and said want be able take or because of their closing time.. The Shop MANAGER Mr Brent came to me on s8de the High way help me change my flat and then went back to shop after Hours and help me load my bike up.. Thats what u call custmers Service. People.. before you buy a bike here, compare some damn prices. Youll find this place is easily 10-25% higher than literally anywhere else.If you have bad credit, the LAST thing you need to do is finance a bike... especially from a price gouging dealership.Youre much better off being patient, saving up, and buying a bike via private party. Whatever bike you plan on buying, have the owner take it to that brand of dealership for a full inspection so you know what youre getting.Its not that hard.You dont have to get ripped off by this place!

Dont ever bother stepping foot in this place. Do you want to be berated and talked down to when buying your first bike? Stop by this place if you want to burn your money and hate yourself when you leave.3 points away from Instant Approval yet there was nothing we can do EVEN WITH A CO-SIGNER. I make more than 10x the monthly payment of the bike, yet they didnt even take that into account. How about next time you have a customer you actually listen to what they have to say, and not berate your buyers.Ill find somewhere else to finance my bike and pay double the amount on the payments. Your loss. Maybe youd have a better location if you cared about your customers.

Terrible service, my bike was in the shop for about a week and the mechanic told me that I need a new engine when indeed that was not the case. They also returned my bike with a missing part. When I called the shop to ask them about the missing part Carlos then begin to tell me I dont know if we have it here I have to hit you back. I told him you have to be kidding me and he then put me on hold. When Carlos returned to the phone he told me he has the part for me and I needed to pick it up. Once again the service was terrible the knowledge of the mechanics were terrible. I would not recommend this place to anyone...

$30 just for a tire patch with tire already off is REDICULOUS.$50 for 1 mount and balance is REDICULOUS.They sold me a lowering link for $60(not including labor) that he claimed I needed. (I didnt know any better). I later found the same link for $20 brand new.

Place seems kinda sketchy. Put in an inquiry online, came in, guy I talked to online wasnt there. I looked at the bike I wanted, put in a credit app, guy there told me to bring my bike in next day for estimate and test ride the new bike. Rode down the next day, another guy tells me my app never got ran, he doesnt know where the guy is who can process the app and told me they dont do test rides... Yea sorry buddy not going to spend $8k on bike I cant ride before hand.. Very unprofessional, had him shred my app and will be buying my next bike somewhere else.

DO NOT BUY HERE. COMPARE AND LOOK AROUND KNOW THE MAEKET (HERES MY STORY)I went in to buy a bike, the price was around $6k so I jumped through all their hoops. I delt with cody (possibly the least experience salesman ever with 0 customer service qualities). I was looking to finance and cody told me the only bank that accepted my credit was Motto lease which i thought was odd. I said i wanted the bike so we processed the application. They were telling me i got the best deal in the house. The deal was: at the end of my 5 year term i would pay around 12k for 10+ year old bike which is RIDICULOUS. THE TOTAL amount DOUBLED. my credit score is in the 7hundreds any other bank would accept me however, they scam you by saying only motto lease will take your case.I turned around and decided to finance at an actually yamaha dealership. long story short i got a 2016 R6 for 12k the same amount i would have paid for that 10+ year old sports bike.IF YOU DO NOT PAY ATTENTION THEY WILL TAKE ADVANTAGE OF YOU.DONE LET THE AMOUNT YOU HAVE TO PAY MONTHLY FOOL YOU. DO THE MATH LOOK AT THE COST LONG TERM.

The bike I went there to see had already been sold, but they had picked up another similar one a few days before that had yet to be serviced. I needed to leave town that night for an event and wanted to take the bike, so Mark and his entire staff stayed after hours on a Friday to finish a full top to bottom service on the bike. The service guys then took their time to walk me through all the maintenance and what to look out for with that model. I cant say enough about my experience and will definitely do business with them again.

Was looking at a Honda Shadow Phantom for 5999, filled out the credit app online. they never called I called them and was told I would need a co-signer. Went to a Honda shop looked at a new Phantom, they ran my credit and in a few minutes I was signing and driving off. My fico is way above 500 and debt to income ratio is low, i dont know what company they used but it makes no sense. Run now before its to late.
