Wow-za!!Best tractor store in the universe!!I stopped here to grab a fuel filter for J.D. 870. The parts counter attendant Randy spent a good 20 minutes thoroughly explaining all kinds of things to be aware of regarding fuel filter change, water separator, and fuel pump. Never in my 58 years of interacting with sales staff have I encountered anyone even close to that helpful and knowledgable.No way would I even think of going anywhere else for J.D. parts or service.

All I have to say is wow !!! What a great place !! Dalton seemed very knowledgeable of all products !! Answered all my questions and explained everything so I could understand !! But the best part of Ag Pro is the customer service and really being genuine !!! I purchased an item today and within a couple hours of putting it to use ... it just wasn’t performing the way it should ... spoke to a manger named Tony and this gentleman took care of everything ... brought me in the back while he was making the repairs and took the time to explain every little detail too me !!! It was like a got a lesson in chainsaw 101!! This speaks volumes of this business and all that work there !! I will be going too shop Ag Pro for all my outdoor needs and never going anywhere else !!! Thank you so much for being caring people !!

The personnel at the Ag-Pro dealership are outstanding professionals. I would not hesitate to deal with them at any time and will definitely buy quality products from a dealer, who services what they sell. I will never buy anything from Home Depot in the future as they do not service what they sell. As with every business, they are there to make money but after sales service is spotty at best.I will never enter their store again, but will shop away from Calhoun for products that I may desire.It’s very sad to know that the vast majority of persons who work are so nice and friendly and helpful but that rotten apple spoils the barrel. If you do shop for a riding mower there, please check a reputable agency first, beware the E100 especially as it is a piece of junk, was not built nor warranted by John Deere a classic case of bait and switch.BEWARE OF PURCHASING PRODUCTS FROM HOME DEPOT THAT CARRY A WARRANTY AS THEY DO NOT HONOR THEIR WARRANTIES.
