Let me just start off by saying that this place is awesome, especially with the FREE TO PLAY ARCADE. I go here as much as I can with my best friend, and we play games and buy either D and D stuff, action figures, whatever. The pricing IS a little high, but so is the quality. The staff knows what theyre doing, and can help out. Id really recommend this place!

Terrible customer service, prices are nothing to brag about either. I havent been back to this store in several months because every time I came in the employs always took forever to acknowledge me and never wanted to answer my questions. They always act inconvenienced by you giving them business. Unless youre a regular customer and have been going there since day one they act like you dont belong there. Havent been back since.

First time going went decent enough. Had a huge, used selection of cards, figures, consoles, and accessories. A lot of them seemed overpriced though which is sad because of how big the place is and its a drive to get them. There is a tip feature at check out which is confusing considering how distant the staff was.

Great place with great staff. I play cards here regularly and buy comics. They came to my rescue tonight when my xbox power brick died. I called them asked if they had any. They did and I rushed there with my minutes to spare and was able to purchase it before they closed. This place is awesome and a great environment to play and have a amazing assortment of items and accessories for any hobby or game.

Free Comic Day here was well organized and fun! Ill be keeping my eyes open for upcoming events.

The staff at Battleground Comics are really nice. I go there because it is a Wish.com pick up store, and they are very accommodating.

Cool spot,has a bit of everything... My daughter and I love going there and looking around and also they have a free arcade of classic video games which is very cool... Definitely worth checking out if youve never been.

Battlegrounds is Georgias premier Comic and Collector destination probably even further than just Georgia with the best prices around and the most beautiful show room and floor plan Ive ever seen in a shop. Add in the giant free to play arcade and great staff and you can kill hours in there with ease

My family and I have shopped Battlegrounds for years, Ive met up with friends to play cards here and we all love the place. Though I dont know him, Ive had many interactions with the owner personally and witnessed countless interactions between him and other customers and his staff and havent once found him to be rude or disrespectful, but rather the opposite. Hes extremely knowledgeable and always willing to take the time to assist you, even as busy as he may be. His staff is always great as well and I highly recommend The Battlegrounds for people of all ages.

This store breaks my heart. Dalton is in desperate need of a store like this, and this place has it all. The merchandise is superior quality, the prices are fair, and the staff is helpful. It’s a shame that all this goes to waste and is ruined by the owners crass and rude attitude. His childish inability to keep his politics to himself is a little more than annoying. He could take a lesson from customer service from his staff; they are infinitely more helpful than him, and if you go to him with a question, be prepared to be spoken down too. I would think a small business owner would be more concerned with maintaining a healthy client relationship, but it seems all he cares about doing is being king of his little castle.

My son loved it here. They have very cool stuff. The workers were very kind and helpful. They took there time and helped my son with going through his pokemon cards and answering all his questions.

One of, if not the largest stores of its kind in Georgia. The staff are extremely helpful and the store is utopia to nerd culture. Make sure to stop for a break at their arcade before you leave for some great nostalgia.

Made a purchase online of 8 booster boxes. The next day the market value of the boxes increased. They refunded saying they did not have any. Shameful business practices.

No one came up to us and asked if they could help us. Was looking at video games and really couldnt look at anything was all behind a counter..as you can maybe see, the place responded after my review, saying there was a sign if we needed help we should of asked for help. Every store that I goto almost everytime I walk in Im greed and asked if they can help me with anything, its ok heartless stores like walmart dont care either did this one .

I have never had a good experience with this place. The prices arent the greatest but that isnt my main issue. I have been here 3 times total and the staff is extremely unfriendly and they treat you like an inconvenience for asking a question and making them do their job. They will say something is out of stock, despite the fact they have it right behind them just so they dont have to deal with me. Not sure why so many other people say the staff is friendly and helpful because it couldnt be further from the truth. I havent been back since the last time they were so hateful and unhelpful. I wouldnt recommend this store to anyone.

The nostalgia of the old toys in the display cases make it worth the visit every time. My Fiancé is a gamer chick and loves to look through their inventory.

If you are into to card games like Magic or games like that i guess (Im not too savvy in that area) this shop might be worth your while. However if you are like me and Comic Books are your thing they are highly lacking in that area. I went in wanting to grab some Skybound/Image titles and they only had a really small section of Independent Comic Labels. But they werent in bags and boards and also in no particular order... But it did look like they had a pretty good selection of action figures and statues. Not trying to bag on the place just letting fellow Comic Book Lovers.

I was able to find exactly what I was looking for at the exact price I was looking to pay. The staff was helpful and friendly without being overbearing. This was my second time coming in, and I definitely see myself purchasing more from this location.

Its a alright place for if you want games, action figures, comics, ect. The only thing is their prices on some stuff have gone up a lately but other than that its a nice place to check out if you are interested in any of that kind of stuff

Scalper prices on the Digimon 1.5 release, which is really disappointing. Drove to Chatt instead and lucked into a box. I can wait for the reprints. I didnt check the other products, but seeing how they handled this wave of Digimon cards, I dont think I care to.

If youre a retro gamer like myself then this your place to stop. These guys know their stuff as well. They have everything from collectibles, toys, pinball machine, movies, very old school games. Everything is priced according to their rarity. Ive thought their prices were kinda high on some of the games but theyre very fair compared to online prices. Love this place and hope they stay here many years to come.

Refurbished item should have refurbished/previously owned price tag. . .yeah? GO get a brand new one at Wal-Mart nearby for 4 dollars cheaper!

Absolutely mind blowing. Every console or collectible that could come to memory these guys had in twos and threes. This is a true gamer and collectors paradise. All items we very reasonably marked. The store founders are clearly collectors at heart.

Wish says that they have an item for pickup, yet they dont have it and then they supposedly send it back and wish only credits back 50%. I personally think that they have the items and they keep it til the time to pickup expires and come to find out they dont have to send them back so they have something to sell or keep for themselves

Huge assortment of so many things. Great place to buy a gift for a gamer, comic book collector, or someone that enjoys board games. I was impressed by the assortment. We drove 30 minutes to get there, worth the drive for us.

A great place for retro video game collectors!Employees can be helpful at times, and you can even become good friends with them!The only drawback is trade-ins and (very rarely) prices. Trade-ins can end up being quite lower than expected (sometimes much lower than what its worth), and you can get it in cash or store credit. The problem with trading something in for cash is that the price fluctuates with how business is doing that day. Store credit fluctuates less, but it still ends up being a lower amount than expected. Its not Gamestops level of bad, but it could definitely be better. Some items are rarely overpriced, but, for the most part, the prices of items are decent.Overall, this store is a fun place to shop at!

I really enjoy this place. They have every type of game new or old, video game, board game, or card game. They also have a huge assortment of action figures and figurines and a great section of model paints. I believe they also hold a lot of magic the gathering tournaments here on the weekends.

Had a nice time. The staff was great and the prices were pretty good. A mix of deals and MSRP. We picked up some minis, contrast paint and a board game. I wanted to know derails about D&D adventure league but they werent sure. All in all a decent store with lots of vintage games and figures.

They have older games and consoles for reasonable prices. They also have the cables and wires for older consoles and devices. Its also a comic and table game store. Anything game, movie, or comic related theyll either have it or know where to find it for you.

Really neat place to visit

My son took me in this place and it completely blew my mind. I seen toys that I havent seen in years. I even recognized some of the toys that I keep now from my childhood for sale in their store. it was like walking back into the future which is exactly what my son told me it would be like.

It is a great place to buy older console games. If you are a collector then it is a great store to add to your collection. The prices are always fair and the staff are quirky but fun and pleasant to be around.

Took a while to be acknowledged by the employees I was just there picking up an item from wish but while standing there a customer was checking out and another employee brought someone from across the store and basically placed them in front of me for check out all while I still had not been acknowledged then proceeded out on to the floor to help another customer

Read a review about someone being ignored for a long period of time while picking something up and something similar happened to me. Work on acknowledging everyone’s presence in the room.
