This store is ok. It is clean and very organized. Staff are friendly.I usually find something I like, but this time Oct. 27, 2021 the store didnt have a whole lot. More clothes and shoes than dishes, furniture etc. Im guessing people arent donating. That surprises me, as Dallas/ FW is quite a wealthy area. What gives folks? Those of you who refuse to work, clean up your house, garage and yard and donate!!! Got any Fall or Christmas items you dont want? Help some people out. I donate. Its a good feeling to pass something along to someone else. One mans junk is another mans treasure!!! Cheers

It was clean, clearly signed, every employee was wearing a mask properly but the sections within the store lacked sizing organization. With a store that size(Huge), it could stand to put out more product.Was still able to find a few treasures. Overall better than Most other thrift stores.

Plenty of parking, very clean, prices are reasonable, and well organized. Color of the week specials, senior citizen days, and military discounts throughout the week.

Just a warning for moms kids are not allowed in the outlet store. I tried to bring in my child in with me and was told to leave. Should put that on their site so people don’t waste their drive.

While the store clerk was registering my items, I realize, that Id hadnt any money, I immediately informed the clerk that ill have to go home to retrieve my monies, and return for items, I return and the clerk assisted w / searching for my items, and she awesome

Very reasonable and nice items. I have an interior decorating in homestage business and they have some really nice decor items thats extremely cheap. When I first went in the store I was confused because the prices was under $5 so I had to make sure I was reading it right because most thrift stores these days charge more than Ross and Macys together. The lady with the gray hair at the front ringing up is very sweet also the men carrying furniture is nice but everyone else has an attitude especially the hispanic guy that works in the back

They close 10min. before 7pm and if you dont move immediately as the they announce it, one of the guys that cleans will shout at you from the middle of the store to tell you to stop buying!!! You cant even stay near the clothes, you need to move immediately. I felt like if I didnt leave at that same moment, he was going to attack me physically because thats how he sounded.Terrible, horrible experience!!! This person should work at another place.

The prices have went all the way up its a lot of changes. It used to be my favorite but good will isnt the same all over. Also no exchanges or returns and no dressing rooms. Good luck

This is a huge store. Its one of my favorites because I always find something here due to the great selection.

This Goodwill was very neat and organized. Staff was really friendly. One guy in particular asked what was i looking for offered suggestions. He was cleaning as I left and in a friendly tone. He said Thank you for coming come back soon. Idk but you dont find that often.

The manager with blonde hair was very rude. Yes your so high and mighty with your goodwill management job .. congratulations 👏

Won’t be long till someone steps in shuts this place down. Cheap labor in poor conditions in which employees know they cannot ever speak up or be fired. Better items are sold to larger companies in bulk so if your looking for that great deal rest assured their “experts” look through most after employees sort. I understand it’s a business but let’s try and help a few more people or employees before you higher ups overfill those sock drawers.

Well, goodwill is goowill..however this is one of the more organized stores. I have been checking over the years for a match to some broken vintages dishes...I found them there 🤗.. as you know the more good donations, the better the stores are stocked...they must be doing good, because they have opened an outlet..I saw a few doctors entering to shop as I parked...so while youre at home clean house!!! and check out what others are giving..OR buy for retirements/children centers..

Very big Goodwill store with a lot of nice finds. They have a glass case by the cash register for auction type items if you are interested in bidding for them! Expect to spend around an hour to an hour and a half looking over their inventory. Friendly staff as well!

Customer service felt almost discrimintave on the outlet side of store. Most outlet Goodwills Ive been too have set price for items over a certain weight. The cashier here weighed my items then determined what she thought a appropriate price was. then changed what that price was when I brought a different item for that she felt should cost me more and then the manager agreed with her. If those are the practices of this Goodwill I do not wish to return.

Went there the other day... long time shopper at goodwill... and have never been more upset.. I found a few items I wanted most were given to be directly from the blue bins they use to bring new products from the back.. but I get to the front to pay and the lady is telling me the prices for those items were not what the sticker says... she tried to tell me a ps3 cost like 35 dollars her words... mind you I have never paid that much at a good will for a system.. I just bought a wii and and Xbox 360 a couple days before at 10.. and 14 dollars

First time at the Goodwill Outlet store.Super service oriented staff. Most items sold by the pound. I must have asked LaShayla 20 questions!Big bins rolled in and out on a ... Maybe ... Hourly basis. So just when you think youre done, here comes more stuff.Entrance is on left side -- if you are facing the main Goodwill store.Even if you you are an experienced thrift shopper, you need to do this.

I drove to this location due to another one having a tiny parking space and nowhere to park. I am glad that I decided to take the 15 minutes extra drive. There was more parking than needed. Even though there was a 50% off sale going on, there were workers tidying up the store as people were shopping. The store was in great shape to say that there was a lot of people in there. The dressing rooms were not cluttered with clothing as other Goodwills that I’ve frequented in the past. I witnessed another worker clearing out dressing rooms in-between people leaving out. The cashier was really nice and greeted me. Besides all of these awesome things, there is a good selection of clothes from what I could see in my 15-20 minutes of shopping the floor. Most of the clothes that I laid my eyes on were gently used & the prices are fair. It is a big store, so allow yourself plenty of time to really be able to dig. I’m planning on another visit really soon.

Donation...or LandfillTook clothing, dishes and 2 Pioneer speakers (in good condition).This guy just threw the medium size speakers in the half empty trailer, I saw the speaker grill just fly off.This is the major drop off point in the city and these are donations...Not A Landfill.

Mostly clothes, not much in housewares or electronics, but it was clean and fairly organized.

This was my first visit to this location. I will never shop at this location again. The cashier was very nice/pleasant, but when I asked a male employee for assistance on an electronic product, he was rude/sarcastic. There were a few other issues S well. Not worth the drive from North Dallas.

Massive women/kids clothing section at fair prices (certain brands are way overpriced). The home decor/appliances arent organized in the best way but everything is neatly put on selves. Other than finding some great finds here (mainly clothes) the staff is friendly and helpful.On weekends they auction off decent furniture items.

I WORK IN GOODWILL FOR YEARS & I TELL YOU THEY SALE OLD mildew burnt clothes with bed bugs they dont care how it look they just want money I would not recommend no one to work for them or even shop they are nonprofit organization gets everything free and do not likes to pay they workers how can you make it out $8.60 an hour you cannot even get an apartment with that pay rate you need three times the rent but repeatedly Goodwill gets everything free so theyre making money they dont take out the time appreciate their workers all they want you to do is work actually slave you talk to you crazy want to fire you for some things that they did if you outside looking in you would know .. youre paying for things that they get for free so thats free money going back to pocket what a shame Goodwill I would never shop there or ever work there again!!!..

Computer game selection was good but computer hardware section was very limited with a lot of mice, keyboards, monitors, beat up game controllers, tons of printer ink and routers but nothing particularly special or interesting. Pricing for hardware tended to be higher than most thrift stores as well.

What a blessing! I found everything I wanted. Two perfect wall mirrors, a Corning glass pot with a top, a steel water bottle for less than $25. They have the best values.

DIDNT have to much good stuff but i did find a vizio 50flat screen tv for 49.00 25%off paid 37.ok after i got it home my husband and i found a crack in the screen and i couldnt get it to programed and it didnt have a remote control so i returned it back to the store.and got my $$$

Waste of time unless you wanna look like a grandma looks big from the outside but smallest section of clothes and all the clothes had stains on them.

1 rude employee ruined my visit this morning. She yelled at me Excuse me, that shirt at first I had no idea what she was talking about, she was about 20 ft away from me, I then realized she wanted me to pickup something another customer dropped. She automatically assumed I dropped it because I was within 2 feet from it. I would not of been so upset if her tone wasnt ugly. I told her to go run after the customer that dropped it if she wanted it picked up, of course she didnt. I teach my kids to be considerate and pick up items if they drop stuff so naturally I do the same. Manager was very understanding and went to look for the employee which was hiding in one of the store rooms.

SUPER NICE STAFF!!!!!! Not sure when some of the other reviewers went in but every time i have been to this store Ive been treated extremely well. Store can get a bit unorganized but there are so many people who dont watch their children or just toss unwanted items around i think its an uphill battle for employees to keep up

Good deals in house items without paying full prices, the clothes not so much, at times is pricey but if you find the tags for the 50% off, it will be a good deal.

The old clerk was very rude an old lady ask where the restroom was and she responded loudly over there but you cant take that shopping cart in there with you. very embarrassing the old lady replied i just asked you where the restroom was. I dropped off gently used clothing items and I said to the man at the donation center here you go. He had to put his phone down in a bad mood, take my bags, drop them on the floor and continue to scroll through his phone, headphones and all. GOODWILL, I know you are supposed to help the community by offering employment but dont hire people that doesnt want to work. It irks me to no end. Its expensive for the bad quality of clothes. Considering everything is donated, I dont think an old DVD player should be $19.99, or a broken toy $4.99. just because a clothing item is of recognizable brand that doesnt mean that used item is worth $7.99. come on. The pricing is ridiculous at all Goodwills. Im going to St. Vincent de Paul instead.And customer service was awful today. Rude hispanic lady employee was angry because it was closing time and a customer was still looking at clothes next to her at the checkout line. There was a line of people! Whats wrong with looking at clothes next to you?! Ugh. Its down the street from my house but not worth it.The bathroom is dingy, dark, dirty, and scary.

Many of the things they sell DO NOT have a ticket with the price. When you go up to the register, some cashiers always try to give you the price they want. Ive been on days when a cashier will charge me for a vase or glassware one price, then I go back and a different cashier will charge the same type of item a completely different price. Also, once I asked about the senior discount and a lady that worked there said it was 10% on Tuesday, when I went back I decided to ask again... Well it turned out it is 25% off!!! SmhThe people on the floor do work really hard to keep everything nice and organized, which is why I continue to go & you might also find some hidden gems. Other than that, the cashiers that I mentioned make it a sour experience when I shop here!

Very hot in here. the music is very annoying. The lady at one of the registers did not have anyone at the counter, but scolded a customer that walked up to check out and made them to back behind the line and wait to be called. Then when checking out people they lollygag around and just are not very friendly at all.

Pretty good prices, large selection minus the kids section. We bought 4 shirts, 2 of which were plus sized, a pair of paints, coffee cup and a beautiful purse for $20!

Place sucks I went to try and donate alot of clothes and shoes and toys and furniture and guy was being lazy or something and didint want to accept nothing I drove off and took it somewher else and they accepted it all right away ...

Store is picked over by the staff to the point of who cares. The auction is much better than the store but you have to wait through the whole thing before you can even pay. Wholesale antiques, collectibles, books jewelry etc. are sold out the back door with no furniture at all. So, how can you sell stuff by the pound off the dock, stock garbage in the retail part and make a dollar? Oh yeah, that`s right. It`s not about the bottom line, it`s about 6 figure salaries for the management...

Dressing rooms closed

The new manager was very racist towards my boyfriend, also the store is incredibly dirty and disorganized.My boyfriend was trying to purchase a used audio set, the manager who was checking us out said the stickers on all 3 peices were wrong, and more than tripled the price of them all. He said no thank you and she told an employee to take the items in back and re-sticker them. Which was fine. But while we were still in line a white man came up behind us with the same items, stickers unchanged, and bought the items for the original stickered prices right next to us at the other register. Upon checking the goodwill website, we discovered that the original stickered prices were in correct. So she made those numbers up.

Its so disheartening to see such negative reviews. Ive been shopping at Goodwill since its Hampton Road location.Through the years the prices have gone up and I do notice prices sometimes will be a little off. Sometimes too high or surprisingly low despite quality but I always walk away with amazing things. Ive NEVER had a run in with a rude employee. Maybe a little loud or cranky (the older employees) considering theyre running around trying to keep the place and dressing rooms clean but never outright rude and Im in there weekly. In regards to the smell. ALL THRIFT STORES HAVE AN ODOR but I dont find it disgusting. Quality is hit or miss but if you are a thrfiting veteran like me you know to dig dig dig. I get all my sons designer jeans and Ralph Lauren polos there in great condition. You gotta go early and shop often to find good things. Price wise its better than Salvation Army. Quality wise way better than Thriftown and organization wise way better than all of them on Northwest Highway. Only reason I dont give it a five star is cause the bathroom is kind of spooky LOL. Dark, cold and that door slams behind you!
