Worst costumer service! When we were ready to pay I let the associate know I had a tax Id, he mentioned to who seem was the owner who the proceeded to say “you will only save a couple dollars and could pay thousands in fines if you use any of that for personal use” I looked puzzled but didn’t react as I have a legit party business where I will use everything that I buy. At time of pay he gave me the total with taxes and I insisted to use my tax Id. We had been to several other wholesalers so I knew the procedure of filling out 1 sheet of paper. The “owner” said just don’t pay taxes so gave me the total without taxes. When I was loading I realized there was no receipt. Went back in and he said he had to change everything in the system and that he couldn’t do it right then. He said 30 minutes and to give my email. Before heading back home I stopped by again and he said it was still not done and that he needed a copy of my ID if I wanted a receipt. So I gave it to him then he said “I’m taking a $30,000 order over the phone you need to give me more time.” I left very upset, still have not received receipt in email. Opened up cake stand boxed which were taped and sealed and one of them was broken! I called and explained the problem and the “owner” said “I can’t even understand you, what do you want,” then proceeded to say”I need to ask my boss, but we checked those boxes while you were here” (which is an absolute lie!) then he had me call back in 10 minutes when I did he said “you have to drive all the way here there is no way we will do a mail exchange, I won’t be making any money” So if you end up going there make sure you pay taxes in order to get a receipt and check everything even if it’s sealed!! There are many many more wholesalers who I would recommend before you go to this one. Every one we went to were nice, welcoming and quickly set up our tax Id account without a problem. Please look for you items elsewhere before you step foot in this place!
