My daughters love Mini Coopers. I found a 2015 Mini Countryman online, and wanted to see it quickly, as it looked like a good price. We went in the next day, reviewed it carefully, and did a test drive. Car was nice, clean, and ready at the front when we arrived.Juan M. Was great to deal w on the phone and in person - I recommend! It is rare I make a quick purchase - my wife would amen that! But we negotiated down a little to what I feel was a very very good deal and fair price. We did a cash sale, and were out the door in less than an hour. We went to Paniagua to find a car for my daughter. These 4 stars are for Jack and Aran. We did not come away with a car as we were not happy with the vehicle we came to see however we did get as far as looking at the paperwork for the vehicle. Aran was responsive throughout the process and kept in touch via text. He was nice, friendly and above all and honest man of character as was Jack. We are thankful that we were able to learn what we did about the vehicle before getting home with something we didn’t want.
First I went for a vehicle that looked okay on the website but when I got there the transmission was bad it was terrible interior but they kept trying to sell me the car. So after looking through their inventory I purchased a vehicle with $2,000 down and after 30 days when it was time to get my registration they had not sent the paperwork in yet therefore I couldnt get a tag my temporary registration expired so I couldnt drive the vehicle. Ive tried for weeks to get in touch with someone about my payment and no one will contact me back this place is a joke.
I dealt with Francisco here, The process was fast, easy and he was able to work with me on the financing. I left a happy customer.

I would stay away from this place, dont have the inventory they advertise on the website, and also that they advertise on Facebook. One vehicle they did have that was advertised they said only after I drove there this it was being serviced, what for wouldnt say, but whatever it was for they said it would be two weeks before it was ready so my guess is that someone must have taken it for a test drive and it broke down on them whatever the case I wouldnt say this was because they have Good used cars

This is a horrible establishment. After two days and providing all the needed information they still were unable to assist me. They never followed up and I had to constantly call them. I mean I have never been seen such horrible service. Ooh and to add up it affected my credit. Trash place and would 20/10 times not recommend this place

Not very helpful or informative. We went to test drive a car, had to wait until they put gas in it. When they got back we went to start it & it wouldnt start. We drove an hour & a half for nothing

Had me and my buddy drive 7.5 hours for a “clean good running and driving 04 350z” we drove the 7.5 hours to be told it grinded 5th gear once they pulled the car up front. We wouldn’t have made the drive if we knew that and the salesman admitted to test driving few days previous to us leaving. The catalytic converter on the exhaust literally rattled from being blown out. We pulled codes to find the CAT system and EVAP systems were not ready for emissions testing. The cold air intake filter fell off on test drive. It literally had mold in the center Council. PLUS many more faults. Just to have them lower the price by $500 after asking a hefty 7k for a junker like that. I feel like we were not taken seriously and would have been deceived if we had not noticed the systems not being ready for emissions. Very unprofessional dealership. Once we tried to haggle on price they simply returned the deposit made and said “let us sell it to someone else” with those same faults not being fixed for the next person. Beware very shady and not honest individuals here. We had spoken to Francisco the general manager who had returned our deposit once we asked for a cheaper price. Alonzo was the salesman that had made the deal happen. If I could give this place 0 stars I would but here I am. Which makes me wonder what other cars on their lot are not honest like they advertise them to be. EDIT: owner replied saying they test all of their cars. False once again. There’s no way you can pass an emissions test with those CAT and EVAP systems not ready unless you illegally did so. I am state inspector for emissions and safety in the state of Missouri. Rules can’t be that different in GA. Once again very shady dealership and they are lying in their reply to this review! Don’t shop here go to the Nissan dealership next door!!

Salesmen are clearly incompetent. No reply after I submitted the credit app. Ok cool . I still wanted to buy the car cash instead because it’s listed at only 3,990. Emailed called and text. Still no response. At this point I’m tired of the run around, I definitely dodged a bullet.
I tried to buy a truck from these guys and they said they were waiting on the title. I had everything ready with the bank including all the paperwork but Paniagua said they were waiting on the title from the auction. I patiently waited while stopping by and calling numerous times to see if they had heard anything on the title. At this point, it had been around three weeks or more, i stopped by one more time to see if they had heard anything and thats when they told me they sold the truck to someone else. I have heard nothing except for bad things about this dealership, and now I see why. If you are looking to purchase a vehicle here, I suggest you find somewhere else.

There was no effort on the part of the sales rep helping me to get me any information outside of what was already available on their website. We were given keys to the cars we wanted to look at and they didnt accompany us. He had some important phone calls that he needed to take. If it was personal and he asked to wait a moment, I would have been cool with it. Id recommend going somewhere else like Jacintos.

Never, ever again! They need to put out of business. Took forever to simply get the title for one. They lost my personal information and I had to take it to them again to get the car in my name. Not to mention someone elses personal information was left in thecar...clearly things from them, NOT paperwork that was given to someone to keep. 2 car has electrical issues, major oil leak, and starting problems. I tried to check these things but I guess they did some brief fix it. All I asked for a was a car that would last a good year. One year. Ill be lucky if it lasts a whole month. Its probably worth $500. Dealer fee alone is $400. Paid $2000. And the owner is very rude I have $10,000 cars on my lot. Im not going to lose sleep over one $2000
Just purchased my car from them a couple of weeks ago and had a great experience. I saw the car online and my husband called them. They were about to close but, of course, they said theyd wait. We showed up (a bit later than expected) and the car was ready for the test drive. We settled on a great price and decided to purchase it. They were polite, friendly and professional. Good luck getting a salesman, they have the mentality that if you want something or have a question, you need to come find them. Its wild, Ive been 4 seperate times and NOT a single person has come out to talk to me. (Its not like they were busy either)Im never gonna go in and ask for help. The cars were in terrible condition. Some with cracked windshields, others with chipped paint and underinflated tired. All very overpriced. Customer service was nonexistent and no one there knew anything. They were so bad that even when they went to half the sticker price it was overpriced and not worth it.
I need someone from this dealership to call me back! I have been trying to reach them for a week because my payment was never taken out of my account. Im trying to avoid a repossession because of an error on their part. I have called both offices. The Cleveland office just rings and then says VM not set up. The Dalton office just rings. I called a few minutes ago. They called me back and then hung up when I answered. They havent responded to any of the online submissions I have made through the Contact Us section. All I am trying to do is make my payment. I dont have time to go by there because they open after I am at work and close before I get off.

My husband and I was prequified for a vehicle I had looked at and wanted for a week we sent Francisco Paniagua emails and he invited us to look at the vehicle to purchase. We drove a hour and half to dealership only to be told the vehicle wasnt there. We proceeded to look at a other vehicle that was more expensive stayed another 4 hours to wait for them to finish our transaction because we were told they were understaffed. While we were waiting the car I wanted was driven around the building and I was texted by Francisco they had the vehicle i originally wanted. I went to look at it and he gave another customer the keys to drive it after i specifically said if it is here that is the vehicle i wanted and drove hour and a half for. This dealership is a joke and they are very unprofessional. He never apologized . IF YOU WANT GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE AND HONESTY DO NOT BUY A VEHICLE FROM PANIAGUA I SURE DIDNT. They knew we were driving over 4.5 hours to come get this van. We were told it was in excellent, clean condition, minus one scratch near the tag.We get there and the wheel bearing was broken, the automatic door on the passenger side didnt work with the button or key (which he tried to hide from us), the hood had crackeling paint. There was tons of dings and scratches all over the car, interior was very dirty. Head phones for rear entertainment were missing They had been using the van at their leisure.. Had receipts and dirty napkins in it from their use. Tons of issues all around with the car.Not honest at all.Very pissed we drove that far and were lied to. He wouldnt come off the price, even with all the flaws.Wouldnt ever recommend this lot.
We had appointment to see a car and drove about 40 miles to only find out it had been moved to another location after being told it was still on that lot 30 minutes before

I got a truck here they informed me that the payments had to be made by automatic withdrawal from my debit card so I gave them all the info and after the first payment was due it never was taken off my card so worried I could lose my truck due to an error I went to the lot after several failed attempts to call them during normal buisness hours and asked if there was a problem and they said no you have nothing to worry about and I said well I just dont want to lose my truck when the money is there to pay it again I was told not to worry everything was fine. So after 4 months calling every month and asking why the payments are not being taken they finally take one payment off the card and then 2 months went by without another attempt to take a payment then I got into a accadent where I was rearended totaling my truck when I called to find out the payoff on my truck they say they have been trying to call me for 4 months to get a payment and had put out a repo order a month earlier raising the payoff up because of the repo order and payments not recieved which was not my fault. Now here comes the real fraud while working on this truck I started noticing things that had been replaced that would only need replaced in the event of a bad wreck and frame work had been done. So I take the vin number and order a car fax on the vin and behold my 06 gmc sierra z71 slt has the vin number of a 06 gmc sierra 4x4 sl base model truck hmm. Also it was inspected by Massachusetts inspection station in 2010 and had 191000 miles but when inspected in georga in 2012 it had a mialage inconsistency and had 105000 miles.
NEVER buy car there, they’ll screw u over, especially with interest rate. You’ll end up stuck with some messed up car without warranty. Even if they’re trying to fix the issue, you’ll constantly have other problems. After awhile, they’ll start ignoring u. That’s how they’re doing business over there. Totally unprofessional.

Over-priced and high miles, I tried to test drive a car from them but refused due to my age, even though I am military and had the cash loan at hand. Associates will talk down as if you dont know what the heck youre talking about, they reel you in with extraordinarily high sticker prices, and then stomp them to scam you in the long run. Everyone I know who has bought a car from this place has it break down within 6 months of buying it. Dont do it, I know a mechanic who workes here, and he says the handy work is awful.
The Paniagua dealership was very helpful, friendly, and honest! Weve been loving our new 2007 Ford Explorer Sport Trac! We was gonna purchase a F-150 from Ford of Dalton until they tried to do the bait and switch move, they tried to get us in a beat up Nissan Titan with issues instead of a nice F-150 Lariat. So we looked and looked, and we thought eh, we dont need a big ole truck anyways, we just need something that is a crew cab, so I thought of the Sport Trac which I heard is a wonderful truck and people hold onto them. So I found the perfect Sport Trac we wanted, no fancy bells and whistles which will soon break, and its white in color which last the longest! Not to mention, pretty low mileage which was 131,XXX. So they happly gave us the keys and let us test drive it without pulling information (which a lot of dealerships do now days and its annoying), and they negotiated down to $8,000 which is a perfect price! So we purchased the Sport Trac and weve been loving it! Its in great condition, it runs and drives like a Cadillac, and the previous owner took really good care of it. But if you wanna buy a used car from ANY dealership lot, make sure you have a mechanic scan the car with a fancy scan tool before you buy it, because any car dealership will rip you off, like what Ford of Dalton attempted to do.
Drove 3.5 hrs to get the car that I could not find locally. Good price, but too good true. Dashboard lit up like a Christmas tree before I made it home on the same day. Check engine light, traction control light, blinking cruise control light, and tire pressure indicater light all at the same time. Plan to call in the morning, but not feeling too good about it. Pisses me off!!!!!
I wish I could write a great review for this place, but I just cant. .Vehicles appear really nice, but so far in the last year or so year and half Im 0 for 4 on finding one that doesnt have some type of serious issue to me. Seems like every truck I have looked at had either a CEL or some sort of other malfunction with the dash or they were ragged out feeling and looking inside. Maybe its just my luck but I am shocked to see an asking price on a vehicle of 15k+ and it has 200k+miles, traction control issues, stability control issues on dash along with exhaust leaks, taillight leaking water, some sort of damage around outside door handles, and they managed to armor all the floormats... Maybe Im just picky, but thats not what I think of when I go look at something that expensive... :-/

Never ever purchase a car from this lot, I’ve been looking into buying a nice used car for the last three months, really did my homework, went and test drove only 3 cars, because they literally were the only cars that didn’t have multiple owners or had been wrecked, seriously! And I checked the car facts on nearly 30 of their vehicles, and only 2 or 3 had not been wrecked or had multiple owners. They have no respect for a returning customer either, my partner of 6 years recently paid off a Nissan Versa, when I say recent within the last 6 months he made all his payments in a little over a year paying a whopping $400 a month. We had been looking into this Kia Soul on their website for several months, which don’t depend on the web page either, you never know what cars are where and the calculated price is a joke but that’s beside the point. We walked in and told Fernando exactly how much cash we had for a down payment which was $1500 dollars, I ask to drive the Kia first which is priced at $7900, why didn’t he tell me right from the beginning this down payment wouldn’t be sufficient, I would have left and returned at a later date with more money. The Kia I test drove was also pulling to the right which I pointed out and we still wanted to try and make a deal, so then this is where the real disrespect started. They wanted $500 more, okay well we don’t have that, so they strike up multiple convoluted deals in which Mr. Francisco Paniauga is erratically writing numbers down in a fevered pace acting as if we weren’t too bright and didn’t understand, although my partner is very good with math and knows what he’s talking about we finally landed on a deal at $1800 down and we’d pay them $100 a week till it would be time to make the first payment, they also sweetened the deal by saying they would drive the car to Cleveland where I could sign and pick up the car today (without having to pay taxes in 2 states) oh wait no this was a total lie, called down to the dalton store today and now we need to drive back to Dalton and pay there and more money?! My partner must have gotten lucky with the Nissan Versa because he didn’t check car facts in advance. They are buying wrecked cars that look nice on the inside, touching up the cosmetics and selling them for too much.P.S. it’s probably a blessing the overly prideful Francisco wanted to split hairs over a couple hundred dollars. It’s much better than buying a car that had an obvious problem that they couldn’t or wouldn’t fix for months then car be junk in no time and having to continue to pay an arm and a leg.
Been calling the dealer all day, and they refuse to answer. I even called their Tennessee location.Ill keep you guys posted, but this seems like a scam to get my car. You get someone who lives far away to pay for it for a while, then you block their calls when their close to finish paying and then claim non- payment. Run for the hills. SCAMMERS, SCAMMERS, BEWARE.

Contacted this dealer about a vehicle at their Cleveland location. Drove to Cleveland to look at it.. TWICE. Both times the battery was dead and they didnt have a key. They told me they would bring the car to Dalton and after waiting another 2 hours for it to show up, pieces of the interior were literally falling off. After being told previously I would need $1000-$1500 down, they wanted a minimum of $1800 down because its a foreign car. I will never step foot on this con lot again.
Tried to buy a car here.one they realised I new the damage of the cars and they couldnt hide it and all those dang check engine lights after starting a car or going 10 ft and cars wouldnt turn back on.sales man started offering cars that had 10k prices on them for under 5k or 4k once I spotted the problem or claiming his mechanics could fix that.i was like no dude you got certain cars that been here for 4 months that should of been high priority to be fixed.so by any means necessary dont buy a car here unless you feel sorry for these people and want to help them out and make there problems yours will they just laugh it up saying what dumb people while going to the bank.
After about two months realized there was a coolant leak in the car, which was obviously jury rigged after inspecting it, I bought that soon turned into a full on catastrophic engine failure after the coolant exploded all over the engine bay and lo and behold the head gasket was blown on 4 of the 6 cylinders. When I called to see what they could do the manager told me that they couldnt do anything because I didnt purchase a warranty with the vehicle at the time of purchase. Paniagua performed the maintenance on this vehicle and assured me that it was in great working condition. They also didnt mention that the vehicle had been smoked in and did everything they could to cover up the lingering stench of cigarette residue, which lasted just long enough for the car to be my problem.

I wanted to trade in my jeep and I had already studied the nada report on my jeep and on the car I was wanting to purchase and mine as a trade in said $3050.00 but the man only wanted to give me $1400 the tells me he couldnt even give me enough on my jeep so that my payment would be $200 instead of $280 and the car I wanted even had a salvaged title so the banks or loan companies wouldnt even touch it! If you have a trade in this is NOT the place to go if you want what your vehicle is actually worth and my being a woman of course they think I could be screwed and too stupid to know it, well jokes on yall Paniagua! Keep your $1400! I wouldnt even give this star if I didnt have to to give this review!

I am very unimpressed with every paniaugua lot I have visited. This one by far had the crappiest cars out of all of them, the most overpriced cars out of all of them but they did have the best sales staff out of all of them. Id give them another star for that, but the cars are really SO bad. We were looking for an XC90 and they had like 5 and you would think of the 5 they would have 1 good one and there was 1 that was alright but the others were terrible. That one that was alright wasnt even that good, there was signs of rodent intrusion under the hood and the rear window didnt work and they wanted 9 grand for it. One was priced at 7 grand and every warning light in the gauge cluster was on. Like how does that even get on your lot? That is rediculous that they would even try to sell that to the public ESPECIALLY above blue book value. These cars clearly are the ones other dealers wouldnt buy from auction, run through a car wash and put on the lot with a heavily Inflated price. Like I know they need to make money from mark up, but the car has to be worth it, and their cars are just not. I would not tell family or friends to come here, they will not make sure you get a good car or a good price. But the sales staff will be nice, low pressure and helpful despite the REDICULOUS inventory they keep.

We have purchased several autos from this dealer. Francisco is very nice and tries to please. We have purchased a Mercury suv. Chevy P.U. Infiniti, Rav4. These autos all ran well. Only minor repair, as with any auto. I will do business with Francisco anytime. If you change oil,, check fluids, tires, belts and you should be fine.

I had spoken with them twice about a car I wanted to look at. I was driving an hour to see the car. When I got there they had transferred the car to the location in the city in which I lived and tried to sell me two others process much higher.
Didnt know a car could have so many fault codes. The faults were cleared while in this dealerships procession. I will be seeking further action on this.
