Amazing selection. Very friendly and helpful staff. A lot of the furniture you can customize. They have catalogs, even if they do not have the furniture there they can get you whatever you want and what you are looking for with amazing prices.

Don Rosallini is a true professional. He worked with us to make it possible for us to purchase a couch and chair, pretty much remotely with little or no risk to Covid exposure. This was especially important to us as my wife has increased vulnerability . This didnt deter him from doing his job. This is my new go-to furniture store. Quality furniture for all needs and budgets. The boys in the back were quick and helpful with loading and securing. Do yourself a favor and ask for Don Rosellini, this guy showed me probably 10 sectionals, wasnt in a rush completely hospitable,and never tried to push me out of my budget. You just shouldnt shop for furniture without checking with this place first.

The furniture is great! Found our bedroom set there as well as a couple of other pieces. Prices are extremely reasonable for the quality of furniture that they sell and they have different price ranges to meet everyones budgets.So why the 1 star review? MASKS. They have 0 mask policy, patrons and employees alike walk around without a mask on and they make no attempt to hide it. As a matter of fact, they have a giant sign in the front of the door that says PER GA LAW IF YOU GET COVID ITS YOUR OWN FAULT (obviously paraphrasing). I would have walked right out as soon as I saw this but we drove 2+ hours to get there (and were told that all employees wear masks) so we didnt want to turn back empty handed.

Ill start this review by saying the sales floor is full of beautiful furniture in a broad range of styles and manufacturers. I went there specifically because they had a few American-made brands in which I was interested. The sales people were great face-to-face; they were patient with me while I selected the specifics for my sectional and were happy to work with me financially. I was informed it would take around 8 weeks to manufacture my sofa which I expected. Then March 2020 happened... Unfortunately, there were some unforeseen circumstances due to COVID that shut the manufacturer down for two months. I ordered my sectional Feb. 2, but NEVER received ANY notification in regards to the shut down or if there was even a potential timeline. May 1 (THREE MONTHS LATER) after not hearing a single word from FOD, I emailed the sales rep where she informed me the manufacturer was closed. May 31, I emailed again to check-in and was informed they were completing the manufacturing and I could go ahead and pay for my sectional. I paid in full. I didnt hear anything further until I contacted them again late June only to find there had been some miscommunication on their end resulting in no one contacting me. I FINALLY picked up my sectional July 5, only to find a puncture in the arm of the sofa. (They were VERY prompt in returning my panicked phone call regarding the damage, so plus for that). However, I was never provided instructions on whether I could or couldnt use the damaged piece, if I needed to keep it wrapped up, if they would need to take the entire sectional back, if they needed the pillows, etc., so I had to make my own assumptions. It was then another 3 weeks for FOD to pick up the damaged piece and another 4 for the manufacturer to repair it. I finally was able to utilize my sectional in full come early October. My simple advice to FOD, contact your customers before they contact you. Unfortunately, the lack of communication was far beyond what I ever want to deal with again.

On a recent trip to the area I had some extra time and stopped in. Sarah was super friendly and was able to strike up a conversation with me right away. I ended up sharing that I was there for a job interview and am wondering how to integrate a home office into my existing living space (if I get the job!). She was so knowledgeable and suggested several tasteful approaches on what to get and how some minor changes to my living area would make a huge difference. I am so impressed with the assortment at Furniture of Dalton and now have confidence to make changes at home, thanks to Sarah! Love this place.

Great experience! Furniture of Dalton will meet your needs if you are looking for furniture or flooring. The showroom is beautifully decorated and very tasteful. The staff is friendly and very knowledgeable. Sarah and Mia worked with me and they were extremely helpful. They even have a showroom next door with extremely discounted furniture. It was a pleasure shopping at Furniture of Dalton and I highly recommend them.

What a spectacular experience. Something for every taste and always a great price. Design, layout, merchandizing is perfect. Sarah Mitchell was extremely helpful and most professional. She has a great sense color, texture, and pattern. We could not have done it without her input. Went in for a chair & came out with that and a new sectional sofa! All items delivered and are absolutely beautiful. Delivery service was first rate. Sarah has checked up on us to make sure we were pleased. Go by and ask for David Regalado and hell get you into great products for the price like Jackson/Catnapper in the photos attached!

Furniture/Carpets of Dalton is back! Its nice to see people who actually care about your purchases. Living in the Atlanta area I used to travel here for furniture and carpet in the late 90s and early 2000s - now its back in full force with tons of high end furniture, carpet & kitchen essentials.This place is awesome for bedding and accessories also. But please, Furniture of Dalton update your website so everyone can see what you now have.Take this short drive up I-75 north and visit this great place. Stop wasting time as I have been doing in thinking that the Alpharetta/Cumming area (or anywhere in north Atlanta) that used to have great shops is still there - because all you will find these days are rude, unconcerned, unknowledgeable, uncaring, unprofessional, self-proclaimed untrained designers selling over priced furniture.
