Terrible experience!! Left two mowers off for two months without any results. Finally one was repaired. Upon loading into our trailer the deck hung on the bottom and employee continued to literally ram trying to get it to go onto trailer tearing off the hood of the mower. Myself and my husband had to yell to get him to cease the destruction. We were told by the owner that his “commercial customers” always get repaired before anyone else so that is why it takes so long. We picked up the second mower and it had been left outside uncovered the whole time and untouched. Totally rusted now. this place is a disaster

In reference to the review that was wrote by a lady named Mandy S, I was a customer standing outside at the time of this incident. The worker that was riding the mower up onto the trailer didnt tear the hood off of the mower. The owner of B&B saw that there was a wire hanging and told the worker to back off of the trailer and the owner of B&B took the hood off and it was the wire that connected the head light. As a witness to this incident the owner of B&B saw that the deck was getting hung up on the trailer lip and there fore it would not go up onto the trailer. The owner of B&B then told the the owner of the mower that he needed to load the mower himself and he too had problems loading the mower. The worker didnt destroy these people mower and the hood was taken off, not torn off by the worker at all.

Oh wow I love my ex mark quest. It is just the rite size for all my needs. The wonderful staff at B&B are a great group of guys and Charles has always been a great help Im positive to all his customers. Keep up the great job men of B&B and Ill see ya when I tear the dang thang up... Know What I Mean Vern!

Charles and his staff go above and beyond to meet your needs. There is a reason their backlog is 3 weeks out. Its because they are awesome at what they do. I havent been disappointed any time I have been there.

I took my mower to have the teanny serviced. They call me a month later to let me know it was ready. When I got there, I paid for the service. When I got on my mower to go, it wouldnt move. They told me to leave it. 2 months later they call me and I had to pay hundreds for a mistake they made.

Great to deal with.took time to answer all questions and wasnt pushing me to buy or not to buy.

Called and sat up an appointment to bring mower in to be worked on and was told 1 to 2 days and it would be fixed. Called 4 days later and still hadnt been looked at. Called 2 days after that to check status and then was told that it was finished. Finally got mower back and it still us doing the same thing. Called them and was told to take the gas tank off and clean it out real good and that was the problem. So they knew the problem but neglected to fix it and then have the nerve to tell me how to fix it. What a joke!!! Poor communication and poor workmanship!!!

Sorry parts department ! Stay away ! Never return calls. Ordered 4 bushings 3 weeks ago, still no fulfillment on a 5-7 day promise. Sheesh ! Perfect example of laziness.
