Not sure how this store is classified as an Outlet. Only items that are on sale are Ski equipment, but this is Texas so of course they would be.

Big mix up in mark downs. Refused to honor them. It was the right shoes in their right box.

Ski from Armada, Rossi, white doctor, line, k2, and blizzard . Ski boots from diabello, Salomon and k2 . Snowboard burton, arbor and capita. Snowboard boots from Burton, ride, DC, thirty two, and vans . Selection is always changing .

Great selection and great service. Today they were particularly courteous and provided exceptional service that was above and beyond. Highly recommended.

I bought some ski boots at the Outlet after a friend recommended them. I had a different fitter (the other no longer works there) and did not have a good experience. In the store it felt okay so I proceeded with the non-refundable purchase.After skiing a few days in Utah, I visited a boot fitter there who made the discovery that these are one complete size off! I dont know how any boot fitter worth his salt could allow this to happen. The entire reason to get ski boots in the first place is to get a custom fit so one can improve their skiing.Now Ive got to sell these online for a steep discount and eat the couple hundred buck difference. Thanks for nothing!

Today I went to the store for the first time, just to find out they had sold the item I had on hold. I was not happy after I drove all the way to the store for nothing... But the sale associate Ashley was so professional, kept calm and help me, she went the extra mile by apologizing and giving me a store credit. She redeemed my experience at this store. That is what I called great customer service. Thanks.

Prices were great but the store managers attitude was horrendous. Ended up not buying anything because of her snooty attitude and unwillingness to help. Get out of a customer service oriented job if you are going to judge your customers.

Shopped the outlet store at North Park today and found many great sale items. Very good selections for men and women in all sizes.

Nice store helpful people. You can find some deals. And I mean some. We found a shirt that they priced at $60.00. We then went to old navy across the street. We seriously found the same pattern and shirt style there for 20. Watch your pricing.

Outlet...who are you kidding! Definitely better deals at the North Face outlet. $10 markdown on a $299 jacket...go see for your self.

Kendall, Kendall, Kendall, cant say enough about the manager of this store. She is never to busy to take questions. She grew up in Tao and helped me with a great pair of ski boots. She knows her products. I love the store, the people are genuinely helpful.

$5 smimwear sale! I got a speedo brand, one piece was originally like $110 for $5 s w e e t!

Bear was incredibly knowledgeable about skis and offered great advice in helping me figure out which ones aligned with what I was looking for.

Wow. So overpriced. REI should be proud that they offer better value and equipment.

Their receipt says returns accepted within 30 days. Clearance items for store credit... what they don’t tell you is that Everything in their store, except Patagonia is clearance. Rude saleswoman chomping gum at the counter. Overall, a terrible experience and I will be trying to sell the $300 in store credit I am stuck with

Best place in DFW to buy high-quality winter gear during the offseason at a good price. You can also sell your old stuff in the store once per year.
