This place is an absolute gold mine!! I am so grateful to have found it. They have amazing premade selections and their meat counter is amazing!! Incredible service and grocery in the back. This is the best retail/grocery in north Georgia! They even have Amish butter!

Ordered a grilled chicken salad. Tomatoes were old and they forgot bacon so for $10 I got lettuce, cheese and cucumber with what looks like boiled chicken on top. Not good.

Amazing food. Such good customer service. Visiting dalton for work with my family. We come back everytime for the ribeye quesadilla and steak tacos. I would definitely recommend!

We recently visited the Chop Shop for the first time. I went for soup bones but couldnt resist a few other things, namely chopped sirloin. It made the most amazing grilled burgers for dinner. We are still talking about them, and cant wait to go back! They carry a few other things, like Amish butter (bring on da buttah) - so good! - way better than the bland yellow sticks of grease from the supermarket. Great shop! Highly recommend.

Ordered online for the first time yesterday. First they call me and say they are out all soups except brunswick soup. Next I get back open box and no onion rings. Finally the sandwich was $7.99 and had almost no meat on it. Guessing I wont try them again. Really thought it would be good.

They are very expensive and there food is not that good plus when you order something on there menu they dont give you what there menu says

Great place to eat breakfast and lunch. They have the best biscuits in town. You can always call in an order if you are in a hurry. If you visit for lunch make sure to try out there carrot cake! Its amazing.

This rating is for the prepared food experience. As far as a butcher shop goes I have no complaints whatsoever. I got a cheeseburger and the shaved ribeye. Both were lacking flavor but the ribeye was the worst offender because it was all ciabatta bread!

Walk in and head to the back by the meat counter and to the left youll see a drink machine, some tables, & a place to order. The sides you can order are in the glass case near the ordering counter along with fries, onion rings, sweet potato fries, and others. I just mention that because it wasnt real clear to me on my first visit. Order and get your drink then sat down to wait for them to call my name when my order was ready. Expect a togo box with your food in it and expect it to taste real good! I will be going back.

SLOW! They called out the wrong name. Then, the meal they said was ours was NOT. Who knows where our meal was. Even though the boxes sat there, and the staff would look at them, they never re-called the name. Very sloppy system! The last time I ate there it was good though. Maybe it was just a bad day for them... it sure was for me. PUT THE NAME ON THE ORDER IF YOURE NOT GOING TO MAKE SURE THE ORDER IS PICKED UP! OR USE A NUMBER. IT WORKS AT BURGER KING!!
