Had some amazing stuff and some really cool deals but had some issues with payment but used another card. I think it needs a new card machine.

Love this place I go here to buy lots of funko related items

The COVID restriction is fine but in order to admit the next customers the associates have to stop talking long enough to let people in. The max is 12 but counting associates there were 8 in the store. When 2 customers left the associates were unhappy that I let myself in, they certainly noticed that. . . Will not be going back.

My girls found something they wanted came to get me from another store walked over and was told sorry we are fixing to close. I have never seen a store that didnt want money. It was only 6:54 when we was at the door waiting to be let in.

Worse rip off ever. Dont get credit card paid in full never used or activated card. Hit with interest and late fees %65.17 two months later. Never shop here ever. Dont fall for credit card rip off.

I love this store! I seriously have to be careful because I will go broke in here, lol. They have awesome stuff and if they dont theyll find it for you on their website. The staff are always helpful and polite. The place just has a genuinely good vibe. ❤🤘

Ive been in many times and everyone was always very nice. they have a great selection and everything is very reasonably priced. the staff is amazing. the only issue is that its very crammed but the space given makes it understandable. would like to see more items related to the lgbtq+ community. things such as more pins and shirts. not much to choose from when it comes to lgbtq+ items.

My boyfriend makes fun of me cause he hasnt been to Hot Topic since middle school and I still go. But its a great atmosphere and its super cool. I got a Captain Marvel wallet and I bring it everywhere

I love hot topic! But my only complain is that I couldnt find my size for most the thing I wanted. I wear XXL shirts and I couldnt find a badass jacket to fit me

There was a sweater here I wanted so bad but they didn’t have the size I needed, but one of the employees were so helpful! I didn’t catch her name but she offered to first order it online for me (but it was sold out there too unfortunately) and then she called another hot topic to see if they had it so she could get it transferred to this one or put it on hold and me pick it up there! She was super awesome, hot topic employees here are always super nice!

Lady was super helpful when I couldnt find a shirt in my size. For some reason it couldnt be ordered so she had it transferred from another store and even called me with updates. The only reason I give it 4 stars is because even with their sales, they are still a little pricey to me.

My opinion is purely subjective here obviously, but this particular store leaves much to be desired. In terms of available merch directed towards the metal, goth, hair brand genres. The entire time we were in this store the two associates never once inquired after our needs.

God I love this store always helps me express my favorite tastes in music and the workers are amazing and so nice very safe store to say the least

Dont like how its changed to a nerd shop no longer sells cool colths and is mostly anime

Love there clothes and the earings are really cool this year.
