Commander chair looks good, but the design in awful, back pain is resulted after couple of hours using it and it wont get better. So, price looks good at the beginning but after using it and without having refund is a complete NO NO.They wont refund, so, make sure you buy something you know is good, otherwise you will need to exchange it either losing money or having to spend more.
Great place to find a quality chair at an affordable price. And you dont have to put it together. Ron did a great job helping me find a chair Ill spend 8 hours a day in.
Found a great replacement desk chair for my home office @NOLstore with a ton of help from Myles who pointed out options I hadnt considered and it comes with a great warranty just in case!
I went to this store last week and was helped by Betsy and she was very helpful in finding several chair options for me. I have walked in other office furniture stores and they just tell you to walk around and sit in the chairs but it is too hard to know the functions of a chair without someone who knows about office chairs and what they can do for you. They all look virtually the same. The store is very clean and well organized and Betsy really new the inventory. They didnt have the color I was looking for but she was able to find it at another location and ship it to the store for me to pick up. It was a very good experience and I would shop here again for my office needs. The prices are great too.
STAY AWAY AT ALL COSTS! This has to be the worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life. Let’s start with Betsy who sold me on 3K Worth of merchandise and promised they would be delivered in one week. 3 weeks passed and I didn’t hear a single word from them and they when I asked they couldn’t give me any answers within several days. Then I cancelled the order and again didn’t hear back for 2 weeks. Kept emailing Betsy and would get no response so I showed up to the location and spoke to manager Ron Foster who apologized and promised my he would call me later that day with my cancellation confirmation. Didn’t hear back that day and called the next day and he said cancellations have to go through corporate and it would take 4-5 days. We are at day 8 and just called them again today and I have yet to receive my cancellation confirmation or my money. This is absolutely garbage business with even worst customer service.Best part is I ordered through an online competing catalog and received all my furniture in 5 days while I have waited over 1.5 months just for a cancellation from these people
Large selection of office chairs, all tagged and on the floor ready for a “test drive”. I found exactly what I want for a reasonable price. Rio answered my questions in a friendly, professional manner and made the experience quite positive. Chairs are already assembled, making it easier on me to put it to instant use.

We are very happy with our purchase. Bought a whole office worth of furniture and it looks great. The delivery guys were fabulous - handled everything with care, not a scratch on the walls and very accommodating with placement! Everything came well packaged and protected, they arranged in the proper locations, put in shelves and handles, wiped everything done and took the trash with them. Plus their prices are great. Couldnt be happier.

I am a computer science student and I had been looking for better than average furnishings for my home office. I also recently moved to Texas from PA and didnt know where to start looking. Fortunately Dallas has many places to shop for office furniture, that was the problem.I had spent two weeks driving all over Dallas looking at various showrooms when a professor of mine asked me about Steelcase Leap chairs since I had used one in my former work environment. I said that they were more comfortable than the Herman Miller chairs but very expensive. I then looked online for the chairs to find him a good price and came across National Office Liquidators since they sell new and refurbished Leap chairs so I decided to stop and look for myself.I walked into the showroom and was greeted by the showroom manager and then shown the chairs that I wanted and ended up purchasing a new desk for my home office. There was absolutely no pressure from the staff and more help than I had received from the other area office suppliers.If you think that you can only afford to have office furniture from Staples or Office Max I urge you to look at National Office Liquidators before you buy. The quality is not even comparable, The desk that I have is a commercial desk that I have stood on and It did not move. If you tried that with a desk from the local office store it would collapse, I have had over 260 lbs of books on this desk without any problems.Bottom line is if you want a professional office with the quality that you thought could only get from thousands of dollars look here first, great selection and no pressure knowledgeable, friendly staff.

The product, a La-Z-Boy Horizon desk chair was in near mint condition and was offered at over 75% below the cost of a new chair. The service was OUTSTANDING from start-to-finish. Our company has purchased from NOL on 2 occasions. Our first experience was early in 2017. Ron assisted one of our remotely based team members with the purchase of several items for our new office location; he was extremely helpful and was even willing to delay delivery a few days until a team member would be in town to receive the items. All went smoothly, and we were very happy with the items purchased.Our second order was in the last couple of weeks and on a time crunch -- and we needed a larger number of items. I reviewed options on the website, then called the office. I spoke with Betsy and she was fantastic, advising on immediately available stock and color compatibility with our other pieces, and sending a couple of quotes back via email. We requested the items asap when we placed our order, but delivery was expected in a couple of weeks, because some of the items needed to be shipped in from another location. However, we received a call from Betsy a week and a half before the expected delivery date (and less than a week after we initially placed our order), and were told that our items had arrived early and could be delivered that day, which was great! The delivery/install team was wonderful and went above and beyond, making sure the various new items were arranged in desired configuration, even adjusting an existing item that hadn’t yet been moved out of our space and was blocking the new set up.High quality product, great prices, excellent customer care – will definitely keep shopping NOL for future furniture needs!

I purchased office desks last year, the expected delivery date was 4-6 weeks, it took 8 weeks to get the items and there was no communication. Terrible service, i will never use this purchase from here again.
