This place does an excellent job of bringing you the feel of a Mexican ice cream shop here in the states. The rich, smooth flavors of their fresh ice cream will have you coming back for more. The water based ice cream hints at the freshness of the fruits and vegetables used whereas the milk based ice creams scream of their silky smoothness. Its currently 15° outside and Im craving this delicacy just thinking about it. Mmmm....

Fresh fruit deserts! And all this at the most affordable place in town. Take the whole family for the price of 2 Brewsters cones.

Great place to relax, people watch, eat good food or all the above. the staff was sociable and attentive. bring your appetite because portions are generous. menu is similar to a restaurant in el paso i liked.

You must try this place.Its hidden in a out of the way location but its well worth the effort to find it.Operated totally by hispanics that know how to make natural ice cream using real not artifical favors.Try the strawberries and cream (fresa con creama) not ice cream but fresh strawberry in a yogurt cream.I try something different each visit and never have I been dissapointed.Prices are moderate...$2 to $5 depending on how many scoops you want.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE Ive experienced in an ice cream store. Only one employee there was nice. The rest had an attitude as soon as we walked in and ordered. Not going back to this place again. Go to Paleteria and Neveria Monarca on Glenwood ave instead. They are wonderful and the food is 100 times better!!

The phone service is lousy, they dont let the client explain what he wants. When I arrived and asked the person who treated me why they had given me lousy telephone service, he threatened to call the police. As well as wow it will be a crime to ask questions. And finally the sarcastic dispatcher. As a business owner you should be friendly with customers in store and on the phone.

I only give it three stars because the snows are rich, but what a terrible service, the people who serve with their jetota and reluctantly serve !! Besides, I wanted to buy a liter of snow and they didnt want to sell it to me, just in small glasses.
