Omgsh Jamie from Autozone saved my tail today!! I had to take my mom for a procedure at the urologist. I stayed in the car due to a compromised immune system and just sheer COVID paranoia. Long story short I was charging my phone and somehow I killed her car battery! I called Autozone told them of my dilemma and they sent Jamie right out and 30 seconds later after he arrived I was on the road! Thank you so much Autozone and Jamie for your prompt response!!

My husband and son were recently in this store to have a car battery checked. We wanted to let the store management know what a great sales associate they have in Mr. Torres. Unfortunately, our car battery required a lot of extra work to be removed and replaced.. Mr. Torres gladly did what needed to be done without any hesitancy. We so appreciated his help. I had to replace my car battery almost unexpectedly. As soon as I walked in, I explained what I needed to the person at the counter. He immediately asked if I had already had the battery tested. I explained the sounds and experience from the previous night and that it had persisted into this morning. The employee immediately began working on finding me options for my vehicle, and presented not only options but suggestions as well. After settling on a battery, I paid, the employee grabbed the tools and new battery and helped me get set up and on my way as quickly as I had arrived

I came in to have someone check my battery and there was only one guy helping customers. This one guy had to step out with a customer to replace a light bulb in her car. I stood in line and I could hear a group of employees chatting and laughing behind the merchandise racks. I waited for a while but no one came out to help me so I just left.

Today bought a battery for a 2014 Ford escape. Great service on the install. Its a little bit of work to change one on this car. The battery is up against the fire wall,he had to take the wipers off and weather guard for the engine and drain pan. Then change the battery. Great job!

Called to see if had barring and races for rear-end, I didnt know sjze so asked for them all both sizes .. NOTHING WAS RIGHT

Well, I gotta say thanks for great customer service! This evening was not the first time one of the staff of the Glenwood store went the extra mile and after ringing up my item, helped me install the bulb in one of my Suzuki Grand Vitara lights. This time it was a pesky tag light; last time it was a headlight and I believe a year or so ago it was the other headlight!Always quick and knowledgeable service at this store!

Our car broke down on the highway from Knoxville to Orlando and we rolled into this AutoZone to replace our broken alternator. Jesus and Jason were excellently professional, and ended up helping us out a ton by phoning a nearby auto shop to have them come out and break a bolt that was stuck in the worst way. Without those two guys, I would have missed my flight out of Orlando the next day and I am seriously grateful for what those two guys did. AutoZone, youve earned my business for a LONG time.

The staff at this store are awful. On a previous visit they only had one member at the counter and the rest were unloading merchandise. After waiting in line for 20 minutes, I finally left. Today I went in for a check engine light check up and their response was that their “only” computer was not working. Horrible customer service.

I am finished trying to patronize this store. As a Senior Citizen, I expect to be waited on when it is my time in line (as I continue to hold heavy parts), not to have non-English speaking people in the line behind me pulled up and waited on as I stand there like a fool. There are Auto Zones in every town plus other part suppliers....I will not subject myself to tolerate this rude, discriminating, racist and unprofessional behavior. This has occurred the last two times I tried to patronize this store. I will never stop here again.

The computer said part was in stock but they couldnt find it. They did call another location and asked if they had one.. Not my favorite parts store because of things like this and having to take parts back when given wrong part.
