Went to Safelite for a new windshield that I ordered online. First appointment was cancelled because the shop failed to get the new windshield. A week later I was notified that the new windshield was in and sat up a new appointment and found the price had increased by $100.My wife dropped off the car that morning and she received a text a few hours later that the technician had begun the replacement. That afternoon she called to find out if the car was ready and was told that the windshield that came in was the WRONG windshield and the manager was trying to get the correct one.She told them not to do anything and she went and got the car. We were not going to wait any longer to possibly be charged even more! Expected better from a business that does NOTHING but windshields.

Service was excellent but prices were a little higher than I expected. They push for replacement windshield rather than repair. They did make me a good deal for a new windshield though. Lastly, they actually caused a big crack when trying to fix a little one.

Total pros. Took less than an hour total from the time I got there. Had a chip in the windshield and now its a dot. Now I know it shouldnt go any further. My insurance covers anything smaller than a dollar with our policy, so it was free in my case. Would have been happy with the service regardless. Great people

Great job Dalton Safelite! Thurough communication when windshield didnt come in for original appointment, due to Covid-19 issues, reschedule made but cpu codes prevented installation, resolved on my end and came into the shop as a walk-in. Luckily for me a cancellation allowed me to be serviced while waiting. Continued effective communication via text progress and touchless payment, progress updates online, and when the hand-off of vehicle (after LDW camera calibration) I was given a complete rundown on next few days precautionary advice and recommendation on when to get tint re-applied. A+ job! Will definitely recommend in the local community to anyone needing your services. Thank you

I scheduled an appointment to have my windshield replaced. They kept me up to date through the entire process via email. Once they completed the service, they gave me a call to pick up my truck. I arrived and talked to a technician. He explained what not to do while the glass settles. When I got back in my truck I noticed a spot in the top passenger corner that looks distorted. I was going out of town that day so I didn’t have time to explain. I would really like for my windshield not to have anything wrong with it especially after paying what I did for the glass and service. Maybe do an inspection of the glass before and after installation for any type of distortion.

I was not familiar with Safelite (only commercials seen on TV) so I was a little worried when we were struck but a huge rock that did a few inches wide worth of damage to my windshield. I received a quote & scheduled my own appointment online, went in & the repair was done in 20 minutes. These guys were super nice & I am so thankful they were able to repair! LOVE some good customer service!!!!!!!! Thanks Guys!!!!!!

We had safelite to replace our grandsons windshield yesterday, Spencer was the techs name and very knowledgeable and courteous, done a great job thanks .I will recommend them in the Dalton Georgia area .

This place is horrible. My windshield is split almost in half and was leaking bad so we put window glass on it so it wouldnt leak till it could be fixed. They said they wouldnt replace it because of this.
