I have come here because my grandparents recommend me come here through their goodyear credit card but I am never coming back here. They say “it’ll take just an hour” then you’re there for most of the day they’re open. They don’t update you on anything. Every time I have brought my car here, I have my car returned with a new issue. Issues I didn’t have at all before I went to goodyear. They charge excessively for labor. They will speak to you like you’re dumb. It used to be better but they’ve gone downhill this past year. Please take your vehicle to another place. I’m dying at the responses to the one star review because that’s exactly how service is. Just some bs response

I took my car in yesterday due to a hole in the tire. I have it marked and could see bubbles coming out when using Fix-a-flat. Anyway I took it in, as it was under warranty for them. They told me they could not see it leaking anywhere at all and gave it back. This morning I was met with, yet again, my tire being flat like I told them it would. Incredibly unprofessional, do not waste your time with them. They took way longer than they stated(by several hours, no joke) a year ago to change all my tires as well.

I went here too get my tire fixed it had a screw in it going flat on my truck I liked say the guys here fixed my tire didnt charge me no $$money it was free.they said.thank you too this Goodyear store .I will be future customer..great place.

The worse service ever!!!! The goodyear on 306 west walnut Avenue the manager Rick Layne had no idea was he was talking bout and the technician Jose M. ruined my car it ran perfect just needed the heater core replaced and now it wont drive most of my bolts are gone and my nissan sign that was on the cover of the engine got stolen when I called and told them about it they called me a lier even when I had it looked at before I took it there I WILL NEVER TAKE ANOTHER CAR THERE AGIAN AND IF YOU DONT WONT YOUR CAR RUINED I WOULD ADVISE YOU TAKE IT SONEWHERE ELSE

And not only was the price competitive, but it feels good knowing that we have a quality tire that we can depend on. I needed new shoes for my mini cooper and did a bit of research for tire type and facility reputation. I was fortunate to land in the Dalton, GA. Goodyear store. I was again fortunate to get Rick as my Goodyear representative. They put on a set of tires that initially seemed a fit. After driving a bit it was evident that id made the wrong choice. The sidewall integrity was poor and I hoped they might be able to help. With a hopeful call to Rick he surprised me with a very positive response. He soon called me back, after working to solve my predicament with a solution of a new set of Goodyear Eagle Sport tires. They had no obligation to do that but did and in doing so made a new lifeline customer. I appreciate Ricks efforts and willingness to find a solution and recommend doing business with them with a full five star rate.Rock on Dalton Goodyear and rock on Rick!!!

Couldn’t fix my bolt joins and paid over one thousand. Even tho I had two year warranty still couldn’t fix on that time period.I had visit that place at least more that 10 times.

Nice people but don’t bother making an appointment. Not the first time it’s happened. Really good and informative, but expect to be there for a decent part of your day for a simple oil change and tire rotation.

We once came to get four tires replaced; it took at least two hours and we were not updated at all on how much longer we would wait. We came by yesterday just to get one flat tire replaced because we have a 50k mile warranty and were told they fixed it. This morning my tire is flat. Im laughing at the cookie-cutter response Im seeing in other reviews. We will not be coming back.

Awesome and dependable service! They folks there dont try to jack up the price or try to sell me things I dont need. I know I can depend on my car running smoothly and getting me where I need to go safely. Shes an old gal with 290,000 original miles on her and theres no reason she wont go a hundred thousand more. 700 miles from home and my car quit on the expressway in Dalton GA. Carpenters Towing brought us to this Goodyear station & the guys jumped right on it! Fixed & back on the road in just over an hour! I would give them 10 stars if possible! Great people!

They were so helpful. They checked out a problem I was having and found a costly issue which was covered by our warranty. They provided oil at no cost to us. Very pleased with everyone involved.

They have gone down hill in the last 9 to 12 months. I use to recommend people now I just tell them look for another shop.

They were very helpful in fixing my ac. Took the car back quickly and had it fixed in no time. Customer service was very good as well.

Took my Toyota truck this morning to have a front end alignment done. An HOUR LATER they come and say they can’t do it unless I have a new gearbox and tie rod ends put on. $1500 😂. I took my truck to Toyota and they said the tie rods were fine and a gearbox has NOTHING to do with a front end alignment. Do not go there. They will waste your time and you’ll wait for hours in an empty waiting room.

Came in expecting to buy a new tire, but thankfully my tire was fixable. Thanks to Rick(excellent customer service) and the team they fixed my tire at no cost!!

This place has good service.. But if you are female this place will act like you dont no anything and thats not rite people should be treated equal no matter sex race or anything

I went there to get my breaks changed and i guess because im a female they pulled one over on me! They said i needed some kind of fluid flushed thru my system. Told me how my car was gonna break down if i didnt have it done so i agreed.. The flush was $20... They charged me over $400 for labor!! I do not recommended this place!!

The online appointment times are worthless. I had requested an appointment time online for an oil change, and when I arrived at Goodyear I was told that it would be two hours until they would be able to change my oil. Not a two hour total wait time, but two hours until they would even be able to begin the process. What is the purpose of offering an appointment, if it is not honored.

The mechanics are all friendly and seem to be such nice people. Rick, who sold me tires and arranged for the service, is really great at explaining what your getting and the costs involved.The waiting room is clean, in good order, and has reliable (and free !) Wi-Fi.

Fast friendly service. Came in for a oil change and tire rotation didnt take long.

Prices are ok, but the staff seems too busy (with an empty waiting room and parking lot) to be interested in assisting you.... Id much rather travel on up the the other chattanooga locations

Appointment times at this location are useless. Had a appointment time at 1pm and they didnt get started till 2:30pm and finally left at 5:30pm. Three hours just to install tires is a joke.
