My husband called and was told they sell propane by the pound so we brought in one empty 100 lb cylinder, another one that was over 1/2 full, an empty 20 lb cylinder, and a 20 lb cylinder that the gentleman said was full so he didn’t charge us for it. We were charged $126.14 as if they filled two empty 100 lb tanks. Had we been told the truth up front we wouldn’t have brought the 100 lb tank that was over 1/2 full and paid full price as if it were empty. We will not be going back. The 20 lb cylinder cost $15.00 to refill. Juniors in Ringgold only charges $9.99. We went out of our way to go here thinking they were competitive with other prices around but we overpaid and feel like we were taken advantage of.
