Didnt have a great selection of shoes your command converse and Vans pumas and Nike Adidas but the they didnt really have many options to choose from

They have a great variety of options. The prices are very reasonable. The store is very clean and well stocked.Staff extremely friendly and helpful. They keep the front door open and request everyone where mask, but not a requirement. Staff are wearing masking and constantly cleaning.

A guy and a girl staff, both very pleasant. I was in a pinch for time and the guy was so helpful. I told him what I was there to buy and he was on it....helped me find what I needed. Then as I was trying on one pair and found it too small, he asked if I wanted the next size up, I said yes, and before I had the ones too small off he was there and dropped off the box for the next size up, and again disappeared. But I knew he was close by because when I said I needed a half size more, I heard him speak to me and again, he dropped the next box off at my feet before I got the others off, was disappeared again. He didnt stand over me while I was trying them on, which was great! The third pair I tried was a charm and I was at the checkout & leaving in literally 16 minutes from when I first came in! I got the shoes I needed, left & was on time for my appointment and could not have done it without his excellent help! He was professional, quick to meet the need at the moment, and pleasant in his attitude. He never made me feel like I was a bother to him. He could not have done any better. Excellent service the owner would be proud of, so seriously, give him a raise please. Thank you

I love shopping at Rack Room. Every single time I go in, the employees greet customers as soon as they walk in the doors and they tell us the specials. I’ve had several employees approach me and ask if I need any help. One day, they did not have the shoes I wanted in my size and they told me not to worry. That they would order them and ship them to me.The employees at Rack Room shoes are nice and are dedicated in helping people. I definitely recommend this store to other people. You can’t beat great staff and great products.

The employees were helpful and the floors are clean. Important when walking around in your socks or bare feet. Had some good sales and the cashier was very polite and respectful. Ill be back had a great experience.

I enjoy shopping at rack room shoes there is always deals, and I can find amazing boots around the winter season. The staff is very friendly and always asking me if I need help. And everyone leaving bad reviews either woke up in the wrong side of the bed that day or they are rude to the employees.

This place sells fake vans and I would like to have a refund back. Or in exchange a REAL pair of vans.

Very unfriendly staff. Came in at 7:00pm and was the only customer. Nobody ever greeted me or offered to help me. When I went to ask one of the ladies for recommendations for shoes with people with flat feet she seemed bothered because I disturbed her while stocking and said she really didn’t know.
