Stopped here late night on our drive to FL and had to bring the baby in to change his diaper. The bath room was clean and the changing table set up was nice. Grabbed a hot coffee and got back on the road.

I’ve been on the road for a few days now and to come inside to the clean pilot expressway made my day. The most clean bathroom I’ve been on my entire trip, no trash on floor, and the cashiers Abbie Destiney and Sam all helped me with some directions I needed. If I’m ever on a trip again I am most definitely going out of my way to make more stops at pilot expressways.

Nice place!! The bathrooms were very clean and smelled fresh. Didnt have a stinking air freshener. None of the staff spoke till I spoke first though. There was 3 people behind the counter and only one running a register, so there was a long line and it was early morning.

I like pilot, yea its a truck stop but all the drivers I have run into are good people, the employees are always helpful and respectful. Place is always clean as well...

This is a nice Pilot, nice and clean, nice people working here...they have a CAT scale and Arbys.

Arbys at this location is not a very nice place. I used to work there. They didnt tell us any of our coworkers had been diagnosed with Covid. I quit because they hid the fact we worked with individuals that were Covid positive- they even worked a shift leader knowing he was positive for a day or so because they could not find a replacement. I quit in January and faced false allegations afterwards that could not be proven-I was never made aware of these allegations until I inquired about a gift card I had won and it was never given to me- as soon as I said I would ask corporate about it the allegations started flying.Today I went in and ordered food through the drive thru- over $40 to be exact. The lady in the drive thru was wonderful- professional and respectful but a tall blonde girl (Devin) kept staring and talking towards me as if she was talking bad about me. If that was the case it ridiculous and should not have been allowed to happen. Nothing was ever proven in regards to the false allegations- because I did nothing wrong.I will not be back to this location because of their dishonesty towards their employees- false promises of winning prizes- not caring about their employees health, and apparently disrespect towards customers is allowed. Which is a shame because the lady at the drive thru was very professional and the food was awesome.

Very dirty shower. Cigarette ashes on the floor next to the toilet, the room reeked of cigarettes and was very dirty.

Out of all the pilot stations Ive been to around this country this pilot station and Dalton Georgia is a shining star.Ive never seen a pilot station this clean, also the employees at work there are very very friendly and very very helpful.I was there for my 10-hour layover got right into the showers without too much of a wait. The shower rooms were very very clean and they were also disinfected for the covid. I think that pilot should take a look at this pilot station and use it for a training station.Whoever the management team is or the owner for this pilot station should be recognized for having such a nice place to stay.I cant wait to get back into this area so I can stay here again keep up the good work.

Shower seven cannot make his mind up with it wants to be hot or cold when it turns hot it turns Scalding hot be warned there’s something going on with the water at this place and I would be willing to wager it’s not just one shower. Also the restaurant says 24 hours it is not it iswhatever they feel like

No shampoo in the shower 7. They should check more often when they need to refill the soap and shampoo. Water in Shower 7 is fluctuating when it comes to being either to hot or to cold, while you take the shower.

Went in got 2 showers one for me one for my husband and waited well over 30 mins bc they didnt want to clean the showers ever shower door was open and cashier was more worried about cutting up an having fun than actually working

Love these Pilots but this was one of the worst experiences Ive ever had at one of these stores. What kind of pilot has a restroom and shower out of order for days? These are two of the most important things that drivers utilize from these truck stops. You can always tell the stores that are poorly managed. What makes it worse is that I had prime parking reserved at this location and they refused to switch my paid reservation to the next store one exit down the road. Id be a fool to say i wont be going to pilots anymore because i do spend and save a lot at these stores. But this store just lost a customer because of negligence. Then they ask you to call guest services whom never answers the phone. Drivers I would use the pilot at exit 326 instead of this one.

Where else can you get such great service with beautiful scenery. These guys have it all. Good fuel, parking, and the goods you might be needing, with professional and friendly service.

Everyone here was extremely friendly and polite. The truck parking is medium sized for a pilot however the way it is set up makes parking easy. The showers were very clean and well maintained. I was very impressed with the staff at the fuel desk, when a line of customers formed everyone pitched in to help us quickly.

Milk was expired. BY 3 WEEKS. JANUARY 13TH. I just picked a pint up paid and walked out. I called to tell the manager and he said Im very sorry about that then said alrighty bye.

The service is terrible. They are slowly working. Dirty. I do not advise anyone to refuel

I’ve been stopping by there for gas every other Sunday the last 10 years & the last 3 months the machine will not print the receipts. We are not talking about once/twice/three times. Etc with covid 19 you don’t want to have more contacts with people as you have yo go inside & touch the doors & wait in line for the receipts. I mentioned it to them couple of times & of course their reason is just ran out of paper. Someone needs to do something about it or they will lose a regular customer for good

White man, blond lady and yong brunette woman were working (by the time of receiving the receipt which is attached this review) helped me get back my wallet. I was an hour away (north) in Tennessee when my Dispatch called me saying I should come back to the travel stop and grab my wallet which I left. I stopped by here while I was on a road trip to Florida. Fueled up my car and had a glass of coffee. I love coffee from pilot, the house blend. Its energetic and not so strong. Good place.

I only stop at Pilot Travel Centers (as well as Flying J) while Im on the road. Always plenty of parking, quality fuel and easy access in and out of the lot as well easy off and on to the highway again. I know every time I stop I can grab food hot food for breakfast, lunch or dinner and of course snacks and drinks to cover whatever craving Im having at the time. Restrooms and showers are always clean which is so important when on the road and when I have my kids riding along with me its mandatory to stop at places that are clean and accommodating to their needs as well. I only have good things to say about this business and they have kept my business for over twenty years and I will continue to do business here for as long as Im on the road.

Got gas for $15.00and my credit card was charged $150.00 everyone be careful

I love this place. If me and my sister are good we get candy from there on Friday. Also I know one of the workers. She is awesome. Ive known her since I was like 5.

Saved me a few times, only place to get phone cards late at night.

We always end up stopping here overnight or 3rd shift so we can only rate it for that time frame. Good safe place to stop. Showers are usually cleaned well. Good coffee, creamer always full. Easy parking. Friendly staff always helpful.

Also, if you want a spot to park your big truck, you can call ahead and reserve one. Thats nice. Sometimes we have a hard time finding a spot to park. We have even had to park on the interstate ramps. So having a guaranteed spot is great.

I had a prepaid parking reservation that I had made earlier in the day. Showed up to find no empty prime parking spots and personnel unwilling to make someone move. If I could leave a no star review, I would. I will NEVER spend any money at this store. If you advertise something, you should be willing to honor it.

Cleanest bathrooms in dalton hands down. Clean store as well. Polite staff, had appropriate amount of workers for as busy as the place was. It was an all around good stop. I was in and out in 5 min or less.

Im not sure exactly why I rated this one star I can tell you that it was an accident. This is a great place to stop off of the interstate and I apologize to the people running that store. Very clean. And the staff staff is very friendly. I dont think Ive ever had a bad experience a pilot Travel Center. Keep up the good work

Card reader did not work at the pump or inside. Unacceptable.

Great Place just wish the fix the small stuff put new squeeze at diesel pumps and if a pump is down put a bag on lever cause I pulled in needing to fill both tanks and could only fill one had to move to another pump if bagged I could have saved time and not used that isle and paper towel holders full

One of the nicer Pilots out of the whole chain everybody is on top of their game here from being greeted walking in the door 2checkout showers were great everything fresh and ready to go. Parking fills up quick after 5, but its a good size parking lot with room for a lot of trucks.

So fun when you walk in and they yell welcome to Pilot!. They offer free showers for truck drivers when you buy 50 gallons or more and if you have a copilot they can shower to, it a $24 value for fuel I would have bought anyway. Things like that make me go out of my way to stop at Pilot stations.

Always good my favorite place. Its always clean and so are the bathrooms. Staff is very nice. I travel a lot with my work so most of the time my stops are at Pilot/Flying J

I often stop here for a stop. I will drink delicious coffee with cream. Nice clean place. The staff is polite and tries very hard to please every visitor. There are no parking problems.

This Pilot Truck Stop wasnt too bad. The parking lot had quite a bit of trash in it. But I assume they just hadnt cleaned it yet. Other than that, very friendly staff.

Busy busy place but crew is always nice and they work so hard to try and maintain but too many feet passing through to get ahead. My only complaint is the oil from the parking lot always giving me a case of slick shoes to nearly fall in every time. Oh and the water in the showers gets extremely hot every time someone flushes a toilet

Beautiful Clean and convenient store!! Restrooms Clean, everything accessable to the customers!! Restaurant Arbys good food, delicious, friendly workers!! Pilot staff polite and respectful and friendly, but business people!! They know that they are there to work and they do!! There wasnt one time that I saw them slack off on the job! Smaller lot but at least 50 free and least 10 paid. some spots are a pain to get into. put the scale right in front of some parking spots. the lot was full of trash but didnt smell bad. store is small and the staff is rude when you ask about buying a headset or gps. the bathrooms are tiny little stalls. clean tho. arbys seemed alright. food wasnt cold but dont think it was made fresh. not a horrible place to do a 10.

Pilots are always nice, well stocked, and have great coffee. Clean bathrooms here, nice and efficient cashiers.

Pilot gas stations are always good with the exception of one in Valdosta, Ga. Its like youre home cos you get everything at home there. The people are pretty cool too.

It was clean and bright. Passed through to use the bathroom during my 4 day trip to Nashville.

Be prepared to sit and shower with other people hair; and theres nothing like stepping on trash after exiting the shower. The restrooms are rarely clean. So I dont trust eating here, since the restrooms are not clean properly I know the area where food is prepared isnt either.

Conveniently located right off the highway. It is a service station / truck stop with friendly welcoming staff.Overall Its a nice gas station with all different types of snacks for the road with relatively decent prices. Also doesnt hurt that its located right next to an Arbys

Leave you a water and a mint in showers. Clean but water was hot then extremely hot.... off and on whole time. Staff is friendly. Always have enough workers which is awesome. Arbys was quick.

Its a pretty tight station so be careful with your trailers. Also, bathrooms are a little nasty for a pilot. Overall still batter than stopping at a normal gas station.

Bathrooms that actually get cleaned more than once a month, prices that arent rung up under grocery, drink deals that actually register, and a hot bar that isnt as great as your corner store. You stopped here because you know when you walk into the store you wont have to worry for your live or your bodies health. It ticks all the boxes except for it not being a Loves. You just couldnt wait, could you?

I had reservations for parking and they came out and had to make someone move for me. They were very nice and fast at helping us.

One of the few good pilots a lot nicer than most. The pilots staff have become the rudest ppl. I have switched to Loves so sad be cause I have used the Pilot for 25 plus yes.

Clean and happy friendly staff. They held doors open for customers and joked around with each other, which i find unusual and refreshing. Most gas stations i go to, the staff seems sad and bored. Thats not the case here.

Stopped in for a drink. 99 cents for an extra large soda. Dont know why, but the person at the checkout would not take my money. Asked if I had just won the lottery. Wow, free pop.

No showers or bathrooms at all on Monday evening 7/8/2019. You would think they would at least get a couple of portable construction site potties delivered.

Laziness. Pure laziness. Their computers are down, so they wont let anyone have showers. Even if they (I) have a receipt showing that I have shower power. A receipt from THIS exact Pilot cause I was here since yesterday. Oh well lose money from budget and get in trouble. Even though Ive been coming to Pilot/Flying Js for fourteen years now. Other managers will manually open the showers for customers. Management and staff here couldnt be bothered.

Shower was really clean. the scale in the womens bathroom was broken and it ate my quarter and Im pretty mad about that. I have this problem a lot, that broken scales arent replaced and my quarter gets wasted

Pilot is our go-to stop when traveling. They always have plenty of pumps, so the wait is minimal, and we like to get a good, nasty, fast food for the road. Great hotdogs and fountain drinks are whats for lunch. Gas up and go!

Love the local Pilot. The cashiers are always friendly and helpful. I always looking at the huge selection of items that they carry, also.
